OMG !!!! I fell back into my childhood !!!!!! I love these dumplings, the moment you bite into one the soup burst out and a massive flavor rushes in. The filling was hand chopped and delicious, the dough needs a little bit more work with the gluten but good anyways. I wish foreign people can distinguish between dumplings, dumplings are boiled while this place fry it and it’s called pot stickers. The place is very authentic to old Chinese food shops even when the loud elder/owner speaking to her friend makes me feel nostalgic…. I wish I could work here.

The food is ok. I ordered Veg Dumplings with soup, the soup was salty. And of all, there is a grumpy old lady literally screaming at everyone. Me and my friend got paranoid for her attitude. She screamed on us for telling “ there is no spinach dumpling “ why would she do that ? The lady doesn’t understand Swedish nor English. I have never faced anything like this before. The place isn’t that great as well, looks like a garage. Everyone who entered the restaurant was surprised by the lady’s attitude. There is another lady working in the kitchen, she is polite - probably the grumpy lady’s daughter ( guessing )

The reviews are true. The lady is not nice. Kind of rude, actually. At least we've been warned before we went. So we were okay with that. The noodles were too salty. The dumplings were luke warm and a bit thick. All in all, a bit disappointing.

I think the dumplings are really good. I ordered the dumplings soup and she allowed me to mix 4 different dumplings. It's really nice to eat it on a cold autumn evening. The soup is quite good, I chose the spicy and it was spicy, although I would love to have less MSG. The dumplings are quite big with decent fillings. I heard about the service and it is true, the owner works alone and might not speak much English nor swedish, so the order is with paper with the number of the menu. I will comeback tho

Like going to your grandma's for a hearty delicious meal. The lady may not seem like she likes you, but she'll make sure you leave happy and full. 15 dumplings for 85 Kr (good ones), it doesn't get better than that.

I heard about the staff beforehand and of course that was true but to be honest that doesn’t matter because the food was amazing! Best dumplings I’ve had in Stockholm and SO worth the price. I will come back for the food for sure!! Of course atmosphere could be better but does that really matter for this price and quality? I’d say no 🥟

The only good thing is the value for money for the quantity of food. A super small place and usually very crowded. There’s just 1 lady running it and she doesn’t understand proper Swedish or English. She wants order to be written on a blank page. - Hospitality is zero. You order food yourself, take water urself, no refill of water jug, no refill of chopsticks. - She serves each table 1 by 1, so it takes a long time. - we even had to almost clean the tables by ourselves from the last people who ate - She has no smile on her face. In fact while serving she hit the cutlery so hard. - she was super unorganized because all of a sudden there was a huge rush of people at the peak time and she didn’t know how to manage. - no ambience of the place, ofcourse - sofas are too deep that you almost slouch - mushroom dimsums are usually run out and you won’t get them even when we reached at 6PM. Tried 2 separate times - dimsums and soup was ofcourse tasty. But whole experience made it worst

Although the place does not look like it, the food was amazing. I got the broccoli and cauliflower dumplings (10 piece), tofu dumplings (10 piece) and the beef dumplings with the strong soup (15 piece). They were all good, but the best ones for me were the tofu ones. The total price was 323 sek (for two persons). Cheaper than the average restaurants in the area. Everything was prepared in-house. The service was alright. I don't think the lady speaks english or swedish (she did not react to anything haha) and she might seem angry/aggresive, but don't mind her... mind her cooking, which was amazing in my opinion and the best option to warm up on a cold winter day. Enjoy!

If you want authentic homey food, this is the place to go! Don't mind the old lady has some temper, she is straight forward and with high integrity. She speaks limited Swedish and no English, just accept how she is and enjoy the high quality food with good price! Be prepared the welcoming words with " äta här eller ta med? (Eat here or take away) "☺️ Otroliga många vegetariska val! Bara för dumplingar , finns 7 olika vegetariska sorter .

You go here to eat dumplings, not to make friends. The dumplings are fantastic and well worth any wait, squeeze or social awkwardness. If you just do as you are told, become part of the orchestra and learn the choreography, there will be no trouble. 5/5 would recommend!

This is exactly the place where I wanna eat my dumplings, just incredible good food. Well served by a person, who is a master of dumpling making. And they offer a great variety of vegan ones.

Still the most price worthy spinach dumplings I’ve ever had, still going back even if the price has increased. A lovely authentic place, the woman does the cooking very well but be prepared for language barriers - but totally worth it!!

