Expensive
prices
for
an
unprofessional
service
and
mediocre
manicure
+
pedicure.
I
would
not
recommend
this
salon.
My
17:00
appointment
started
late
at
17:20
as
the
nail
technician
had
to
spend
extra
time
fixing
another
customer's
manicure
who
wasn't
happy
with
her
final
results.
When
we
started
with
my
appointment
at
17:20
(supposed
to
be120
mins
for
a
manicure
+
pedicure),
the
nail
technician
said
she
wouldn't
have
time
to
do
french
nails.
The
pedicure
foot
bath
was
cold.
The
electronic
file
machine
was
broken
so
the
technician
spent
extra
time
removing
my
nail
lacquer
manually
with
a
nail
file
instead.
The
appointment
was
continuously
interrupted
by
customers
asking
to
book
appointments/drop-ins
-
as
there
were
no
other
staff,
the
nail
technician
had
to
keep
stopping
to
help
at
the
reception
desk
which
slowed
down
the
procedure
even
more.
When
we
moved
to
the
manicure,
many
of
the
nude
nail
colours
were
out
of
stock.
My
cuticles
weren't
done
properly
so
the
end
result
didn't
look
professional
for
the
expensive
price.
The
mall
was
closing
so
the
nail
technician
was
eager
to
close
the
shop.
I
asked
to
pay
with
a
Cutie
Care
gift
voucher
but
the
nail
technician
hadn't
been
trained
how
to
use
this
on
the
cash
system.
I
waited
while
she
called
her
manager
to
ask
for
help.
Then
I
paid
with
the
1000
sek
gift
card
+
the
remaining
money
390
sek
by
bank
card.
I
got
a
notification
on
my
phone
that
the
payment
was
charged,
but
the
nail
technician
said
she
couldn't
see
it
on
her
computer.
I
waited
while
she
called
her
manager
again,
who
asked
me
if
I
could
pay
by
Swish.
I
explained
I'd
already
paid,
but
the
nail
technician
said
they
couldn't
see
it
on
the
system.
She
gave
me
the
phone
to
talk
with
her
manager,
who
asked
me
to
Swish

sek.
I
swished
and
noted
the
Cutie
Care
customer
service
email
address
to
email
them
in
case
I
could
see
double
payment
on
my
bank.
I
have
now
been
in
email
conversation
with
Cutie
Care's
customer
service
team
the
past
few
days
to
get
a
refund
for
the
390
sek.
They
are
claiming
they
"can't
see
the
card
payment
in
their
system"
but
my
bank
confirmed
the
payment
went
through
on
my
card.
