Great location for Central Station and even closer to the express train to the airport. A warm welcome and pain free check in, room not that big but for a short stay its more than adequate. Breakfast buffet was fantastic with lots of choices and a waffle maker. The bar has around 300 types of beer with lovely service from the staff.

Loved!!! Room was great and had private sauna that you could reserve! the staff were so so nice and kind to us! Great breakfast! Very central to the train station which is great if you are coming from airport! Great location! All good things! Five stars! Book!

Great location, good service, and decent amenities. The rooms are a bit small, but cozy. Main complaints are the small bathroom, very small TV, and lack of AC. They do include a tower fan in the room which is a nice bonus, it definitely helped. The included breakfast was also quite nice.

Great room , very cosy, and with all things expected. In the heart of Stockholm, close to everything . The hotel keeps the feeling of old but updated in the best of ways. Price is very good. Nice Hotel opposite the train station in the city center. Just 3 min to Arlanda platforms. Due to this it was quite noisy by night. Better to book a courtyard room. Breakfast buffet was good and with a reasonable selection.

Room was ok, and location was great. Very central. Breakfast I am sad to say was one of the worst I've had. Room was fine, but I wouldn't class it as a 4 star hotel. We slept good, and had a nice stay, but there wasn't anything "wow" about it, and I think we kind of expected more.

A charming Hotel in conveniently located next to Stockholm Central. The reception was friendly and very helpful. I even got upgraded to a double room and was able to check in before 3pm. My room had a very charming retro vibe. It was clean, the bed super comfy and the bathroom small but well functioning. The only downside was that I wanted to take a nap in the afternoon, but some drilling made it impossible to sleep. After checking out I asked for some coffee and I got it even delivered into the lounge… thank you!

The hotel most definitely deserves all 5 stars. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The reception team were polite, welcoming, and so helpful. The location was amazing, very central and right outside the Aralanda express station making it so accessible to get to and from the airport. Breakfast was also delicious 😋. Very good location. When you get off the train from the airport, all you have to do is cross the street! Very friendly staff and a nice, healthy breakfast. We found the room a little less. No good insulation and blackout, as bar guests at the bottom made quite a lot of noise. It is also ready at 4:30 am because the curtains could not darken enough. Considering the price, we certainly thought it was a very small room, the bathroom could not accommodate 2 people, but in general Stockholm is a fairly expensive city in terms of hotels, so this is probably normal.

An excellent hotel in a convenient central location. 5mins walk from Central Station. 15mins walk to Gamla Stan. 30mins ish walk, or a 10min tram ride, to Djurgarden. Very friendly staff and nice rooms...I was there alone so had a single. The room was very clean and you could actually have 2 people in it as it had 2 single beds. All the usual facilities plus a small fridge with some beer in it. Very quiet at night which is always good. Great buffet breakfast and a really nice bar/restaurant for the evening if you choose. BE WARNED...it is Stockholm and everywhere is expensive except the excellent 7/11's. Great 4* hotel though and highly recommended. Belgian owned/themed so good selection of Belgian beers!

I take reservation for two adults but they give a rooms very small and the second bed it's for a baby , I thinks it's no correct , i ask to change they said me it' normal you can sleep there I'm 1.88 hight so it's was orrible , I ask to have any channels on Tv but they said me it's norma you ve only 20 channels in swedish no BBC No CNN no nothing I tink for the cost to pay 150 euro for night it's very expensive for the room and the service in the romms too. I travel so much but really was a one of my so bad rooms in my life .

Excellent base to tour Stockholm. Close to metro, train station, bus terminal, shopping and lots of great restaurants.

Quirky hotel with a retro feel. Good breakfast. Clean. Excellent location - 100 yards away from Arlanda Express train station, 15 mins walk from Old Town and one block away from main shopping street with many restaurants close by. Rooms not massive, but big enough. Would use again in we revisit Stockholm

Sehr schönes Hotel, leider war das Zimmer für meinen Sohn (13) und mich zu klein, wir konnten uns kaum umdrehen durch das zweite Bett. Davon abgesehen alles bestens, sauber und modern. Tolles Frühstück und perfekte Lage.

Beste Lage,da mitten im Zentrum. Auch das Frühstücks Buffet ist ausgezeichnet, frisch und gut. Für alle Geschmäcker, was dabei...! Das Doppel Zimmer soweit gut, zwar etwas klein, aber mit einem kleinen Nassraum Dusche, WC kl.Waschbecken ausgestattet. Wir hatten das Fenster in den Innenhof, super ruhig dadurch! An der Rezeption war Frau Kayza sehr freundlich und half uns, beim auschecken, im Internet unsere Boarding Card auszudrucken. Sie ist wirklich super gut in ihrem Job!! Danke nochmals dafür! Klare Weiterempfehlung!

Zimmer sind etwas klein aber gemütlich und sauber. Das Frühstück ist super. Der Standort ist zwar sehr nahe beim Bahnhof und es gibt diverse Trams und Busse welche in der nähe halten aber viele bekante dinge liegen etwas weiter weg.

Schönes kleines Hotel mit gutem Service und nettem Personal. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Gut gelegen um mit Tram oder zu Fuss die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

Spent a few days in Stockholm prior to the Christmas holidays. We arrived via train from Göteborg and found it was a fairly long walk from the platform to the hotel - good that most of it was in the station, and locals were kind enough to provide directions. We opted for one of the higher priced rooms based on other recommendations and were glad we did. It was cozy, clean and (most importantly) quiet. There was a balcony that I think we could have visited but with temps a chilly -12C we opted for the Belgium bar on the ground floor. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful from check-in to our departure. We even had some laundry sent out and that was handled effortlessly. Location was great as well - easy to access all forms of public transportation including the short walk with our bags to the Arlanda Express for the trip to the airport.

