Our employees had to stay in this hotel for overall around 6 weeks in the last 6 months. - a/c not working properly or at all - heating not working, rooms had a max temperature between 18 and 20 degrees (got "fixed" with cheap radiators) - room cleaning not showing up, results in bad smell since you can't open the windows (understandable due to security reasons) - found silverfish in bed, absolutely disgusting

Great overall but had no hair dryer and kettle in the room. It’s almost a global standard now and I believe such a hotel should have it. UPD - they brought me a kettle and the dryer was there from the beginning but in the wardrobe, didn’t notice that 😅

Stayed in quality hotel chain before in some other cities but not so good experience this time. Rooms has dirt on the table . Breakfast was not so good either. Not much options to choose from and area where the breakfast is to picked up from, is way too small for the amount of guests having breakfast. People has to line up and wait for getting few dishes they had on the table. I would still give it two stars for the friendly staff and the reasonable price. Although, it was cheap as compare to other hotels around but if I knew what I am getting in to, I would have chosen other expensive options instead !

The Quality Hotel Globe is one of the best hotels in town with full of luxury. You will find the best suites here to stay. The views from this are also nice. You can stay here for more and more weeks. The food is also good and maintains all safety and hygiene. Here you can find different cuisines to eat. You can enjoy dining here. A complimentary breakfast is served here. 9 out of 10 marks given to this hotel. Thank you team. And all the best

The front desk attendant was very nice and approachable and since I am a nordic choice member so we got free coffee. We feel totally alone in the whole building ( I guess it's because of the pandemic) but we really have a nice sleep and stay. Hotel parking cost 195sek per day (24hrs) and it's quite convenient especially when u have kids with you to park your car just about 50meters away from the main hotel entrance. The closest you could get around this area. Walking distance to the subway station as well.

Nice staff when check in at the front desk. đŸ„° Close to the shopping mall, the Globe and Annexet. Room was clean and beds re comfortable. Large hotel lobby areas but a bit too crowded sometimes. Ping Pong table in the lobby and many other thingâ€ŠđŸ‘đŸŒ Only 3 points because they didnt clean my room and they didnt refill coffe. (We have talked to a guy at the reception and we have already hung a sign on the door.) We re 4 people and have booked for 4 nights but we checked out after 2 nights.

The bathroom wasn't clean when we arrived, especially the toilet.. The bed was a disaster, i instantly got back pain after the first night. The matress was horrible and old, i could feel every spring, it shaked on every move and was very loud. Definitely broken bed and not what you expect from a 4 star hotel in europe, in particular the bathroom situation. we got a new room on the next day, because we couldn't spend one more minute in the room. They gave us a twin room, what wasnt what we booked further.. They told us, that they were out of normal double bed rooms. The new room was clean and the bed was okay. The equipment wasnt that good as well, there was only one shampoo for body and hair, no conditioner, no body lotion, no tissues etc.. not what you expect or know from a 4 star hotel. i uploaded once more photos of the room but google has deleted my review 2 times, i dont know why

Beautiful MASSIVE hotel. Breakfast, lunch: really, really good. First class! Rooms are well-designed and comfortable but somewhat cold, more than enough power outlets. TV channels: only ten or so. You would expect BBC World Service and CNN at least but no.. The big lamp in the room is hideous! I like the philosophy where you ask for room cleaning rather than having someone do a perfunctory clean daily.

Absolutely no security at the hotel. Afro-American guys inhaling balloons at the reception and threatening people with stories about how they are the devil and interrupting conversations and personal space. Please take measures, this is unacceptable. Otherwise rooms are clean, location is fairly good and we are overall happy with our stay. Thank you, I hope the managers note this.

Big lobby with a lot od content, pleasant staff. I really liked small working areas (tables, hidden couches etc) all over the hotel. Conference hall on the top floor was really nice. Amazing food options. Extra bonus: Free ice cream and popcorn.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing. The breakfast was not good, with only bad filter coffee and no croissants. They serve old bread. If you like eggs, bacon, and sausages, you'll be fine. The rooms were not great either. The TV was outdated and couldn't cast phone screens. The air conditioner didn't work, and you couldn't open a window for fresh air. The housekeeping was a hassle. You have to request 1 day in advance, and they give you a huge time range for cleaning from 8:00 to 16:00, which is inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Great value for money - clean rooms, free coffee, excellent breakfast buffet, and very friendly staff. There's a level walkway from the metro station to the elevator (~5-minute walk), and a shopping mall right across from the entrance. Deducting one star for service because my laundry did not get done despite leaving it quite early in the morning - I wasn't charged anything though, so it's not a big deal. I would definitely recommend staying here for a Stockholm trip - though I imagine the hotel gets very busy when there's an event at the next-door Ericsson globe or Tele2 arena, so that's probably something to keep in mind.

