Pretty standard McDonald's, so familiar and safe. During the explosions, not so pleasant, because everyone is frightened by the bangs. But we don't blast rocks here forever. Customer service ok... Of course it also depends on luck. The tables are cleaned diligently and the environment is nice and clean.

Has good sitting space and is sound proof so no noise from passersby. Downside is there is almost always a queue and no screens for you to order yourself. The El Maco is absolutely amazing though and you can have your meals delivered to nearby locations.

A confusing place, quite a walk from the bus station and the viking line terminal, of course a brisk walk between e.g. cruises won't hurt. Otherwise, the food is basic McDonalds.

Just okay, nothing special. Being a vegetarian, I had very limited options (read 1) to choose from. I ordered McVegan Meal, and it was nothing special. It's the last place I'd visit only when don't have any other option. I wish McDonald's expand their vegetarian and vegan menu.

Kind employees, good meal, nice ambience. Sure I'll return to McDonald's Slussen.

Update: Although the location is convenient, the service is not! This must be one of the slowest McDonald's in Sweden. People stand in line for a long time (a long time for "fast" food) and then leave without ordering. The lines aren't long to begin with, I don't get it. The staff takes 3+ minutes per customer, it's horrible for a McDonald's. I will probably not come back again. Original review: Service was a bit slow today, but it's the perfect place for a quick bite while you wait for the bus. Very convenient location for commuters!

It's ok.. Minus, because your dish might be put with e.g. onion if you've said no! The toilets are usually full and dirty..

Went here when being very hungry, and still got really disappointed. Why is there no salad with the fish-o-filet? Why are even the expensive meals so far from a decent burger?

No you with happy meal, despite toys being present - the explanation is"we don't give toys today". Instead a mandatory kid's book in Swedish (which is fine except if you happen to be tourist). No ordinary Fanta available either. Staff doesn't really care.

Hamburger with no taste, french fries soft like a rag, long wait to get the cashier. Only redeeming feature was that after ordering got the food quickly... First and last time for me

Unprofessional to say the least. McDonald’s has this thing called McFeedback. Me and my friend were approached by an employee just the other day at McDonald’s in Slussen. He asked if we would like to answer a survey and that if we did we would receive an ice cream. But whilst starting the survey the employee told us exactly how we should answer. In all the ratings he always said rate the highest. In the motivation questions we should write “was good” and “good”. When there was a question about whether we did or did not use table service when we ordered I pointed out to him that we can’t pick yes. Because we didn’t use it, neither does this McDonald’s even have the service, he said pick yes. The employee stood and watched over that we answered as he said we should the whole survey. This is unprofessional. Whether he was ordered to or took own initiative to do this I feel like its just wrong. Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to has had a way better approach to getting McFeedbacks. Handing out dessert as a way to promote the McFeedback surveys. Then handing out cards with QR-codes and said that if one would like to they can take the survey.

Ordered two meals and an appetizer for my girlfriend and I at this McDonald’s location. When we got to our seat, we noticed that we had all our food except the appetizer. The cashier did not offer me a receipt so I didn’t have one. I went up to the counter and explained that I didn’t get my appetizer and the cashier said to go speak to whoever I ordered from but they were not there anymore. When I told them that I was not there anymore the cashier said that she would not be willing to help me and then asked me to leave. They thought that I was making up a story for free food. I called the store from inside the store to speak with the store manager since it was extremely busy, and she kindly and without hesitation gave me the appetizer that I ordered and everything was just fine. 4/5 food by McDonald’s standards, 1/5 service by cashier, 5/5 service by manager.

They deserve 0 stars. So I ordered my food and they never gave it to me. I went to the loo when I came out they had said they called my order but then I said where is my food then? Then they focused on providing food for others and not my food! Then I left having paid for my food and never got it in the end as I had to catch my bus 🤬😡😡😡
