Stayed at the sleep boxes. It was a fun experience, not really convenient to be honest. They are located behind the restaurant bathrooms and you can hear it when someone's going to use them. You kinda feel felt out and neglected. On big games nights it's not possible to get any real sleep since the restaurant is only a glass door away. On the bright side staff is friendly and polite, even though there was a mistake and they charged my room twice. All in all a mediocre experience, wouldn't recommend it for more than just one night, just to experience the capsule.

Good location if you are going to an event in the Avicii Arena or Tele2 arena. There isn’t really a reception, you check in at the restaurant when it is open. The standard room has windows straight into the busy street under the bridge of Tele2 arena. That makes the room quite noisy even at night. Also people from the night club made a lot of noise under the window at night. The breakfast had the smallest selection I’ve ever seen at a hotel. The cleaner was in a hurry and wanted us out before tha check out time. Quite expensive for what you get, basically the only upside is the location if you have an event at the arenas. But the Quality Hotel Globe next door is probably better even then.

Worst Hotel we’ve ever stayed in ! Check in was in the bar / restaurant...pretty fishy...We had the superior family room which was tiny ! Room was all in all pretty dark. The carpet was full of yellow stains, the sofa cushions were full of big white stains as well as the bed frame. We found hair, some kind of dirt and some old and new red staines ( which we believed was blood ) on the mattress after we removed the sheets. The beds were promoted as adjustable but they didn’t work. The beds also were very uncomfortable due to the broken adjustment mechanism. We ended up sleeping on the floor because it wasn’t possible to sleep in the bed without any back pain. Refrigerator is missing and there’s no wall mirror, only a small bathroom mirror over the sink. Breakfast was bad, only two types of bread to choose from, which was either baguette or toast bread. No healthy options. Very small selection to choose from and the eggs and bacon were cold. We definitely not going back ! Doesn’t deserve even one star

The worst customer services experience ever, we were scummed for the money. The manager is unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and lied to my face. Booked a room, but at the place turned out that they want to put us in a sleeping box. The manager tried to make a fool out of me. We had to pay extra to stay in a normal room. Breakfast is just bread, cheese, and two cold meat. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. The only positive aspect of the place is the location. Overall my recommendation is to stay away from this hotel.

This is a horrible place. The price is way too high for the quality that was offered. After 11 there's not a single staff member. Breakfast is also horrible as they only have few vegetables, one bread option and 2 cold cuts. Only good think about it is the location as its close to the center and the old town.

Superior room for two adults in one bed. For sleeping a few nights, it works great. The bed is comfy, the private bathroom is clean and compared to the rest of the room is spacious. Downside, no real place to place your luggage or shoping. Small trashcan. The view is a highway. TV has 6 channels, but a sportbar is 10 meters away. The location is great if you like us are catching a game or show at The Globe or Tele2 arena. Poor breakfast.

We opted to stay here because we had never heard of a 'sleep box' before and we thought it would be fun! So in short - sleep box very cool, well priced and fun! But stay away from the bar, do your research and don't expect anything from the staff/bar/whoever runs the sleep box side of things. DETAILS: The good - It was fun! The box is very cozy, sleeps a little warm but has decent ventilation. The mattress is very long so you can easily stretch out, a little on the firm side. It has space in it for carry on luggage size bags and has very thick walls so it was pretty quite. You share two - very nice - showers between 5 sleep boxes. The showers are private and there are 3 water closets. We never had a problem with overcrowding in any of these spaces and they were mostly clean. The bad - I would say this is a place for experienced travelers to stay at only. The staff is very friendly but less then helpful. If you are parking and need to leave early in the morning, DO NOT PARK in the underground garage as it locks from 2am to 6:30am, but apparently the Bo didn't know this and has no night staff to help. We even mention that we were leaving at 4:00am and that garage was still suggested to us. I also loved the idea of having a bar right there for food and beer but the first time we went there the food was exceptionally slow (though it tasted great) and I was never asked if I wanted a second beer and by the time we got our food we needed to leave for out event. The bar had little interest in night time fries, drinks and us in general. I really thought it would be fun to have a bar three steps from us but obviously my expectations were too high. I feel like some of this would be really easily fixed with either a welcome packet (or half sheet of paper) including info on parking, food in the area (especially breakfast) and a short expatiation of how the bar and the sleep boxes were related or giving customers more specific info when they check in. Just an idea.

Clean and not too hot boxes (especially in this summer important ;)). bathroom and toilets are clean. Lunch was also good. It's a pitty, we had no time for breakfast, which starts at 07:00.

A lot of confusion when checking in and also check in is the main restaurant area where it's busy with people queuing for dinner. Took quite some time and wasn't painless. We wondered if they even had our booking for a while. The rooms were nice enough though (no window) and the bathroom was at a very good standard

This place is literally inside the Tele2 Arena. There are a few bars & restaurants inside also, which stay busy well into the night. The hotel is 1 floor above, so don't expect much peace & quiet until the bars close. The rooms are nice though, and the Globe is right next door, as is the Globen Mall. T-bana and train station are 5-minute walk.

Not the most silent place to sleep, but we came here for a concert so there goes that. Clean and stylish. Service number not reachable during midnight when we had some inconvenience with magnetic keycard.

Great place to stay if you have a concert at Tele2 arena or Avicii arena. Our room was spacious and neat. Keep in mind that there's a busy road just right next to the hotel and nightclub downstairs. We slept well, but some may find the noice disturbing. Great service at reception and during breakfast. Price was reasonable.
