  Their spicy chicken burger is my all time favourite. Not so spicy for Indian tongue though yet quite tasty! There has been real consistency maintained with taste and freshness. Hope they continue to do so.

  Although had lost my faith in Max Burger due to bad experiences, this branch particularly was amazing. I was there during rush hour and it was best service and quality of food in no time. So well done whoever the branch manager is.

  MAX in Mall of Scandinavian's are very good, the service fairly quick. The sitting area has been a bit vandalized, and needs a brush up

  Nice ordering system that saved time and made it clear when the food was ready. First time eating at this franchise, and friends said it was better than McDonald's. Fries were great but I didn't like the beef that much. Seasoning otherwise great.

  Good place for a burger and snacks..... difficult to find a place to sit... also they should clean the table after each customer... some times the tables are dirty

  I always buy max burger but this time i got the burger like this in max mall of scandinavia, the patty meat is very burnt. So sad i need to eat black burnt patty 😬

  Max Mall of Scandinavia has the worst service ever, they got my order wrong twice and didn't even apologize. Max has one of the best burgers in Sweden, unfortunately they always get the order wrong. Check yourself order beforehand, they say we will mail you gift certificate when you complain and the worst part is that you never get reimbursed/no gift card.

  This should be closed especially because now, with a global pandemic, employees do not respect the customers. It is unacceptable not to wear gloves when touching food today in such place. There were so many employees without gloves! They were literally handling the food with their bare hands. I am not sure if this is the policy of the employer or just neglect from the staff which was anyway not professional.. I do not recommend this to anybody. I thought of giving a second chance and try again, but this year it has been much worse. My burger did not have any vegetables, the fries were reheated...

  Worst Max I have ever been to. Their bacon tastes tuna and their nuggets stink of onions. They looked very pale too and weren’t cooked thoroughly so my gf asked for a new batch and they looked the same. The hamburger is also squished and the bread is soggy

  The place was so dirty. Everywhere trays and paper napkins. Ordered a chicken salad(what a horrible idea). It had just a few old lettuce and 5 bites of "grilled chicken" which it looked like someone sliced it with his hands. No beans, no avocado...Returned it back and they offered me the same with some cubed frozen avocado. I just couldn't eat it. Looked disgusting. Instead i asked for a chicken burger(any of them) which it wasn't spicy. I received a hot chicken burger with just chicken a white sauce and onions. No cheese.. nothing else on it. I don't think i will ever give them a third chance.

  What matters the quality of the food if the place is extremely dirty. Never experienced before. All tables, napkins, floor, everywhere dirty. I understand people In Sweden does not clean on fast food places, but some staff should have the eyes on it.

  Ordered take-out, digital signs say order prepared for 15 minutes, noticed a order on counter similar to mine, takes a peek regardless signs still say being prepared, yes my order is done and just stood there for 10 in a opened paper bag, when asked why order is still prepared when it actually is done, answer was shortly the signs do not work, when it actually means, sorry we missed to check it out, otherwise all other orders had been the same, as a reference I had 33 and got mine when +60 started to come out, no refund and no sorry more then the signs cannot be trusted. Lousy. Plus burger looked like bombshell when I came home eating my cold burger and fries. So a hint, do not trust the signs and instead stand close to the counter and check each bag that comes out. Messy.
