Nice place to stay. But it's located in the cellar, so you need to go down the stairs (no elevator). Very clean, kitchen is well equipped, free tea and coffee. My bed was a little squicky. The room has a ventilator. Windows are small. You get a key that works for your room and for the outer door. Bed linen included, towels - not included. You need to bring your own lock. The hostel is close to Cityterminalen and the city centre (walking distance).

Good location, very near from central Station. Cheap. Towels are not included in the price if you want to buy them .... ups. no staff is nearby, although it is still very early. The soap in the shower room is over. The kitchen is large and comfortable with everything you need. I can't recommend this hostel to others. Walls like paper, I heard the movement of each of my neighbors

I stayed there last week, booked two beds. they accidentally double booked me on the Booking.com. I called many times tried to cancel the duplicate reservation. They charged me for both bookings and ignored my messages. I used two beds there for one night got charged 49$+62$. beds were so loud all night we woke up everytime someone moved in bed. I dont recommend this place obviously!

Te hostel is underground with no windows. Sorry guys owners - go yourself live in the basement. Te picture shows 'window' of my room. Walls are made of plasterboard and You can hear everything from Your neighbor room and You must sleep in earplugs. Showers have no indication cold-warm water and some strange method of heating water is in operation. One must spoil gallons of water before fixing the temperature. There are not enough space in the kitchen. There was some school tour in the hostel and we had to eat while standing. Etc. I really don't understand all good ratings of this place...

The Hostel is well located in Stockholm and has very friendly staff members. The Kitchen is big enough to cook on your own! The Downsides: The whole hostel is underground with no single window. Therefore the rooms are all filled with ‘fresh’ air by AC. The AC is unfortunately pretty loud and doesnt work as well enough to say the air conditioning is sufficient. Same situation in the shower and bathrooms. To me it wasnt a typical hostel where to find other travellers, it seemed more like a cheap place to stay especially for elderly locals. Im not really picky about hostels but I recommend, if you are a student or low budget, spend 10€ more (We paid 27€/night which is for central europeens already expensive) per night. You won’t regret it.

- First of all, quite unusual. The reception is hardly ever manned. When checking in, you simply have to take an envelope with your name on it, containing the key. Which is not a problem at all, rather convenient. If you need assistance, you can call or message someone. Since the hostel is very labyrinthine, it takes a bit of time to find your room. In my room, it was a bit stuffy. However, there was a ventilation system. There are no windows to the outside because the hostel is in the basement. Unfortunately, there are windows facing the hallway where the light is on all night. Only one of the two windows can be partially covered with a blind. As a result, the room was illuminated throughout the night. There are lockers in the room, and each bed has a lamp, a socket, and a shelf. In the shower, there is no space to place or hang your clothes and towel without them getting wet. However, the kitchen is great; there is plenty of everything, although the four stovetops can be scarce during peak hours.

OK Hostel for the price. The reception closes at 5pm so keep that in mind. The beds were really noisy so if you're in a dorm room and a light sleeper, bring ear plugs. My dorm also didn't get very dark as the light from the hallway still got in. Showers could do with a better section for storing your dry clothes. The entire place is underground and feels a bit desolate. It didn't seem to have a great atmosphere so perhaps look elsewhere if you want to meet people.

Good location Staff understandable It has to improve the cleanliness of common spaces You have to make your own bed Large equipped kitchen The stairs at the entrance are not practical to go down with heavy bags. Hostel was under the ground so no daylight at all. Not for a long stay

There was a mishap when using the website to book the beds that we were not made aware of until we reached the hostel. The staff was incredibility unhelpful and rude during this and did nothing to help the situation. She seemed annoyed at our presences even just entering the hostel. I can not speak the the quality of the conditions of the beds or bathrooms because the were forced to find another accommodation for the night (with no help from her).

The hostel is located approx. 18 walking minutes away from the old town. There are two grocery stores just next to it. There is a common room which is also suitable for remote working since the internet connection is pretty good. Besides, well-equipped kitchen is available, so cooking is possible; free coffee and tea are at disposal as well which I really appreciated. The premises are cleaned daily, so it is well-maintained; hot water in the shower is available. The space in the bedroom is not bjg enough to sustain 12 beds, and due to the lack of window, it is quite stuffy inside. Beds are rather uncomfortable, too. To sum up, a very good price/value ratio, recommend it to budget travellers, in partucar.

