Marvelous sight of St. George & the dragon statue, right at the edge of Old town. Easy to spot. You have the option to go inside the church & explore more of the history, where there are more statues.

Clearly the statue is grand and intriguing. The position is beautiful and the princess' statue is the cherry on the top of the cake. It is one of the copy of the original statue that you find in Stora kyrka (take note that now you have to pay to get inside the curch). If you are walking around Gamla Stan(the old town) this should be on your list of things to see!!

This is one of the places to stop by and check out the statue of Saint George slaying the dragon, and it is located in the store at cobblestone damn with Stan area of Stockholm. The statutes office a little bit underwhelming, but it’s one of those to-do things in Sweden. Plus, there are a lot of very cute shops and souvenirs shopping locations nearby.

Worth seeing if you're wandering around old town Stockholm. There was a really neat wicker weaver in a shop just in front of the statue.

If you have some free time - definitely check out the statue of Saint George slaying the dragon, it is slightly underwhelming however the area “old town” has tons of beautiful shops, cafes and beautifully cobbled streets well worth visiting.

Of all the St. George and dragon statues I’ve seen, this one is in the top 10 hands down.

A magnificent sculpture. But many guides don't know to explain that symbolizes the union of a christian martyr of roman times with medieval legends.

The streets its on has romatic climbing vines that cascade down in a green wave of life . Alot of good cafes to grab a nice bit of lunch I really find this part of old town had so much charm , history and life Only downside is it can be hard to get a picture since they have so many guided tours , so plan ahead a bit if you want to capture that special moment < 3
