I
had
not
heard
very
good
reviews
from
my
friend
about
his
restaurant
but
still
want
to
try
myself
before
forming
my
option.
This
was
my
big
mistake.
Me
and
my
two
other
colleagues
(came
from
India)
went
for
lunch
today
(30-AUG-2018).
We
ordered
three
Vegetarian
Thali
with
extra
Naan
bread
for
each
of
us
(receipt
no
74
–
which
restaurant
took
back
after
incident),
When
I
was
about
to
finish
my
Naan
bread,
I
have
notice
bandage
in
it.
I
called
a
staff
member
and
show
the
Naan
with
bandage.
He
was
unapologetic
and
rude.
He
casually
told
me
that,
it
could
have
come
because
someone
in
kitchen
might
have
injured;
no
apology
or
curtesy
at
all.
He
rudely
asked
me,
if
I
want
another
portion
of
meal
(as
replacement)
or
refund
money
back.
My
colleagues
also
left
their
food
midway
after
hygiene
disaster.
I
opt
for
refund,
restaurant
only
refund
me
my
lunch
amount
and
ask
me
to
pay
for
rest
because
I
got
bandage
not
us
(even
though
they
could
not
eat
after
seeing
bandage
in
my
meal).
You
may
check
picture
of
Meal
–
Naan
with
bandage.
I
strongly
recommend
you
all
not
to
choose
this
restaurant
because
of
1. Poor
hygiene
&
food
quality
2. Rude
staff
(you
are
not
paying
to
get
worst
treatment)
----------------------------------------------------------------
My
reply
to
owner's
response(I
dont
see
how
to
response
directly
to
owner):
I
can
read
lots
of
lies
here.
I
don't
know
how
that
bandage
came
to
that
Naan,
that
you
have
to
response.
But
I
know
that
it
was
there
because
your
restaurant
is
not
maintaining
hygiene.
My
colleagues
had
not
asked
for
new/replacement
thali
because
they
feel
disgusting
after
watching
bandage
in
my
Naan
and
not
because
they
are
full.
I
remember
that,
you
processed
my
refund
and
specifically
told
me
that
you
are
keeping
receipt
no.
74
because
of
refund
and
handed
over
refund
receipt
&
payment
receipt
for
other
two
colleagues.
I
have
no
intention
of
spreading
lie/or
bad
words
about
your
restaurant.
I
was
sharing
my
experience.
As
owner,
you
should
show
courtesy
and
not
blaming
your
customer,
you
are
proving
my
point
of
being
rude
during
service
(after
service
too
in
this
case).
About
bandage
melting
in
hot
tandoor,
if
Naan
dough
can
be
soft
from
inside
even
after
300
degrees,
then
bandage
also
can
survive.
It
should
be
more
worrying
if
bandage
is
tag
along
Naan
after
prepared,
that
shows
your
poor
quality
control.
You
have
defiantly
lost
one
customer
if
not
more.
I
don't
want
to
continue
discussion
and
wish
you
good
luck.
