The good: Best central location. Great meeting place. Great breakfast. Trendy feeling. The bad: Mini sized rooms without windows. No toiletries like skin lotion. No gym. Bathroom tends to get wet after showers Verdict. Best place if you only stay a night. Longer than that you need more space and amenities

Great hotel:) it’s located near everything that you will need while traveling. One street away from metro station, close to stores. They have amazing breakfasts! The rooms are very good, small but clean and comfortable. Also they provide shampoos and conditioner so you don’t have to take that with you!

If you have read the other reviews you know that the location and breakfast is amazing. The best thing however that it's the first hotel I have been to that has proper room doors. They are massive like they lead to a bank vault. Which means other guests can enjoy their night and come back late at night, maybe slightly or very drunk and not disturb anyone. Why haven't other hotels caught on to this?

Sorry, it was (much) better before. I can't recommend this hotel due to several factors: 1) It wasn't clean; Vomit(?) in the hallway for days (see pictures. They covered it up by holding a door open over it), dirty toilet floor all evening and still longer. There was also dirty in the room for the guests before the rooms. Also, several of the toilets' flushing buttons was missing. They are also easy to replace. 2) Hallway and the room: The room had frosted glass walls and a glass door without any lock. It was semi-transparent which have a lack of privacy. Also there was cm wide slits between the door and walls, which made it fully visible to see right in and also to hear the sounds from the toilet. The room is under ground, which is a good solution but they are small and boring. The bed lamps on each side lights up the entire room and if one wants to have one lit, it will definitely effect the other person if that person is not wearing a sleeping mask. And the beds were very hard. We don't often complain about this, but I'm this case the average bed is much more comfortable. 3) Breakfast was highly recommend before but now it's rather average what you get in the city. There are better and cheaper alternatives nearby. However, it isn't bad and I did enjoy the unique ran stew, walnuts, chia pudding, overnight oats, and great coffee. Cappuccino is extra charge. 4) Price: Sorry, for this price, I expected something much better. Although it wasn't over the top, it still wasn't price-worthy. This was a place that need much more improvements before I want to stay over again.

Took them way too long to figure out a problem with my room but when they finally did i was impressed. Are the rooms cool? Yes. Are the deli staff including the amazing Madeline nice? Sure are! But I think the service could be better connected to each other. This is a hip spot for locals to come together so it's better than your typical hotel experience in that aspect Breakfast was super delicious and an amazing plus of staying here.

Great location. Good breakfast spread. Room was quite comfortable but the carpet was stained. The bathroom was super small. Since the rooms are all underground with no windows, a perfect place to stay during the summer if you are not used to the long daylight hours.

such an amazing hotel. the reception was really interesting and it was lovely. breakfast was really good and fresh, love the way they serve fresh coffee and smoothies. rooms were quite fine. also really interesting. i just wish there was a table and windows. the rooms were underground. unfortunately, the big balcony that has a great view was closed because of midsommer. a bad time to travel i guess! the receptionist Vasilis and the Albanian guy (we forgot to ask his name:) was really nice to us. helpful and funny people. overall really nice hotel, would recommend!!

Hotel located at the energetic Urban Deli on Sveavägen in the center of Stockholm. Rooms are all located below ground-level so if it's a room with a view you're after, look elsewhere. Fairly small but decently designed rooms that cover your basic overnight needs. The Urban Deli location itself is used by young professionals for meetings and co-working and is busy during the day. Don't miss the rooftop "park" that has food options but also allows food bought from other places. Great place to sit, weather allowing.

This hotel is steps away from the metro and a 10 minute walk from downtown. The breakfast is great, the staff are friendly and there is is a wonderful bar with a relaxed and chilled yet lively and inviting ambiance. The rooms are small and there are no windows but if you’re just sleeping there then it’s the perfect hotel in Stockholm.

Never slept as badly in a hotel as I did here. I arrived late in the evening. At first the receptionist was nowhere to be found but after around 15 minutes he showed up and I could check in. In the room it was a loud and annoying sound coming from the ventilation. Since I had such a hard time finding the receptionist and there were not any way to contact the receptionist from the room I tried to sleep through the noise. I really can not understand how you can offer a room in that condition for such a price. Except for that the room was decent and the breakfast was nice but I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I am definitely not coming back, there are a lots of better options nearby.

Stayed and had dinner here. Well located near a metro station and a 10 min walk from the central station. Rooms are underground which was novel and may not be for everyone. Rooms were clean, though they could be a tad bigger. Wifi isn't an issue. Breakfast obviously has lots of deli stuff, not as many hot food options. It has a great vibe though, with a restaurant and lobby area. The restaurant was popping and the food was really good. The celeriac root was amazing. In the lobby area, they host board games once a month on a thursday, which was a random but nice experience. I'd stay here again.

