The worst Max I’ve ever been to - unorganized staff, not efficient, slow and every time mixes ul my take away order. Organisation, efficiency and common sense left this place, or actually was never probably present. Manager should be replaced ASAP

From the moment I arrived Sweden I kept seeing Max everywhere and when my friend told me it was a burger place I knew I just had to try it out. On 18/04 I eventually did and it was just as perfect as I hoped. It was a sumptuous meal and I ate it all without leaving a drop

I had a bad experience with the cleaner there.. dark skin.. he was just plain rude to me and my kid.. he should be kicked out my kid never wants to go back there because of this person... everytime she seems him working she doesnt want to eat there at all which is sad coz we have been eating there since we moved here... just a disgusting behaviour... we complained but the management dint do anything...

Employee wears black disposable gloves. Employee enters sanitary area. Employee exits sanitary area, still wearing gloves. Employee wipes with some sponge cloth the dring dispensers Employee goes back behind counter and works on prepping food. Yes still wearing the black disposable gloves.

The service was excellent. The girl (Hanna) at the drive-through window was super patient and really took her job seriously. her work ethics should be acknowledged. She has the quality of being a leadership. I have no doubt that she is someone who would make the business soar. I hope the manager at this location notices her. Food was well prepared and tasty as well.

Visited MAX for a quick takeaway meal, great food selections, staffs were nice and polite. No complaints

Odered via drive-thru line at this MAX location, and the fish burger served was cold, also looked and tasted like it had been re-fried. Along with the overpowering unpleasant smell of grease, the fish patty also looked grey-ish and not fresh. I had to throw away the whole burger. I emailed customer service to file a complaint, but nobody at the store followed up as the customer service promised. So not only the food quality control was concerning, but also the customer service experience was unpleasant. Max burger is overall good, but just not at this location.

Ate vege. The restaurant is good but the Solna area probably has prevailing racism. Just be watchful of that as the teenagers can be prejudicial and swearing!

Really like they customer service but the burgers are always undercooked hope they can improve it. I get belly ache every time !

the food was good but the service could've been better. They put the chek inside my friend's burger and forgot the bun of my burger so thet just throw it inside the bag :/

The temperature inside the restaurant was about -2 degrees, while outside were around -10 degrees. We had to eat the food with gloves on our hands. Terrible experience, we never comeback to this place.

One thing is confusing in all Max restaurants that they add new types of burgers and there is no description anywhere that this burger is spicy. Like the new chicken burger it looks delicious on pictures and it is very spicy so we had to change it to something else. And why they make everything spicy? We can't eat chicken sandwiches because all of them are spicy (and I can't eat spicy food because I have IBD) so that is why we go somewhere else to eat when we want chicken. They should make them normal like in McDonald's or Burger king. That is a BIG minus for MAX.

soooo disgusting. i found at least 20 little green bugs in my food. my friend also got pure RAW CHICKEN, LIKE ACC RAW. He got super sick. dont recommend. the workers care more abt speed than quality

First of all the drive thru is not a fast experience. Order your food and pull around the corner and wait and wait and wait. 15 min to get your food. Ordered the new spicy avocado. Tasted like a piece of rubber. You expect drive thru to be a bit rubbery cause that’s the idea behind drive thru. But waiting 15 min for food. Come in!

I order grand chicken meal to take away, when i got home i open the bag and fries was not there! Its on receive, but stuff forget to put it in a bag!

Very nice place to seat and eat , specially at night time when it has moon on sky , you can eat hot chickens wings also enjoy the environment ☺️☺️
