Really nice vibes in this place! We visited in the night, drawn out of curiosity since the entrance really reminds you of restaurants you find typically in east asia. The music is nice, groovy and not very loud. The people are quite reserved, no noisy or drunk crowds. Highly recommended either for a drink or to grab a taste from Japan. It loses one star because of the menu prices v.s. quality of food. I mean, the small plates are really small, and cost roughly 100-200 kr each. Taste is not mind-blowing neither, though much better than other western japanese restaurants. I wouldn’t recommend the ramen. However, it is the only main dish option in the evening. Most of the interesting dishes seem to only be available with the lunch menu. I would come back again, definitely. Interested to try the lunch menu. But perhaps only for a few drinks if it’s in the evening.

We enjoyed late dinner in this restaurant. We ordered their ramen soup and had a gin tonic as drink. Food and drink where both very good as well service was fast and friendly. We can recommend this location.

One of the staff was unfriendly only to us. I am Asian. When I need the help, she made a face and no eye contact. When I tipped the bill, she said thank you and smiled with eye contact.

We came by for lunch on a weekend. Our seating was in the gallerian walkway under a sea of beautifully lit orange bulbs and koinobori (carp flags). Our last visit was a few years ago and this restaurant has improved while retaining its signature Japanese fusion theme. Serving was prompt and the food did not take long to arrive. OUR MEAL: 🔸️ Garlic butter fried red shell prawns, onion, coriander, breadcrumbs, ponzu 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 This side dish delights with its savoury sauce that has a light hint of yuzu tanginesss. The red Argentinian prawns were firm and sweet. The breadcrumbs when soaked with the sauce was a clever touch that added a crunchy bite. 🔸️ Tonkatsu pork schnitzel, rice, mayo, coriander, kimchi, togarashi, lime 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Generous bowl of steamed rice, topped with chopped kimchi and breaded pork fillet. The flavour of the tonkatsu was good, cripsy on the outside and tender, fresh meat on the inside. It was a little dry on its own but the mayo helped. 🔸️ Crunchy turbot “Tonkatsu style”, kimchi, soy mayo, coriander and lime 😪 A relatively small serving of a medium cut of turbot on a bed of kimchi. Tonkatsu style didn't work to bring out the dish. The fish was bland and dry. As the meat of this fish is also firm, the style of cooking- breading, deep frying and serving it with mostly kimchi was unappetising. Given it's high price at 345 SEK, it is not a dish I would order again.

Great food for sharing. The concept is small plates. So you order 3-4 per person. Food was delish with all the right flavors. Servers were very polite n humble n were smiling. Felt welcomed

Probably the best Japanese food in Stockholm. Meat was juicy and sweet. Ramen was springy and serving size was just perfect. Our waiters were also very attentive and kept checking with us on how we found our meal. Highly recommended!

I went for lunch and had the miso ramen with pork belly. The broth was a rich and delicious flavour. The pork belly soft and perfectly cooked, and the soy cured boiled egg was an excellent addition. I had the home made lemonade to drink, which was a little sweet but balanced well by some herby notes running through it.

Nice Japanese restaurant. The food was great but unfortunately the service could be much better. We had the omakase menu which I really recommended but the service was slow with a unclear explanation of the dishes.

An unexpected gem for super casual dining. This Japanese-influence hangout offers delightful small dishes rooted in real Japanese food. Nothing is authentic Japanese to be clear, but it is so much fun who cares?! Every dish was really yummy. From the papaya salad (great fish-sauce based dressing), the steamed greens tossed with herbs & fresh greens under a sesame dressing, to the Iberico pork yaki tori coated in hoisin - just delish. As much as we enjoyed the savory dishes, it was the dessert chawanmushi that blew us away. Chawanmushi is normally an egg custard savory dish - but this team turned it into a dessert with berries and roasted buckwheat joining a vanilla-maple syrup background. We should have ordered two! Sooo good.

One of the nicest restaurants I have tried in Stockholm! We chose to take the Omakase menu and every dish was an explosion of flavour. The guacamasshu is a must if you don't wanna go for the menu. The cocktails are great as well! Great service & atmosphere! Highly recommended!

Enjoyed all of the dishes we ordered here - we liked the Japanese rice salad, Swedish beef tartar, Japanese sea bass skewer, and chawanmushi dessert. Cocktails were also great here. Kimchi ramen was probably our least favorite of all the dishes we tried, but still pretty decent. Portion sizing is good for trying many dishes without getting too full. Atmosphere is cool and we were able to get a seat for an early dinner with no reservation on a Friday night (although it looked to get a lot busier and people were waiting by the time we were leaving)

At first time we were so excited after this restaurant that came back for the lunch( special menu) and one more time for dinner. Therefore we’ve tried all possible dishes! :) and all of them are interesting and delicious! The atmosphere is incredible special.

