Singing and atmosphere was amazing! The alcohol was good. The waitresses were extremely rude - really brought what was an otherwise amazing experience to the ground.

The worst experience I had in Stockholm. The staff's treatment of the client was simply inappropriate. The waitresses didn't want to serve and did their job as if they were doing you a favor. Please, go to any other restaurant, don't make the mistake we made.

This is definitely the most authentic medieval pub you can visit ever. It takes you few centuries back in the time. Feel free to dress up and rum up! P.S. owner plays guitar and sings on the weekends, and we loved it! 😍

One of the most unique bars I have been to. Came here on a Friday night and was lucky enough to enjoy a friendly and piraty atmosphere! Live pirate theme songs were played every 30-45minutes and it was a blast!

Didn’t have food so no comment. Music was great, everyone was singing and enjoying each others company. Drinks were a little more than some places and it was a little warm but it took nothing away from the atmosphere and enjoyment we had all night.

As a paying customer, I believe in fair treatment and quality service. Unfortunately, this pirate restaurant, fell short of even the most basic standards. The overcharging and rude behavior were inexcusable. I strongly advise against dining at this establishment. Save yourself the disappointment, frustration, and unnecessary expense. Stockholm offers plenty of excellent dining options that prioritize customer satisfaction over profit.

Lovely atmosphere but terrible service. The cocktail felt like there was not even alcohol, no sparkles as mentioned in the description of the cocktail, and not even effort with presentation considering the price we pay. Really poor. I asked the waitress about it and she was so rude, she didn't care in the slightest, even pushed me as I was in her way. They were understaffed for sure but still not a reason to be so rude and not welcoming. Not even smiling at all or acknowledging new customers walking in. I wouldn't go back for these reasons.

What a fun concept! The only pirate bar in Stockholm and it’s in the cellar of an old building. There's a wide selection of rum to choose from, but can be pricey-- anywhere from $10-40 for a shot sized amount. We came around 5pm and had the whole place to ourselves essentially! The bar tenders are dressed as pirate wenches and they were very friendly. We came back again around 10pm and it was packed! Definitely a popular bar. There was a live musician who sang pirate songs all night and was working the crowd. Everyone was encouraged to sing along!

if you're looking for a place that will take you 300 or 400 years back in time, then it's this seedy pub in Stockholm's old town. Lasse i Gatan. Crooked stairs lead you down into the underground of the old cellar vaults. Rum-soaked air and good Seaman's company await you there. pirate rabble and coquettish womenfolk. Shantis and folk music pervades the halls of the Pirate pub. Eating there is a taste bud orgasm. If you don't leave this cave happy and content, you've never really lived. Live music at its finest is on the program there, alongside Bones Thobi, legendary pirate bands such as Stormfrun and Pat Razket also take turns at doorknobs. My crew and I were devastated upon hearing the news of the decommissioning of this fine establishment. We had no choice but to set out course for Stockholm to experience this pirate haven before it was too late. And what a wonderful piratical night we had. Amazing experience, the place has a unique good vibe to it, it's full of details all over the place, the workers are even dressed as pirates to bring a more accurate pirate experience. Great place!

Dass Piraten einen ausnehmen wollen und das nicht gerade freundlich, davor hat uns vor dem Betreten schon der Italiener nebenan gewarnt! Sowas von unsympatsch! Die Cocktails sind natürlich teuer und nicht professionell gemacht.... wir hatten nur Pommes, also kann ich über das Essen nix sagen, die Bedienung war mehr als unfreundlich! Als unsere Tochter die Kerze auf unserem Tisch ausgeblasen hat, während ich an der Bar bestellte, hat sie genervt mit den Augen gerollt... das Ambiente ist extrem cool! Ich empfehle einfach frech rein gehn und ein paar Fotos machen! Das Lokal ist im Keller, die Toiletten ebenerdig gleich am Eingang, kleiner Tipp: super geeignet für eine gratis Pipipause! Hehehehe! ;-)

Underground pirate themed restaurant and bar. The food and drinks were great and the servers excellent. The atmosphere is well done making you feel like you’re in a real pirates den without being kitschy. If you come at the right times there is live music with really makes the atmosphere come to life.

Super fun. Dressing as a pirate is highly encouraged. Great music!

Awesome place. Pirate Bar/restaurant in Gamla Stan (Old town) Stockholm. Its in the Basement of a building and it’s really cool. Makes you feel like you are going back in time. Drink and food was delicious

My girlfriend and I visited this amazing place in Stockholm. We went dressed as Pirates from Pirates of the Caribbean. The staff is also fully dressed as pirates and the interior of the bar is incredible! Imagine entering a world where shanties echo through the stony walls, the drinks keep coming served by a beautiful lass. This world exist in the cozy old town of Stockholm Sweden. Was there for the first time last weekend. Is for sure one of the places you should visit as a tourist. Dinner was good and there was live music. Service is also good when you are treating the waitresses with respect. It is quite busy but definitely worth to visit.