Nice rooms, be aware that the rooms doesn't have Windows, but are nice and cozy. With a nice touch decoration, the breakfast is nice, with a good range of variety foods all well prepared. The bar is nice decorated and the food is quite good.

Friendly service, really beautiful bedroom/bathroom and cozy atmosphere in the commune parts. We slept well thanks to the good noise isolation and the good mattress. The breakfast is also amazing! And a perfect location to visit the city!

Warning: Bed was so comfortable we missed our 8am flight. 😂 Location is great and central. They had reception staff 24/7, and the market was so convenient. Only wished they had a kettle or coffee/tea in the room.

Very lovely hotel, in the city centre. Staff is super friendly. We chose the option with breakfast, you can choose out of a large variation of food and drinks. You can also eat in the restaurant or have a drink without without being a guest. They have a nice roodtop bar with a life dj in the evening. You can also shop in the small deli they have. (Bath)rooms are a little bit smaller and you don’t have a window because the hotel is on -1, but you come to see the city not the hotelroom ;)

Schickes cooles Hotel in bester Lage.

The good- clean rooms, nice simple decor, really comfy beds, free coffee and tea day and night, a lot of friendly staff, breakfast is ok but a bit more variety would be good as after a week I was a bit fed up with it, great location, table tennis and games cabinet for guests, lots of fun artwork on walls and floors, not many toiletries but what is there is good, decent price. The bad- the ventilation in the rooms is really poor, cannot set room temp lower than 18 degrees, both my son and I had horribly dry throats throughout stay, especially in the mornings which went away when we got back home, no windows as rooms are underground, not enough storage in rooms- they desperately need a couple of drawers under the bed, housekeeping was really hit and miss and they need to be more attentive, no bin in room apart from tiny one in bathroom, some staff aren’t as friendly as others, a few were outright rude, cleaning/ cleanup of communal areas could be better (glasses, plates, food isn’t regularly cleared from tables, tables and seating isn’t cleaned enough etc) loud children were running around literally screaming past midnight in the communal area one night whilst we were trying to have a quiet chat and staff did nothing, the same the next morning, no hand sanitiser in buffet area, no privacy in bathroom when someone is in the room as there’s only a translucent screen separating the two, communal bathrooms need to be attended to more regularly. All in all a pleasant stay but more attentive staffing would’ve made it better. The poor room ventilation alone means I wouldn’t stay again though.

A great hotel with a truly amazing breakfast. Windowless rooms are perfect when it's bright outside until late at night. Bathrooms are nice too and the laundry service works - though a bit expensive. But for real, the breakfast… So good.

I was so hesitant when I found this hotel through booking.com, but I was pleasantly surprised 🙌🏾💓 it has a cafe, restaurants, rooftop bar, grocery store… I mean everything and anything you need! Friendly staff as well, amazing breakfast, really good coffee and cocktails! The only thing I should mention is that their rooms don’t have windows, in case you are claustrophobic.

Great vibe, good buffet breakfast, room and bathroom nicely decorated, the bathroom and shower is on the small side though. Also the pillows are more like cushions, would be better if I was given longer pillows. Would still stay again 100%

One of the best hotel where I have been during my holidays. Rooms are underground (-1 floor) but are comfortable and well equipped. You can rest very well without noises from outside. High speed internet works very fast. My advice : one extra bin for the trash and one mini fridge could be useful inside the room. Breakfast is served in the restaurant. The breakfast area is cozy and the food is very tasty. We appreciate the local food in the buffet self service. Only one advice: some sweets and juices should change every 2 3 days. It was always the same choice in more days but everything was delicious!!! Position is amazing... 1 minute from Hötorget metro at walk..you can reach the center in a few minutes. It is only a hotel? No it isn't. The hotel offers a mini market service indoor with fresh fish and cold cuts, a restaurant and the rooftop bar. Rooftop bar is a plus, but unfortunately we didn't go because is open from Wednesday to Saturday (5pm-12am). Common areas are amazing, here you can really enjoy your free time in front of a drink and your beloved ones. Check out at 12pm is a good service for who have a late flight in the evening. Last but not least, staff was really helpful and kind. They help us with good advices to seeing Stockholm. Our child was really happy to spend her time in Hotel With Urban. She wants to come back here definitely.

Nice staff, small rooms. Centric located, value for money. Good breakfast and the restaurant in the hotel quite popular, lots of people having lunch & dinner.

The hotel is confortable, modern and clean. The breakfast is amazing! Location is perfect, in front of the subway. Also, the staff is gentle. The price is good as well. I recommend it!