Good for short stay. Also shower was old fasioned one (works 2 minutes, turns off and you have to press start button again). Stuff was friendly. Hint: don't take the room that is right under the stairs. Stairs make annoying noices at night and you can't get asleep.

I liked so much the fact that you can arrive very late and they will organize everything so that so smoothly you can get into the building by yourself and have all the information that you need. I slept well and it was quite well located. Big kitchen and multiple showers (with hair dryer!)

City hostel is really central. Only a 5 minute walk from Central Station. It was really accessible and the hostel was very organised with instructions in check in after the reception closes. Very useful. There was lockers in our room and lots of seating spaces away from the room for variety with a shared kitchen and dining area. The bed had a socket with a reading light too and a basket for devices next to the bed. No towel supplied so I brought my own. There is a supermarket directly across the road which was very helpful for breakfast and dinner to help my budget as I found Stockholm to be a very expensive city. Overall, no complaints. There was a toilet and shower room separately from each other which was a bit confusing, but easily accessible from the room.

The common rooms as well as the kitchen are great. The bathroom is clean compared to other hostels. However, the rooms are terrible. The mattress seemed very old and was really uncomfortable. In combination with the air conditioning, which was really loud but not refreshing the air at all, I was unable to get very much sleep. Also not every bed is equiped with a power outlet.

I don't understand, the employee asked us to leave the room during the morning. Apparently they had complaints from the other guests about us. We're innocents !

The rooms and service was really clean and nice. The place is also walking distance to the central station and central Stockholm area. Perfect place to stay for budget price, great for groups too.

The place is actually really nice, near public transport, and is properly cleaned and maintained. The staff made a very helpful tourist guide manual that had a lot of gelpful tips so that was nice.

Just to begin with - in the three nights I spend in Stockholm I never ONCE saw any member of staff inside the hostel. There was no visible contact for anyone at the reception and the hostel had close to no daylight (the ceiling in the floor with the dorm doors had a huge window, but that is literally the only one I saw). My sister and I felt really uncomfortable, there were quite a few *really* old people there, I'm talking like 60 years or something and it just overall had a really weird and uncomfortable atmosphere. Would definitely not recommend going there.

In a hostel where it's 10+ people in a room you know it can be noisy and messy sometimes. If you can't deal with others, don't book here. However if you want a cheap city experience I recommended you go here. Close to the centre, clean and seperated showers/toilets and a nice kitchen area. Some floor mats to dry your flip flops after showering and prevent everything from getting wet would have been nice.

Quite a good spent night, you can prepare a breakfast in a good looking kitchen, shared bathrooms are large, rather without hotell crew, so you have to manage everything by yourself. 10-15 minutes from central station.

We stayed in 12-bed room and got to know many different people. There were a lot of possibilities to sit down in the common areas but the kitchen sometimes was a bit too small for the amount of people cooking there. The hostel could have been a bit more clean but we still enjoyed our stay since we could reach everything in Stockholm by foot.

The rooms are crowded, beds are very loud and you can hear every movement of every person in the room. There is no natural sunlight inside the rooms since the hostel is a basement. Also the guests have the nerve to check in/out at 3 a.m. It was impossible to sleep at night, even with earplugs. That being said the location is central and really good, everything is clean and there is a well equipped kitchen. I recommend choosing a different hostel or an airbnb.

Location is great, very central. Customer service is great and facilities are nice. They even allow you to leave your bags there after checkout which was very helpful because checkouts at 11:00 and I had a 21:00 flight. The hostal is let down by the building though. The common area has a dentist waiting room feel and the corridors could be mistaken for that within a hospital. Aside from that the rooms are nice, decent size of room with large lockers.

I really enjoyed this hostel for the cleanliness and the position close to the bus terminal. The people in the reception are not super friendly but in the end you can find all the info you for a good stay! The kitchen is well made and you can find so many useful tools to cook and eat as if you were at your home!

I got corona the night before my booking and asked if they could reduce the cancellation fee, they charged me the full price....will never book here again.

I enjoyed my stay and i will say its a nice and quiet place to stay. Is just that the bathroom and toilet are away from my room though.

For the price paid it is more than enough. There is a nice kitchen that can be used to cook and save some money. The toilet and showers are ok as well. The place is quite clean. It is a great place to stay in thanks to its location.
