(In the high valley) When I knocked on the door at the second treatment, Eman opens the door and says that she needs help with Wi-Fi for their computer. I told her I can't help her with it and then she got mad about it and said she can't treat me unless I try to fix the problem. I tried to help her but it failed. We went into the room where my arms were to be treated and then she asked me to send an SMS to her manager where I would then write about the network itself which was not working. The machine didn't work either, of course I would also try to fix it. I started the machine and after that she told me that I should pay SEK 500, we both knew that the treatment cost SEK 600 but she gave me a reduced price because of all the help she got from me which is reasonable. After an hour or so I get an invoice for SEK 100, so I am being cheated by her, it will still be the full price. I called customer service who said they would cancel the invoice but they didn't and I got a reminder and then I called customer service again and then they say they can't cancel it.. so customer service tells me completely different things. It feels so terribly frivolous from both customer service and the "specialists". I strongly advise against Högdalen's clinic!
