Not a fan of the hotel. Not the worst place to stay but definitely not coming back. WIFI does not work in the rooms due to the brick walls, it disconnects every 1-5 minutes. Breakfast is eh, and There is no air conditioner, which is especially awful when you are on higher floors, thankfully they do provide a fan. It is noisy due to the location and needing to keep the windows open for ventilation. If you are heavy sleeper it should be fine but would not work well for kids. Employees do not respect the Do not Disturb sign AT ALL! Every day we have put it up they have come in and moved things around. We have tried to talk to the cleaning people directly but nothing changed. If you are okay with no wifi and having your room entered when you specifically ask not to then you are fine staying here. The front desk people are nice and the location is near a lot of transportation and things.

I had no issues with my hotel room at your hotel except for lights going on and off every couple of seconds which was slightly annoying. I was offered a different room but decided to stay in my original room. The room was small but welcoming and was very clean . The towels and bedding was changed daily and bin emptied. Very clean too. I would have liked a couple more hangers in the wardrobe for trousers. Breakfast was very good lots of selections of food and variety and excellent coffee and juice. Very tasty local products. Staff on reception very helpful and welcoming and knowledgeable about local area . Good location as well near the central station and city centre. I would definitely stay here again

The location is fantastic, in the center of the city. The room was great, very clean and the bed super confortable, however we were in room 103 (windows looking at the street) and we heard every night loud music from somewhere which still allowed us to sleep but yet wasn’t the best experience, the toilet was good but a bit wet during the whole day. Breakfast was super good, especially the eggs! And people from the hotel could have been a bit more nicer but it’s ok. Thank you!

I have only been here for breakfast (120kr), not as a guest in the rooms. The breakfast buffé was pretty small but with a good variety. Breads, cheese, turkey, salami, vegetables, fruits, yogurt with toppings, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, juice, tea, coffee and some sweets. Most of the things were fresh but the bacon was not good at all. They had Nutella which was the best part for me. Friendly staff!

I didn't like breakfast... Not much of a choice with the hot food. Streaky bacon greasy and scrambled eggs undercooked. Plates chipped. No rice krispies! Location excellent.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Located close to main attractions and easy access to transit. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Spent a few nights here with my family. Clean, spacious rooms with nice bathrooms. I even had a balcony!

The hotel loby is nice and the breakfast is just decent. However, the biggest flaw is that the hotel is quite dirty. The utensils arent clean, many of them have marks on it. Also, our room was spacious but we literally saw dirt on the floor and im not sure if the toilet was even cleaned as we found toilet paper in it. Overall, quite dissapointing. Regardless to the price, the cleanliness should be a basic minimum for any hotel, and this one doesnt check that box obviously. Pictures are attached.

Very good hotel and very good prices. Staff was amazing, quite helpful and quick to reply. Breakfast included - huge plus! Heated rooms + bathroom and lots of towels and shampoo and conditioner. Would for sure come back!!

The location of the hotel is great, the rooms are clean and I enjoyed the breakfast. However, there were no accessible drinking water or fridge facilities available, which was disappointing.

Moderately priced hotel. The location is great for starting off in the city. The downside of the location is that it's rather loud due the the restaurants in the vicinity. Service is ok and friendly. Breakfast is rather boring, yet ok for the price. Breakfast room is too small. WiFi is great.

Schönes Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück, eine gute Auswahl. Das Hotel ist sehr Zentral in einer belebten Einkaufsstraße gelegen. Verschiedene Restaurants und Bars sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung zu finden.

Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende der Haupteinkaufsstraße. Aber in ruhiger Lage. Auch von den Restaurants und Bars direkt am Hotel bekommt man nichts mit Unter der Woche schließen diese aber auch um 23 Uhr. Von hier aus kann man Stockholm super zu Fuß erkunden. Auch die U-Bahn ist fußläufig nur 3 min entfernt. Das Frühstück war völlig ausreichend. Selbst Veganer kommen hier auf ihre Kosten.

Leider Rezeption nicht immer besetzt, muss teilweise per eigenem Telefon herbei telefoniert werden, Fahrstuhl defekt, Zimmerservice mit Abstrichen. Aber die Lage ist toll inmitten der Fußgängerzone (was allerdings logischerweise mit einem gewissen Lärmpegel einer geht). Die Innenstadt komplett zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great little hotel...rooms are on the small side but super clean. fab breakfast and lovely staff. Take your own hairdryer though!!!!

