The hotel is a bit small, but staff are lovey and so welcoming, great view and amazing foods

Lunch quality is very good and ok prices. But 295kr for the breakfast that is very limited is not worth it at all. The bacon and scrambled eggs was very bad. Best part was newly baked bread, croissant, pain du chocolate and fresh fruits for muesli didn't exist. The Jam for the pancakes was very strange and condensed. Would recommend going there for lunch or dinner, but definitely not for breakfast!

We spent five days at this pleasant four star hotel, well situated on the shores of the southern portion of Ladugårdsgärdet, neighboring Östermalm. It feels as if your were really on a country-side vacation at the same time as you are close to a large city and the green areas and museums on the island of Djurgården, easily accessible by foot, bike (still provided for free by the hotel) or bus, so you can leave your car on the hotel parking (now paying). We returned to this hotel a week ago to spend 3 nights after having travelled through Germany, Sweden, Finland and Norway to the Barents Sea and back, staying at 4 star hotels. The rooms are like previously, still missing anti-slip patterns in the bath tubs where you take your shower. Dirty glasses are not changed by the cleaning service. The restaurant is still the negative point of our review and their price policy explains why we have removed one star. Rather basic wines are sold at 5 times the price at Systembolaget, the vegan choice on their menu is billed 355 SEK with a value on the plate about 10% of that sum and the breakfast is very basic both in choice and quality of the products.

Breakfast buffet was okay - not proportional to the price anyway. I don’t see a reason why hotel guests have to pay when parked at hotel parking. Atmosphere was nice with great view

Positively surprised by the Swedish Christmas dinner. Very good selection of cold appetizers but the warm dishes and desserts are quite plain. Very friendly service and the setting is above average. Suggest to take a walk nearby before or after the visit as the surrounding is beautiful.

Absolutely wonderful stay here! The Christmas decorations are beautiful and give the hotel such a cozy feel. The rooms are spacious and clean, have a great view over the water to Skansen, and are very modern and have everything you need. The location is right by a bus stop - buses only come about 20-30 minutes so you need to plan, but it is nice being out away from the busy and touristy parts of the city. It’s only 10-20 min to most places you want to get to by public transportation. Breakfast is delicious with many options, although I wish they had Swedish pancakes everyday instead of alternating between American pancakes. They were easy to communicate with before our stay to work out pricing questions and staff was very kind and helpful at check-in - would absolutely stay here again!

The room prices are fairly high for the quality of the furnishings, and the breakfast has few gluten-free options. Check-in is open very late though, and you can enter the hotel directly from the water. The staff is also very helpful with special requests.

Very noisy rooms with thin walls. I woke up because of some hairdryer in some other room. Rooms are fine.

Had breakfast. Same menu as Scandic hotel breakfast. The difference is the stunning view.

I just loved this place. Very old-school and urbane feeling. Not at all touristy. I think everyone there was local. The food was delicious and the setting just beautiful. I was a party of one and was not rushed at all so I could sit and enjoy the atmosphere and my lunch.

Amazing atmosphere for Xmas dinner with snow all around! Good selection of typical cold cuts and warm dishes + desserts, all served as buffet.

I only ate at this restaurant once. The food was very tasty and the staff was kind. It's a bit of the tourist track, but if you are somewhere near it might be worth checking out. They have a nice view of Djurgarden.

Great location, staff had us feel welcome. You can easily hear noise from other rooms. Dislike on that. Great breakfast, both cold and warm food and drinks. At checkout staff was nice as we accidentally ate the bag of chips from the mini bar. (de bjöd oss på den). Thanks for that.

The is a very nice place to enjoy a good meal with that special friend of yours. In my case with a girlfriend I have not had time to meet for some time. The food is really good, the service is better than I have received in any other place I have received in Stockholm. Sorry to say, but as a black woman being welcomed to a exclusive dinner dining as this place with such respect has never happened before. And I have been to many, many restaurants in my days in Stockholm. There drink menu is well extended, and so is the deasert which test good to accptble. The WC facilites are very good. Clean and smells absolutly nothing. Which is the best. There is plant of parking space.

Had Xmas dinner there. That was nice. We missed lutfisk (was gone), sylta, tongue and pickled red beets. But otherwise is was very nice.

Upon arrival we went unnoticed for a long time even though personnel walked by us numerous of times. Once seated waiting time to order was long and once again personnel just walked by. Food was OK, but for those prices it should be excellent. Cutleries had to be asked for.

Room’s cozy, not particularly spacious for the price. Overall staff are not so enthusiastic, but then again in Sweden, customer service is really not a thing. I like the environment though. It’s situated in a calm area. It’s nice to be able to walk around the area and the food in the restaurant is pretty good. Besides a piece of plastic at the front desk and having hand sanitizer bottles here and there, Covid preventing measure is almost not existent. Lobby’s very small and there are constantly lots of people having smalls meetings in very close distance(and of course no mask. It’s not a thing here. People think vaccination is all you need). Nobody in the service sector wears any mask. Oh well, that’s Sweden for you. It’s the norm so I can’t deduct a star for that reason.

Only ate dinner here. Very good food, reasonable prices and responsive service at a lovely although remote location.

This was the second time I stayed here. I was looking for a hotel that had a charging station for an electric car and also because of the location, but was surprised by the room's design and comfort - the bed, the style and a stylish and well thought out bathroom. This time I ate at the restaurant which was in the same class as everything else. Good breakfast. Nice and competent people in the reception, as well as in the restaurant. Was anything lacking? Larger softer pillows in the bed perhaps. I'll happily go back.
