Cozy place except for a psychotic woman with a chihuahua who terrorizes everyone she thinks has a "too big" dog. She sends out, doesn't let in and is terribly unpleasant. She thinks she is some kind of manager of the dog kennel and also organizes chihuahua meetings when she books the place on the weekends and no one else is allowed in. Warning for her!