If I could give more than 5 stars I definitely would. ( 10 stars out of 5) Just....absolutely....excellent. All the staff members where out of this world, to make our stay as best as possible. There are 5 sections, a small food supermarket, a restaurant, a cafe, a rooftop bar and the hotel. The rooms are underground with no windows, but if you are a tourist and you come to visit Stockholm, you don't stay in the hotel room all day long, so i dont understand why people are complaining about this issue. And it you want to have the sunshine all day, I think you should change the destination... to ibiza or to sicily. The TV has the Netflix application ( need to sign in to your account) and a lot of international channels, the beds are huge and the design of the rooms and hallway are very unique( in the most positive way). The café is a very popular destination in the afternoon, since it has also an office building next to it. Teas and coffees are included if you are hotel guests and you have 20% of discounts in the restaurant and the cafe ( breakfast is included in the room price) To conclude, if you can afford the room, don't look any further, book in this hotel and you won't regret it. Is in the city centre, 10 minutes walking to the main station and very close to all the spots. It also has a very lively atmosphere inside and the hotel rooms are soundproof, I didn't hear any disturbance from the outside. (To everyone who works at the hotel, thank you so much for everything! Would definitely come back if I ever visit the city again)

Breakfast not as good as advertised. Entire hotel is underground. Rooftop was closed but was not mentioned to us when booked which was a clear bummer since it is a nice feature of the hotel.

Brilliant stay. I thought the windowless rooms would bother me but I loved it - no light to wake me up in the morning. No traffic or noise it was great. Rooms are tidied up daily. Rooms are clean and high spec - including strong large showers! Staff was helpful and the morning breakfast was really good. The hotel is super trendy and the restaurant is always busy but not in a way that would make you uncomfortable to have kids here. Highly recommended.

Nice hotel, great design and atmosphere. However, at least my room (147) was not sound proof and I could hear the tracks as well as my neighbors. The breakfast is great, having plenty of options and the staff is mostly friendly. The beds are comfy and the rooms are very modern. As it is public, there are no windows.

Lovely hotel Pros: Quirky design, high quality breakfast, comfortable beds, amazing staff, central location. Cons: small rooms appropriate for solo travellers really, frosted glass so you can see into the bathroom, tea and coffee facility in the room would be great. If alone, the pros outweigh the cons but two people will probably won’t be comfortable in the rooms.

Staying here was a great experience! Good location in the city, delicious breakfast buffet, cool rooftop-bar and clean, well furnished rooms. But if you want a room with a view this is not the ideal stay for you. I especially liked the deli and bar/cafe on top of the Hotel. Definitely would recommend!!!

We absolutely loved our stay in this hip little hotel! Location is great, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the breakfast is fab to start the day off! The rooms, being underground, do not have windows - something that I thought would bother me, but we ended up having the best sleeps ever!

Great hotel with wonderful staff and about 10 to 15 mins walk from Stockholm central station or the centre/old city. Unfortunately they didn't have many vegan options for breakfast due to supplier issues during our stay but enough for a light breakfast. The staff were really helpful, especially Leo who went out of his way to see if the kitchen could prepare something else for us, which they did. My son loved the fold out wall bed often jumping between our bed and his. It's definitely a 5 star hotel in terms of service and my son would give it an 'infinity' rating 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥Thank you too all the staff for a wonderful stay.👍👍👍👍👍👍

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The underground room without windows was a bit hard to get used to but it was well ventilated, very clean, and really quiet. The location is amazing and the breakfast was absolutely delicious.

Room design is quirky and interesting, but indoor air climate was a bit too cold for our comfort. And the bathroom floors were not heated either. Good looking but not very functional overall.

  • 5/5 Austin D. 1 year ago on Google
Big, big fan of this hotel and their affiliate establishments. One of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. Was a bit hesitant to have an underground/windowless room, but it didn't bother me at all. The room is very cozy and has a lot of fine detail, they really seem to have put a lot of attention into creating this place. No noise issues. The shower was heavenly. Highly recommend.

  • 5/5 Sebastian S. 1 year ago on Google
The hotel has a nice atmosphere and has nicely designed rooms. All rooms are located in the basement and are very quiet. The best feature is the awesome breakfast offering though. As the hotel has a deli inside, all the breakfast items are high quality products.

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at Urban Deli. Comfortable and clean rooms and great location for central stockholm. The food is really tasty and great price. When you stay in the hotel 20% off food and free tea and coffee! Highly recommend!

  • 5/5 Natasha G. 1 year ago on Google
The Urban Deli is a fancy gourmet food shop that has a few branches in Stockholm. It has a New York hipster kind of vibe. The Deli has a restaurant which is full every night. The hotel is attached to the restaurant and it is excellent. The rooms are small as are most in Stockholm, and they are windowless but well designed. Due to being underground they're extremely quiet and cosy. The hotel offers free batista coffee at any time of day to guests and 20% discount at the restaurant (which is excellent). Breakfast is excellent (7am weekdays or 8am on weekends) which was the only down side, but hotel guests can take a decent takeout breakfast from the lobby.