I loved this place. The room was very spacious and very cosy. I had lots of privacy, a comfortable bed, a desk and a bathroom. The view was absolutely phenomenal. The location was also great. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommened.

The entrance was a bit hidden in my opinion. A huge lobby with games, a bar, reception and the restaurant to the right. Nice big rooms. From the room I had the view wasn't the best, just another yellow building. From my room that is. Good breakfast buffet. Breakfast on 7th floor. Very nice.

The location of the hotel is very nice, 5 min walk from the nearest metro station! The rooms are being cleaned upon request of the guest, no towels are changed as well. Liked the shower a lot ;) The breakfast was good, for three days we had the same variety of food offered, but there was a big range of variety. Nice games are available in the lobby for the guests for free...

Lovely hotel in a great location for a few days conference at Annexet just next door, it was about 1 minute walk in the morning to get there. Check in was quick and friendly, room 2723 had a nice view of the Tele2 arena. The room was big and clean and the bathroom was also a good size with a great shower area. The room was well soundproofed - even when there was a football match at the arena next door, I could hear the cheers but it was well dampened and it didn’t disturb me too much. There were a couple of things missing for me. Especially given it is used a lot by people there for business, I was missing a safe in the room. I had my laptop with me and even though nothing happened, having a safe to lock it in would have been reassuring. It would also have been nice to have a kettle in the room. There is a mini fridge though! I used the gym once and it was ok. Not that many machines but I went at a busy time, early morning before breakfast, and still managed to get on the stepper machine. The metro is really close, a few mins walk, and there’s a big shopping centre right next to the hotel with an ICA supermarket. So it was easy to get lunch/dinner/snacks. Overall I had a great stay and would stay there again.

Dirty, shabby room. The bathroom door is broken. The soap dish is broken. The hallway smells damp. The service is very poor. Indifferent staff. I am compelled to express my profound disappointment following my recent stay at your establishment. As a loyal patron of the Quality chain, I had expected a superior experience. However, the reality was far from my expectations. Despite requesting timely room cleaning, I encountered an unkempt bed and a soap dish I had asked to be fixed, left broken on the floor. The shower stall's uncleanliness was equally disheartening, making it an unpleasant experience. I share this feedback not to criticize, but to encourage improvement. Your brand's reputation led me to choose your hotel, and I believe in its potential. I hope my concerns will be addressed, ensuring future guests receive the exceptional service Quality chain is known for. Next day: Thank you for addressing the previous concerns and making improvements. While the room appears more presentable, I must note that the shower cabin remains in an unacceptable condition, and the soap holder continues to be left on the floor. If cleaning the shower cabin falls outside the standards of Quality Hotel, I kindly suggest providing cleaning supplies for guests to maintain cleanliness after bathroom use. It is disheartening to encounter such conditions under the banner of quality. I believe it's safe to assume your guests do not have a similar experience at home. Additionally, it is disappointing that a prominent hotel chain cannot rectify a soap holder issue within several days. I hope these matters receive the attention they deserve to uphold the reputation your chain should represent. And I am utterly shocked and deeply concerned! Discovering expired cream in the room is completely unacceptable and poses a serious risk to the safety of your guests. This oversight is not only disappointing but also potentially hazardous. I implore you to address this matter immediately and ensure that such lapses in quality and safety do not happen again. The well-being of your guests should always be the top priority.

It is a large and somewhat overwhelming hotel, but the rooms are good, and the common areas are pleasant. However, the reception staff could be more accommodating, as a smile every now and then doesn't cost much. It is easy to get to the city center by subway. The parking fee is far too expensive.

Staff are amazing, at reception, restaurant, and at bar Almer is more than 5 stars! Tower 1 rooms spacious, nice big bathroom, good breakfast, but some small things missing, no shoe horn in rooms, no juice shots for breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet area, not too far away from the city center. The rooms are basic, but actually most of time I spend in the city, so all I needed was room to take a shower and have a sleep. What I noticed on the breakfast, was that there were more than 100 people around and yet , there was enough food and drinks for everyone, no waiting lines or any other inconviniece. Good job!

I would definitely recommend the hotel. It has a nice bar and a restaurant. With the kids playing area for fun. And if you are a member the coffee is free 😄. It is near the train station and bus stop. Also the city is few minutes travel from the hotel.

Perfect location if you are going to the concert in Tele2 or Avicii arena. But never had this bad service in any hotel in the world. When we checked in the guy at the front desk only said Hello to us. NOTHING else. He didn’t say even the amount of money what we have to pay of the room, just pointed the machine to us. Didn’t say anything about breakfast, what time and where it is served. We had to ask it! 😳 and then, they have the slowest bartenders ever in their lobby bar and they just close the bar at 1am while we are still waiting our first beer to get after the concert. And the bar is FULL of people. I can surely recommend this hotel for everybody but keep your expectations low for the service.