The place was supernice and the waiters very friendly. The fries with brown butter were amazing, highly recommended. The ramen was good but not the best one I had, the noodles tasted like spaghetti but the sauce and meat were tasty. The dessert (chocolate ice cream) had too much salt in it.

Best food I had in Stockholm, the only downside is I left with no socks as they were blown off.

Lovely little place for Japanese food. Small but delicious tapas style portions. They suggest about 2-4 small dishes per person and it’s probably accurate. We got two dishes each and it was more than enough. The service and ambiance was great. I loved the fish decorations hanging from the ceiling. Would definitely consider going back!

We ordered eight dishes for dinner. - Grilled Iberico. It was amazing. Perfectly charred around the edges and very tender. The salsa dip was refreshing and it has a depth of subtle flavors. - Foie gras. Melts in your mouth. The shredded cabbage has a very fresh and interesting taste. Love the combination. The only complaint I have is that the toast was a little bit too greasy to my taste, but my husband loves this dish very much. - Rice. Perfectly cooked sushi rice. Went really well with the other dishes. Also good on its own. - Sugar snaps. I enjoyed it. My husband did not think it was spectacular. - guacamasshu. The rice paper is kind of cool. Crunchy and airy. But I think the seasoning was way too salty. We think our homemade guacamole is actually better. - Turbot taco. Balanced and mild flavors. Fresh and high quality ingredients. It was good but a bit too plain to our taste. - Steamed vegetables. Fresh and good selection of vegetables, steamed to perfection. But I think the sauce is a bit too fattily creamy. I personally would prefer a clear sauce with more refreshing flavor. - Duck Gyoza. We were disappointed with one. It did not taste like duck and the meat was on the dry side. The dipping sauce is on the salty side. Overall we were happy with the dinner. The staff who took care of our orders was very attentive and friendly. He explained each dish when they were served. We expected long waits between dishes but they were served very quickly in groups of two or three. Though the portions were small for each dish, we were both surprisingly full at the end.

The atmosphere is great, the noise level is low. The staff is nice and helpful. The food was good, the appetizers were very good, but the ramen was average. The ramen has a strong taste of beef stock: salty, aggressive, but clearly not smoky or slow cooked.

IG @kamelja Edit: came back for second time and I can wholeheartedly throw another star here. It’s surely one of my fav places in Stockholm. Adam/Albin crew really knows how to deliver amazing meals in all shapes and forms. It’s a great place for a chill after work meeting on a weekday, a date night, or drinks during the weekend. Fantastic vibe and creative cocktails and meals that you want to keep ordering. Ate everything so quick I took no photos! But the food was excellent. I loved the unassuming greens! Super awesome place for a casual set up. Funky interior too!

I went there with my friends, and we had such a good time. There was music in the background, but it wasn't very loud which was great, so I could hear my friends and vice versa. The food was amazing! A bit sad that they only have one main dish, but it tastes amazing. It has a hint of sourness to it which really opened up the taste buds, the meat was sooooo tender and marinated to perfection. We also ordered 3 appetizers; gyoza, wagyu and cauliflower. The duck gyoza tasted really nice and not gamey at all. The gyoza sauce was super tasty as well. The cauliflower smelled amazing, had a crispy outside, and delicious with the sauce on top. Last but not least, the dry aged wagyu. The marble on it was beautiful and it paired really nice with the other appetizers we ordered as well as with my yuzu sake. Although, the food here is amazing. There is something just as amazing as their food; the service. They were all so sweet, polite and caring. When I asked how they made the cauliflower, as well as the ingredients in the gyoza, they told me without showing any sign of annoyance, which I really appreciate. Overall, it was a great experience and recommend it for those who want to eat delicious appetizers with alcohol, or just fill up their stomach with some delicious noodle, or both. P.S. their dinner menu doesn't start until 17:00, just so you know.

Very creative and unique menu. Food itself has good presentation, but the taste is not that great. The guacamole dish is good. Music is a bit too loud and disruptive.

We found the food quite good but were slightly disappointed with the artichoke skewers and the cod fritters. The atmosphere was good and the drinks were very well made. We would’ve given it 4 stars if it weren’t for the hard seats - after 2 hours we were in pain and very ready to leave.

Magic food. Really tasteful and well balanced asian tastes. Was zoomed out in the mind to the better restaurants around true Asia. The scallop dish was amazing. A must go if in Stockholm. Also a Great atmosphere in the old & small galleria. Enjoy!