Delicious dumplings! The place is pretty small and not so cozy but the service is fast. The person who works there doesn't speak Swedish or English so the communication can be challenging. However, the dumplings were incredible! Perfect dough, good consistency, generous portions and good prices. The flavor of the food compensates for everything else. So far, the best dumplings in Stockholm!

I tried veg dumplings and chicken dumplings both were good. The lady cooks, serves and clear tables all alone so she believes in “no time waste” policy and speaks no english and little swedish. To order you need to write down your order on a paper. Write down the item number along with the quantity you would like to have. It was little hard to find the place because it was dimly lit, the name on the board was faded. Taste wise it’s a must try place.

Some of the best dumplings I've had outside of China, and affordable as well! Will definitely come back. Only drawback is the small restaurant which is undecorated.

Small hole in the wall restaurant with one single person running the full business. The dumplings and noodles are all made in house and the flavour reminds me of back home. You come here not for the service, but rather than for the food. Tastiest and most authentic taste of dumplings in the city of Stockholm and at a very affordable price!

These are the most delicious dumplings in Stockholm. Juicy. Lots of filling. Very tasty dough. Crispy crust

This place is great. May not look it or feel it. But the good food paired with the no fuss attitude of the service really does something for me. 😅 The whole place seems to be run by one person, who does all the work in the front and back. When you come in you get a menu and a blank order sheet. Write down what you want and pay before you get your food. That’s about all the interaction you get with the boss. Menu is pretty simple, not too many options. But both dishes we ordered were quite tasty. Would definitely come back if I’m in the area. My only complaint is that half of the seating in the small restaurant is sofas, which makes for a very sunken and awkward eating posture. Otherwise the interior is simple, but clean and tidy.

Not a "fancy" restaurant as always. There is only one person who serves you, cooks for you, and takes care of you. The menu lacks diversity. And even despite all of this, I am happy that I visited this place when I was in Stockholm. I ate 40 dumplings with my fiance at one time. We were not hungry, but the food was worth the time and money we spent. Note: the owner ( at least, I think she is the owner ) does not speak English, but she is a very kind lady who is happy to help if you want to ask something.

Love this place for quality dumplings. We ordered 5 chicken dumplings and 5 mapo tofu dumplings in Tom yam soup and a veggie nooodle soup. Yum yum yum! Money well spent. Also, there’s plenty of vegan and vegetarian options for herbivores.

A nice little no-frills joint perfect for a warm hearty bowl of dumpling soup on a rainy day. The menu is limited but the food is a bargain for the price they are charging. The seating is limited and can get quite crowded during lunch time so expect a bit of waiting as this place is probably managed by just one lady, who definitely knows how to make good dumplings. I particularly liked their potato and mushroom dumplings from the vegetarian selection ( I must add that they have a wide range of dumplings for vegetarians)

Authentic Chinese dumplings place in a super small and basic restaurant. It's a pity that the atmosphere is not nice, because with the amazing food served this place could be much much more. The owner's temper is part of the authentic experience.

Food was really good! Portions were proper sized and the fact that you can mix dumplings however you like, is just perfect. Decor is very sparse but seating is comfortable. I guess there might be a language/culture barrier or something, because the cook/(owner) is not very welcoming. But I'd still go back for more.. maybe she warms up a bit with time.

The shop was empty when we got there but I’m glad we gave it a try - this must be the best dumplings soup I’ve had! It was served warm, rich in flavor and generous in quantity. My Thai friend didn’t approve the tom yum soup though.

It's just yuck. First of all the lady doesn't understand English. Secondly the salt was Soo much in the soup that you will vomit. Thirdly the dimsums were burnt and they were frozen ones..not the fresh ones. Fourth the packing was worst..by the time we reached home soup was leaking. I could not rate it below zero but it deserves a minus 1. Please don't waste your money

A little hole in the wall run by a small family. Very tasty dumplings that you can mix and match, as well as some great noodle “soup” dishes. The best part is it’s very affordable for Stockholm. We got some extra stuff on top of 20 dumplings per person and it was about 150 each. Can easily walk out full for under 100.

Amazing authentic malatang. Super delicious. I’ve also had dumplings before and they are the best I’ve had in Stockholm.

don't let the dull interior with stock photos in the picture frames fool you. The soup is amazing (I went for spicy) and the dumplings are varied and none the less cheap!