Poor cleaning of the room, dust several places, the bathroom has not been cleaned proper, we found lots of lime(not the good type) around the shower head and glass doors, there was soap stains on the outside of the shower in each corner, Brown stains on the tiles and walls, the built up dust in the AC was not a good look, i also asked for a baththub and double bed in my request when booking, got the double bed but not a baththub, one of the two reasons i picked this Hotel over others. When talking to the staff about my concern about booking they where rude and dismissive and just told me i should have called the hotel to book instead of booking online.. And offered no compensation or help with the issue. But atleast i got a balcony with 1 chair and a ashtray they looks directly down towards the bussy crowded shopping mall! Trip shaving stuff right there. Will not be coming back and this is not the quality i expected from a nordic quality hotel... And lets not talk about the parking situation.

Nice location. Beautiful lobby and helpful staff. One mention is that the normal double/twin room are quit small if you are traveling with a child and need a kids bed in the room. Double/Twin room with balcony was horror with child bed. For a child with two person family Superior room is best

+ Amazing breakfast! Perhaps not seen on the pictures, but this hotel has perhaps the most options I've seen: whatever you wish to have for (continental) breakfast, they have it. Several types of milk, bread, meat, cheese, fruit... Vegan? No problem, there's plenty to choose from. + Polite staff + Children playground, gym and some games like ping-pong available in the main hall. There's also a computer gaming room. - Smelly air in corridors and whoever designed/choose the carpets in the rooms did not try cleaning them in their life. They are tough to clean and therefore had much dust in the edges. Near: shopping mall: ICA, Subway, some restaurants (one of them has a great lunch offering). Public transport.

This is NOT a 4 stars hotel I will start with the good things: - friendly staff - clean rooms - fine breakfast There's no telephones in the rooms , what is this? Are we in 1880? I talked to the receptionist and he said I could call using my phone or text messaging, I am a tourist how am I supposed to call ? I have no sim card here. They suggested I come down every time I need anything. Also there's no mini fridge.

It is in good locatian. But the quality of service is not even lagoom. The breakfast is 3/10. The checkout time is 12:00, but I got really annoyed cleaning responsible for the floor, she started to knock my door from 11:00. I had to do early checkout because of the behavior
. If the privacy is important for you, than it is not recommended..

Decent price, for Stockholm. The hotel feels a bit outdated and run down, but nothing awful. Just a bit older. My room was clean but the hallways felt dark and gloomy. The hotel is massive so maybe it's just too big to keep up with? Comfy bed and blackout blinds. Breakfast was decent, there were hot options which is always a plus! I'm a bit surprised that a hotel so close to the arenas hasn't focused on soundproofing though. I went to the event nearby so when I got back the main event at the time was over, but the road outside was sooo loud! If I were going to another event in the Globen area I'd deffo stay here again though, it is a fairly good value.

Ironing bord in the room - awesome. Not much else in the way of amenities in the room though. (No fridge, no shoe horn, etc.) Very nice and fresh. Nice lobby with nice bar and restaurant. Near the metro, very close to The Globe and everything around that.

Very big and friendly hotel, I’ll be honest wasn’t there much as was working but the room was very comfortable and had no problem linking up my PlayStation. The hotel is attached to the avincii arena. With the restaurant looking over the inside of the actual arena. In the lobby is a bar and a good few games to be plaid. There is a beautiful display of a local musician and artist. Whose work may be purchased. This hotel is also across from the Tele3 arena. Breakfast was a mad variety of hot and cold food. Fruit, yogurt and cheeses. Not to mention the multiple pastries.

Friendly staff who always wants you to have the best possible experience. Rooms had everything you need, great beds, great bathroom. TV and fridge. Everything was clean. Great bar, a lot of comfortable seating in the lounge. There's table tennis and shuffleboard. Gym on 2nd floor with most of what you need for your average fitnessfanatics. Within 2 minutes walking distance is a big shopping center, bars, restaurants, you name it. Can't think of anything negative to say about my stay here. Taxis usually always just outside, no need to prebook or call ahead. 5/5 stars, would love to visit again.

I stayed on the East side room which looks like the older(?) Rooms compared to the photo. - room is small - carpet is yucky kind of grimy compared to the wooden floors in some of the photo - hotel charges by the hour for late check out compared to most hotels offering 1-2 hours of complementary late checkout where available - reception area is very nice and modern with games to play to pass the time - breakfast is very nice and quite varied - location is very nice, easy access to shopping food and public transport

  • 4/5 Roger A. 1 year ago on Google
Location depends of what purpose you have in Stockholm. Watching some game or concert at any of the arenas, tele2, Avicii Globe, Annexet or Hovet? Then it's a great location!

