My visit of today happened with some other family members and guests (wasn't my first visit though) but I must say it was less than expectations. On top of that I asked my guests to take almost a half-an-hour walk to reach to the place. Sanitation was a disaster, all the place was piled up with trash and tables uncleaned after former guests left it just there... We even asked personnel for a quick removal of rest food but obviously they were too busy to do so ( I did it myself by a tray that I borrowed from cashier). So a total mess during the weekend, lack of personnel and unresponsive employees are what you can expect if you visit this place on weekends... Expensive for the service you get!

Something wrong with Starbucks in Sweden they do not have same vibe and quality. Coffee was average and bagel from yesterday. There are plenty other nice coffee shops around.

Our Experience at the Starbucks MOOD in Stockholm, Sweden was very poor. We did not feel that the the quality of service was up to par for Starbucks. The Guest Service was very unfriendly when we came up to by Coffee, and Merchandise. When buying coffee, we asked for the Pike Place Roast in a Venti, and was told they weren't making Pike Place Roast any more today. We felt like they could care less. Like we were just another number they were trying to get through that day...Very sad...

Good cappuccino, no variety of sweets, white mocha was good too. The place is kinda messy needs cleaning, friendly staff. The chocolate cake was good too

A very nice place with quite a bit of space. Not the biggest Starbucks but not small either. Extremely comfortable armchair and couches other than the usual tables.

My favorite Starbucks in Stockholm...as a visitor. The space is warm and it has room to work. Or chill. People at the counter greet with a smile and warmth. Good service. Come back often! Thanks Mood Starbucks.

Nice coffee and chocolate, usually available seats.

Very cosy space & quite relaxing BUT apart from the fact that the coffee was way too weak, I ordered some cheesecake which apparently had gone bad, the taste was absolutely nasty. Returned it and asked for a slice of carrot cake instead and when I tried that one, it was completely dry and the frosting was sandy. Not sure how long they keep them around but this is just unacceptable and damages the brand's reputation.

Good place with cosy design. But it is very and very dirty. The tables are not cleaned and even the chairs are full of leftovers. Hope it can be fixed

Friendly staff. Gave helpful tourist advice with a smile! Quiet, clean.

Love going to Starbucks the reason why I get four stars instead of five was because they closed an hour early but the gentleman was nice enough to let us sit and ordered even though he was closing in 5 minutes.

Dieses Stockholmer Starbucks liegt optimal wenn man zu Fuß unterwegs ist und unterwegs einen kurzen Zwischenstopp einlegen will! Das Lokal als solches ist einfach ein Starbucks mehr - das Personal super freundlich und auch im größten Stress hoch effizient!
