The
good-
clean
rooms,
nice
simple
decor,
really
comfy
beds,
free
coffee
and
tea
day
and
night,
a
lot
of
friendly
staff,
breakfast
is
ok
but
a
bit
more
variety
would
be
good
as
after
a
week
I
was
a
bit
fed
up
with
it,
great
location,
table
tennis
and
games
cabinet
for
guests,
lots
of
fun
artwork
on
walls
and
floors,
not
many
toiletries
but
what
is
there
is
good,
decent
price.
The
bad-
the
ventilation
in
the
rooms
is
really
poor,
cannot
set
room
temp
lower
than
18
degrees,
both
my
son
and
I
had
horribly
dry
throats
throughout
stay,
especially
in
the
mornings
which
went
away
when
we
got
back
home,
no
windows
as
rooms
are
underground,
not
enough
storage
in
rooms-
they
desperately
need
a
couple
of
drawers
under
the
bed,
housekeeping
was
really
hit
and
miss
and
they
need
to
be
more
attentive,
no
bin
in
room
apart
from
tiny
one
in
bathroom,
some
staff
aren’t
as
friendly
as
others,
a
few
were
outright
rude,
cleaning/
cleanup
of
communal
areas
could
be
better
(glasses,
plates,
food
isn’t
regularly
cleared
from
tables,
tables
and
seating
isn’t
cleaned
enough
etc)
loud
children
were
running
around
literally
screaming
past
midnight
in
the
communal
area
one
night
whilst
we
were
trying
to
have
a
quiet
chat
and
staff
did
nothing,
the
same
the
next
morning,
no
hand
sanitiser
in
buffet
area,
no
privacy
in
bathroom
when
someone
is
in
the
room
as
there’s
only
a
translucent
screen
separating
the
two,
communal
bathrooms
need
to
be
attended
to
more
regularly.
All
in
all
a
pleasant
stay
but
more
attentive
staffing
would’ve
made
it
better.
The
poor
room
ventilation
alone
means
I
wouldn’t
stay
again
though.