I would give 3 stars to This hotel if it was classified as 3 stars hotel! CAN ANY ONE HELP ME WITH THE E.MAIL OF MINISTREY OF TOURISM IN SWEDEN? this hotel should not be classified 4 star at all. They have no relation with that level exept the rich assorted breakfast. Otherwise can u belive there is no minibar??? NO KETTLE..! ARE U KIDDING ME? the towels are very old. The wall painting is not clean.. the sink in the shower was blocked_ then they clean it_ they are not honest at all in cleaning and room service. They just romve the trash.. i wonder who is the one responsible for giving the degree of the hotels to cheat customers that way??! 4 stars? Huh.. I repeat: the good thing is games in the lobby and breakfast. Otherwise try not stay there.. the rooms are more like a student hostel rather than a hotel in a scandanivian countrey.

The hotel is good for a big family, as the hotel provides a lot of activities and fancy rooms...However, I am giving only 2 stars, because I am very disappointed by the fact that the shampoo and body lotion bottle was empty. The napkins tray was empty(Thank God I brought my own), and there was less than half toilet paper for 2 people for 3 days.... I have worked in several hotels over the years, to know that all of this is extremely unacceptable! They asked me if I need cleaning when I checked in, and I said no, because I was just checking in,I haven't seen the room yet and thought the room has already been prepared. Turns out it wasn't. If those things do not disturb you, you will like the kids activities and bar.

Honestly a great experience and good value for money. We had a dirty airbnb with an unresponsive host so we decided to look for a hotel at 9pm. They were able to take us within an hour. Rooms are clean, the staff is courteous, breakfast is a large and good buffet, and the lobby has fun games. Located close to the metro (8 min walk) and it’s easy to get to the center. Also next to a mall that I did not visit but heard is good. Overall, totally satisfied. Not in the city center but for the price, it is no problem to take the metro for 10-15 mins. Thank you!

The best thing is the location of the hotel. Very close to the city centre. Good and fast public transport. I couldn't sleep much, because of the noise from the trains which are driving very close to the hotel ... There was no shampoo or shower gel in the bathroom. They left us two people with half a roll of toilet paper for two days ... There was a napkin dispenser in the bathroom, but it was empty ... Not very nice

Yesterday I stayed for one night in room 1758. I traveled with a travel&tour company. This means the one who did the check in is the company not me personally. The tour leader received all room keys from the receptionist and handed the room key at 7PM to all tour members which means the tour leader did the check in proces. Suddenly, at around 11PM, someone knock my room’s door “knock, knock, knock” without saying anything. Me and my mother didn’t expect any guests. We have lied in the bed to sleep. Just imagine in the middle of the night someone knock the door quietly without saying anything. Me and my mother were scared that someone would robbed us or pointed gun at us. We didn’t answer the door. I would like to call the receptionist but there was no phone in the room. I googled and searched for the hotel’s phone number. It was so hard to get in line with them because they didn’t answer it. The third times I called, they answered. I said “I’m from room 1758 and someone knocked my door can you check it?” The receptionist replied “It is from room service, you are suppose to check out today and who are you to stay in this room, please go down to receptionist by bringing your identity card because we would like to verify you.” I said “You should call my tour leader or contact person who check in this room because it is not me personally who check in.” The receptionist replied “No madame, you have to go downstairs”. I was curious because how can the receptionist disturb its guest in the middle of night. It was 23:45 and I called my tour leader. My tour leader went down to lobby and asked me to stay in my room until he arrived in front of my door. Five minutes later after my tour leader went to lobby, he knocked my door. I opened my door and I saw the hotel manager (not wearing any uniform just wearing a black t-shirt) and 3 police men. My tour leader said “Let’s just go down to lobby together to give what the hotel (the receptionist and the hotel manager) want.” The hotel manager said “Yes please go down to receptionist just one of you”. I asked my mom to stay in room and I bring my mom and my passport to go down to lobby. The manager said to me “Because you refused to identify yourself, I called police”. I said “I never refuse to identify myself, I didn’t know who knock my door and it was not clear why I hadn’t check in because the one who did check in is the tour company how could you gave the key if you hadn’t do the verification on the first place. You had disturb your guest in the middle of the night literally at 12PM now.” The hotel manager said “It is because we didn’t know you and it was for safety.” I replied “It was your system, It was your problem, not me. Now I have give you my identity card, you could not say I did not cooperate with you. You did have poor service and poor management.” The hotel receptionist and hotel manager did not even ask apologize to me. Even though the hotel room was nice, I could not have a good rest because of this event.
