Charming little place in Gamla Stan (Stockholms Old Town) chaikanna offers a variety of different sorts of tea. I visited the place with my daughter and husband, We ordered the English and French afternoon tea. The English version comes with different kinds of sandwishes, scones with cream cheese, and marmelad. The French version is more salted, salmon, pate, cheese, fig marmelad, and croissant bread. I recommended this place after a walk in the Old time, a cup of tea with a little side bite will make your day 😉 👍

The service was good and the tea was delicious. Prices were high, but we were lenient as the place was attractively funished and decorated. The cheapest tea was about 75 kr. Tea recommendation: Jasmin tea and orange blossom tea.

A cosy little place to kick back and have some tea. Watch out for the house dog „Max“. He is a charm and so is the whole place. Fantastic sandwiches.

I have been 3 times to this place in the past 12 months. Very cosy and quaint tea place. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable and the tea selection is quite varied and high quality. They don't have a very varied menu when it comes to food (it's still okay), but their tea selection is excellent. Probably the place to go if you want to have a proper tea brew in central Stockholm. I recommend it.

The place looks nice, but a lot of people are crammed into a small place. Hard to even go to the bathroom. The afternoon tea is not served all at once, but like course menu. A bit stressful. The food is decent. Loved the chocolate cake. Quite pricey compared to what you get.

An amazing place to buy tea. Their personnel really know their product, and they are super helpful. It also has a cafe where you can order tea and some cakes, and the atmosphere is great for a date. Definitely recommended. Even if you are not a tea person, it worth the visit.

It was a really nice tea house. A place to relax in warm temperatures. Thanks to the material, the table is heat conductive, so it is warm. There was a wide selection of teas from different regions and countries around the world. The hosts are polite, quick and friendly. It was a nice experience!

Perfect for tourists and first dates (surprise her with a glass of champagne)! Very cozy and quaint tea salon in a quiet alley in Stockholm’s Old town. A bit more pricey but definitely worth it.

A delightful spot for tea and sweet treats. Prosecco, too, and little sandwiches. Very popular, and deservedly so—we got the last table one late afternoon. The Christmas Tea blend was delicious—their own blend of black tea and spices—and we bought a bag to take home.

I had a quiet break with a croque madame and a pot of milky oolong tea. The food was nice, but the peculiar taste of milk of this particular tea was non existent. Shame, because I love this tea. But the street is quiet and, in the end, it was a nice break.

Great experience with the tea tasting, with the very friendly and passionate owner! You get more to eat than I expected, so don't worry about having dinner before - just have a late night sandwich after.

Not a huge fan of tea but the sandwiches were amazing. People who enjoy tea would surely love this place.

A beautiful place in a secluded path in Gamla Stan to enjoy an afternoon tea. Would definitely recommend this place for an unforgettable and blissful experience of serenity in the heart of Stockholm.

Great food and service. Only issue we had was it didn't take our credit card - make sure you have a card that does the tap service. Thankfully my work card has tap ability. Scones were soft and delicious! Felt like I was back in the UK enjoying scones and tea!

Loved the idea of the teas of the week 💜 the tea and the dessert were soo delicious (but I would have loved if they had a low sugar dessert)

Wonderful little tea house opposite the beautiful German church. We happened upon it by wandering around the side streets, but are so glad we stopped here and didn't just settle for the earlier cafes we saw! From the outside it seems quite understated and during our visit wasn't full of tourists (though we are exactly that), which made for a much nicer experience. The food is wonderful, the menu has a great choice of sandwiches - we opted for the club & vegetarian ones - along with various lovely sounding combinations of afternoon tea to suit everyone. The portion sizes are very generous and very well priced. There's even a gorgeous little sausage dog who potters around the tea shop and is happy to stop for a little stroke and a belly rub.

The tea was wonderful and tha fruit cake was delightful. Note: Pets are allowed so people with dog allergy better find another place. Having a bad rush now 🤧🤒

Tea shop with large selection of quality teas. You can sit down for afternoon tea too, with pastry or scones. Highly recommended for tea connoisseurs.

😠 Had heard good things about the place but was sadly disappointed. Waited 15 min for a menu and then 35 min for the food. I ordered the bearnaise 150g steak but as you can see that was never 150g, ridiculously small. Also the warmth was lacking. My company had the chicken burger and it was nearly col...
