Very reasonable price for central Stockholm. Room spotlessly clean, nice modern bathroom, quiet at night and staff very helpful and polite. Breakfast had a huge selection and lots of vegan and gluten free items available. Would stay here again and recommend.

Nice stay. Room was clean. Nice bathroom. There was very little noise in the hotel. On a quiet street. We were allowed to sleep in on new years day. That day check out was 1400 hours. My wife was ill and was allowed to stay in the room till 1600 when we had to depart for the airport. The breakfast buffet was very extensive! Our room had a cupboard with a sliding door missing, so half open, and the vault was out of order. The dining, also breakfast area, is somehow integrated with the lobby. It is one large open space. The staff were very helpfull and kind. Will consider staying here again.

Excellent stay, nice allround breakfast included in price of the room. Interesting way of getting to rooms on floor 6 but good signs showing you the way and staff explained it well. Needed to use two different elevators. Hotel shared several buildings and a little bit confusing when suddenly signs said floor 7 when you got off the first elevator at floor 4, had to take next elevator down one floor to get to our room at floor 6. One minus in the otherwise nice room, cleaning staff had left a cleaning towel on the floor and shower gel dispenser was empty

Big, bright and clean room. Breakfast was amazing. A wide variety of choices and good quality Friendly service. Central location. Oh and more importantly, fast internet. Perhaps my room was close to a router, the internet was very fast.

Gut gelegen im Herzen von Stockholm. Die Zimmer sind Sauber und schön eingerichtet. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Essen in Buffetform ist reichhaltig und jeder kommt auf seine kosten. Jedoch war das Frühstück etwas chaotisch da viele Menschen auf kleinen Raum gefrühstückt haben. Das Zentrum mit seinen Fußgängerzonen ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Reasonable price for central Stockholm. Clean room, though the noise transfer between rooms is high. If you are allocated to a group of chatty customers nextdoor you could hear their conversation clearly. The banging doors or footing from the outside are often audible in your room. There doesn't seem to be any soundproof insulation whatsoever, and the walls are paper thin - understandably it's an old building. The general deco is dated and needs some renovation, but it's clean and functional. The breakfast is a bit hectic between 8-9 a.m. Some customers who already finished eating still sit around chatting and chilling, despite many other customers are evidently waiting for free space. It's a combination of insufficient space and customer's etiquette. But that can be avoided if you're not in a rush and come down after 9 or 9:30.

Great hotel! Convenient location - ten minutes walk from the central station and next to a major shopping street which leads right into Gamla Stan. Clean and quiet rooms. And probably the best hotel breakfast I've ever had!

Aged hotel, unfortunately not aged gracefully. The staff tries to compensate but there is a lot room for improvement too.

It was very cold in Stockholm but even then the rooms should be warm. First room was quite cold as the window didn’t close properly. I got a new room and then there the safe didn’t work. They are clearly not properly taking care of the condition. Also, the rooms should have facelist minimum. The breakfast was great though!

I was there only for one night. Quiet hotel, near to City centre, bus station, train station. Good price, possibility of breakfast box, if you leave hotel too early...

Although the furniture and decorations are a bit outdated, the price is simply wonderful.

As expected except for two things. The cold water is not cold. Felt undrinkable even if tap water in Sweden should be drinkable. Really far from room to lobby, had to take 2 different elevators and walk like 100m.
