If you want to come to a hairdresser who doesn't listen to you, who promises one thing before you make an appointment and changes 180 degrees once you're in the chair and it's late, and makes you pay overcharges and for her mistakes, then you've come to the right place. That she then needs to silence one with 'I have 12 years of experience' in the industry instead of listening and letting the results and the customer's satisfaction level show it, says it all. Sure I got a correction session which was just as unproductive as the first time (which I wish I had skipped), she defended herself throughout the session instead of hearing what I say. And when I say I'm unhappy, she brushed my hair, walked away and made a call and totally ignored me. There are other good salons that do curls much better than this place (too bad my hairdresser was on maternity leave and I could have fixed this color on my own which I have done before and I wanted to go to the hairdresser because I thought they should know better especially if he has 12 years of experience). And as she herself said when I showed pictures of how I want it 'these pictures are usually edited' so then you know what to expect. My hair is a rainbow of orange, green, piss yellow a little blonde and a little ashy and mostly dassy. None of my friends have said that it was nice, compared to previous places I've been to. So think about that when you choose a salon!

I always get my hair cut at Sandra's and am always satisfied. She has also saved my hair from total disaster (home dyeing) a couple of years ago, and made it look really nice. I think all the 1 star reviews are strange as I have never experienced the boring treatment they describe. I recommend Mimmis Salon!

I experienced unprofessional behavior. First they changed my booked time online due to booking system error. This can happen so then I was told to go another day. I went there in the morning at the same time as the canceled one but they asked me to come back by in 2 hours. I did so but again they asked me to wait for a call. Unfortunately, this never happened. Finally I called and they told me to wait but suddenly the call ended. I feel like they're driving me around. It is not wrong to say that you have no available time today. Like this, I would have liked to have gone somewhere else. Not recommend

The hairdresser has "12 years of experience" and does not cut at all as we agreed from the beginning. Thinning it out and cutting it up more than I want. My hair is not even hard to cut. So dissatisfied. Will never go there again.

Had my 2 year old daughter cut there and can say never again. She was basically in tears and never wants to cut her hair again after that visit. I really hope that the staff is taken care of

Perfect hairdresser but the room was dirty. There was old hair everywhere, including on the sofa and in the shaver. Didn't look like it was thoroughly cleaned in a while.

Disappointed. They are good at what they do, but you get run over as a customer. Was very clear that I wanted to cut minimally, checked even during the cutting how much she took and got the answer "1.5 cm". Felt like she took more, but you still trust people who are professionals. When I got home, I measured because it looked so much shorter and she has haircuts over 5 cm. Maybe sounds like a silly thing but it is very important to me, as I said repeatedly.

I wrote them a week before I got there how I wanted it; curls or balayage that would cover my growth. Gets there and the hairdresser says it's better to take two intense shades, one darker at the bottom and one lighter on the lengths which is a bit beige/ashy. "Okay, but it still sounds good, she should know what shade to use on my then super blonde hair", I thought and said. When I was done, I was almost black with green shades here and there. Plus a third outgrowth that appeared where the two shades met during coloring. Really cool. Don't go there. The pictures on instagram are nice but almost none of these pictures are made by the hairdresser that I "happened" to get.

very nice staff, extremely good at both cutting and colouring! Despite the fact that I had a difficult color that almost all other salons in Sweden fail with, they got it just the way I wanted it! Highly recommended!
