We took passport photos of our baby here, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

Fast — 5 minutes. A bit pricey, but you get what you need. Was the only place near the embassy that I could find that does US passport size photos. Was worth the 250 sek for me.

After spending the time to arrive at their store, they refused to take a passport photo of my baby in a very rude way. The way they deal with a customer is so unprofessional, i won't recommend this place to anyone.

watch out, dont go. ordered and paid now 6 weeks ago, for a simple digital development. Since, after many emails and many phone calls, no response on either. and I never received anything. I suspect they have gone bankrupt? So I say be careful and take your money elsewhere. I am still trying to get what I ordered.....who knows, maybe they have woken up?

I needed to scan some old A3-sized photos (so that they can be retouched before they deteriorate further) and this is the only place I found that has the right sized scanner for the job. Super happy with the quality of the results! Highly recommend them!

Charged 250 sek for passport photo. Didn’t even come out nice but was barely allowed to retake the photo (30 second effort). Not happy with customer service, result or price.

They charged us 300kr for a set of 4 baby passport photos that do not fulfill the passport requirements (e.g. baby with open mouth). They spent 1’ with the baby and said they don’t want to spend more time because babies are hard to take a photo and ”these things take time”. We found this very unprofessional and rude. Mentioning we came from Gothenburg with the baby for a passport appointment with the embassy didn’t seem to touch them and suggested to take the baby and go to another photo shop a few train stops away (in the rain) if we want to take them properly. They said we should finally pay for the photo even though they were unsure if they were ok for a passport. Overall personell was very unhelpful and unpleasant. Date: 11 September 2018

Oh my gosh, the nicest Swedish service I have ever received. And if you live here, you get how important and rare that can be. Such lovely people. A hint though, it is waaaaay cheaper to just print passport photos if you already have them in digital format.