Very strategicly located near to Stockholm train station. Once you accross the zebra cross, then you can find the hotel. The style was really unique, retro and interesting one. The receptionist was really nice and helpful to me. The breakfast option were complete and the restaurant was also nice. However, there is one lack that I found that I could’t set the air conditioner. I didnt find the temperature controller in room 615. So it was cold in the night but okay there is portable heater but could be better if the air conditioner could be set.

Great location and a nice hotel. Room was fairly small but I suppose that's to be expected in the middle of an expensive city. No USB sockets in room (except the one on the TV) so don't forget a suitable mains power adapter! Impossible to have a shower without soaking the whole bathroom floor. Lovely sauna in the basement, with its own lounge area, which can be booked (inclusive in room rate) for an hour at a time.

We just had a beautiful holiday in Stockholm and we were so delighted that we stayed at Freys Hotel. The room was generously proportioned and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Particular shout-out to receptionist Kayza, who really went out of her way to be helpful and kind to us! Breakfast was really good and consistently of high quality each day. Location couldn’t be better, with the main hub T-Centralen station virtually opposite. Very easy walk into the main centre for shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. Highly recommend this fab hotel!

Lovely looking room but very cold. Heating system doesn't working well and we had to use a tiny tiny heater for our small size of room. Still cold 🥶. Can't take my sweater off in this room. Location is great but there's some other issue with bathroom so we will NOT come again. Sorry.

Below average hotel. The pictures posted on their website and social media are not reflective of actual state of the hotel. Furniture in room was run down. Mini bar had a few canned foods only. Bathroom was in dire need of update. Breakfast buffet had bugs and flies in the bread. We checked out after less than 12 hours and went to a much nicer hotel in Stockholm. Front desk didn’t care much when I noted the reason for us leaving. At least try…

Awesome hotel situated in the best possible location. You’ll find yourself near the center of Stockholm and not far from whatever you’re on the hunt for. A room with a balcony will provide you with one of the best views of the city! Staff is kind, facilities are great and unique, and the included breakfast may very well change your life. Stay at Freys!

The staff has been great and very gentle. We arrived at 7 am in the morning and they excepcioinally offered us a room to get shower and rest for a while. The room was clean and spacious, the beds really comfortable. My only issue is that there was a central heating with no option to get heat or cold but the feather quilts proved to be enough to keep us warm. We also had one dinner at the Belgian bar and it was really nice. Breakfasts had enough variety to enjoy them.

We stayed at the Freys hotel on our business trip to Stockholm. The staff are extremely kind and they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the old town and with access to the central station right outside the door. There are many wonderful shops and restaurants in the area. The rooms are cozy and clean. Internet access is free, as is the delicious breakfast at the restaurant. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Freys hotel and we will be back on our next trip to Stockholm.

Beautiful rooms with exceptional service! Stayed for two nights until we left for a cruise out of the Stockholm port. The front desk accommodated all requests for help to schedule transportation to the port, directions to local attractions, help to find free tours in town and always went above and beyond. Exceptional breakfast every morning! Fresh bread, meats, cheeses, juice, yogurts, etc. Will stay here every time we are in town! ABSOLUTELY LOVE FREYS! Two blocks from train from airport!!!

Not the most secure rooms or wifi, old school kind of place. But the room's layout were very nice. The breakfast was plenty without being overly complex, served in the restaurants locales. Overall this is a nice slightly off center hotel with great service. Seriously great service.

Rooms are small yet cozy. Customer service is amazing and accommodating. The only complaint I have is that the bathroom had a strange smell. Maybe poor ventilation? Overall, the experience was great. Location is perfect 👌

Great service, location,and breakfast. The train from the airport was was easily accessible. The hotel is within walking distance from the central station. The location is perfect for sight seeing and shopping. Old town, palace, and the Vasa museum are all within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

Stayed overnight, the location is literally 100 steps away from the train station. Hotel staff were very very helpful, held our luggage pre check in and after checkout. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was adequate.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location & very easy to find; situated a short walk from the Stockholm train station and within a 5min walk from the main shopping areas. Staff were friendly and helpful and our room was clean and presentable. Adequate cupboard space for our needs, WiFi was easy to access and the coffees & teas provided were from good quality brands and most importantly, the beds were very comfy. Breakfast was superb with a wide range of options with various cereals, breads, meats and cheeses available as well as some cooked options of bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages and meatballs. Worth noting that we went for a drink in the bar area on Saturday night and it was very busy so I'd recommend reserving a table. We got lucky and the staff found myself and a partner a table but a larger party may have had to wait. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if we ever come back to Stockholm we will be using it again as it was excellent value for money and a pleasureable experience.

Location was perfect. Walking distance to the main attractions and a little walk to old town. Literally a stone's throw away from the Arlanda express line but you don't hear it at all. Staff so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was standard good mixture of hot and cold food. Rooms had everything needed. Bed super comfy. And the double bed had separate single duvets which we loved.

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Fantastic location to sightsee this stunning city. Breakfast is really good, with lots on offer. My only small gripe is the room was a little too small, but hey, this place is well worth the visit.

Amazing breakfast good location however rooms are cold and I could hear the plumbing all night long. I usually don't complain but since this was a business trip I expected a bit more.

Perfect for exploring the city. Close to everything with a good vibe, cosy rooms and nice atmosphere overall. Just the strange smell in the lobby from the attached Belgian pub should definitely be resolved.
