Atmosphere was lively as you would expect at any good pub. Food was great! Never had Ligonberry or pickled cucumber before, but I would definitely have them again if they were these!

Not usually a fan of pubs (as I don’t drink alcohol or enjoy loud environments), but we really enjoyed the chilled atmosphere in Pickwick. We used to come to the Pickwick pub since almost one year with my couple, and all the times we came we enjoy the joyful atmosphere and the kindness of the service (the most of the times a smiling girl) but today was my worst experience in a restaurant in Sweden. Today there was a short guy with dark hair, totally rude and bad educated who spoke to me like he was an angry friend of me, so disrespectful and arrogant. I understand they where busy, and that is why I came to the kassa just to ask at first if I can order something that was on the wall menu. But he asume I only want to order that, when I said I want to order other things (in a normal way, no stress) he was totally upset and he showed to me. So sad, because we where celebrating some good news and we loved Pickwick, but was a really bad bad experience…

During our recent business trip to Stockholm we had mixed experience with hospitality but not at the Pickwick's. The highlight was the friendly staff. They made us feel welcome and even made us something quick to eat after midnight when we came in. The place is a good size as not to be very loud which is ideal if you want to chat with friends or other patrons. We visit twice in 3 day and were never disappointed.

Catching a waitress was a quest, they were pointlessly running around and ignoring any signals for 10 minutes each time we tried to ask for something. I've been to Pickwick's already three times during business trips to Stockholm. It's a very nice bar with a huge selection of different beers, ciders and spirits. If you are looking for beer on a budget (since alcohol is rather expensive in Sweden) I can recommend Pickwick's house beer. During my visits it was very cheap with only about €5 for 0.5L. The food served at Pickwick's is also extremely good. I've already tried the toast skagen, the burger and the meatballs and I liked all of it. Furthermore, all the waiters that I encountered were very friendly and competent. I always felt very welcome. If you're looking for a nice place to eat and drink on Stockholm, I can totally recommend Pickwick's.