A very nice hotel. The employees are very nice and help you with anything. The rooms are clean and decent sized (we were with 3 people). At breakfast there was something for everybody (even gluten free options!). The hotel has a good location. Because of the snow, they (the city) were cleaning the roads outside the hotel at night (2:15 am) and I woke up because of that. Otherwise very nice hotel!

We had a very positive experience while staying in this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, we had big windows which we loved to open and observe or listen the people going by, at night we closed them and no problem with noise, the staff was helpful and friendly.

The hotel is located approximately 8 minutes away from Stockholm central station and is conveniently located in a bustling area of central Stockholm. The staff at the reception were nice and efficient. As with many hotels, this hotel is located within an older building. The hotel room itself was clean and provided all the amenities that we needed for our stay. The only minor feedback that I would provide is to have the flooring redone in the future as the wood flooring was quite scratched up from the years of use. The hotel was located right in the heart of central Stockholm with all of the sights, shopping and restaurants right at your doorstep. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Stockholm.

The location is perfect, and I have nothing but good things to say about the kind and wonderful staff. The room is okay; bed is comfy and there’s enough space. The minuses are that there is no air-conditioning, so it’s a bit too warm for me (I’m really lucky that it’s only 19°C outside because I can’t imagine how hot the room would be if it was 30°C outside). Also, I can hear the discussions going on next door, and the banging doors woke me up a couple of times during the night, so insulation could be better.

We had a wonderful stay at the Queen's hotel! The room was nice and spacious. The bathroom was good, clean and no shower water that spilled everywhere (we've had some bad experiences there). The only thing is that sometines you could hear some noise from other rooms, but that did not bother us. For us the location was perfect. Close to the station, an easy walk to the center and old town and plenty of food options nearby. We also had breakfast included and we were pleasantly surprised with how good the breakfast was! Overall we had a nice stay at the hotel and would recommend it!

I recently stayed at Queens Hotel and I must say that it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff at the front desk was very welcoming and accommodating, and made the check-in process a breeze. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. One thing that really stood out to me was the attention to detail that the hotel staff put into making my stay comfortable. From the high-quality bedding to the plush towels and toiletries, everything was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from(vegan also :)) I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. It was way below our expectations. The hotel is ancient. Room was very small, very limited space to move around. Pillows were way too used, not fluffy or cushiony just very old pillows. No bed side table on one side of the bed. Zero amenities. Not even a kettle available in the room because they want to sell hot water at the lobby for 25SEK. Breakfast was far basic. This hotel should be called a budget hotel and offer rooms at budget rate for this sort of minimal facilities and comfort. Way too expensive for such an experience.

The location is great, friendly stuff and big rooms with large windows! But was no warm water in the sink! The bathroom really old. No place to put the toalett stuff! No place to hang the coat or put the keys in the entrance. The breakfast was so minimal and the breakfast area so small, cold, unpleasant. No basic food elements, not enough coffee, long queues, long waiting time. Dirty all around! Tables were not cleaned, several plates were dirty. We ended up having our morning coffee out. The hotel seems to be left to degradation and needs really an upgrade! Some basic furnitures in the rooms entrance and bathrooms, some pictures on the walls would make a huge difference to start with!

Pross: Great location, nice staff, clean, breakfast is standard, free coffee and tea, elevator. Cons: single room is a little bit small and heating wasn't the best.

Great little hotel in Stockholm. The rooms were a good size, and I liked the old fashioned vibe. Staff were friendly! Breakfast was very busy, in a small room, but they had some good variety and gluten free bread.

This us a great hotel in an amazing location. The staff are understanding, very nice and very helpful, only downside I would say are the bathrooms very small and awkwardly positioned. Everything else is great. Would recommend. Suggestions for hotel would be to change the bathroom positions or make it slightly bigger.

Perfect location, friendly, helpful stuff, clean rooms with big windows and comfortable bed. The breakfast was good with fresh vegetables, cheese, lots of different types of breads, marmalades. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you!

When we settled, we asked for breakfast to go, because we left at 6:30. When we left at 6:45, we left without breakfast. We didn’t have time to wait.

If you're gonna stay in Stockholm and have plans to explore the place, I recommend this hotel, very accessible to everything.

Nice hotel close to the city centre. Breakfast buffet was nice and filled up regulary. The room was clean and the bed was better then expected.

Excellent location, right on the main street. staff were brilliant, they even remembered where we were going and asked about our day. The rooms are lovely, freezing outside but nice and cosy in the room

Our experience was great. The hotel is right in the middle of the city: 10 min from T-Centralen, 10 min from Odenplan and very close to all the big spot in Stockholm. The service was good as were the room. Cant complain!
