I got ridiculed, and quite loudly for.others to hear, at the front desk for the symptoms I described and what I thought it was related to (my heart) and turned away. I had a heart attack the very next day. Real story, absolute horrible response from the old wrinkly dragon woman on the front desk.

THE WORST STAFF I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED! I went there yesterday after being sent home from them once, sent to the hospital once and then hospital staff told me to talk to my VC after the hospital. I have diabetes 2 and they just refuse to help me even though I am Insulin dependent! My blood sugar was 22 the first time I came there and they actually just sent me home with nothing! No insulin or anything! They have been so rude and I have never in my life felt so humiliated. I understand Swedish and they honestly were just talking trash about me when I was begging them for help. They commented on my weight and that I "only" had diabetes 2! I left feeling horrible and just awful after being talked down to infront of so many people. :( DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BY GOING THERE!

Wanted to schedule an appointment, can't get in touch with a real person on phone and an automatic voice says they'll call back at a specific time. I couldn't pick up at that time, so I tried to schedule a time online instead. Had to fill in which hours I'd be available for the next week. One day later I recieve the message: "call our number instead". I don't have time to phone in and sit and wait for the automatic voice to give me a suiting call-back time. Why have the online scheduling option if you won't utilise it properly?? And what if you're hard of hearing and can't schedule over phone for obvious reasons? Going to change my doc office for somewhere else.

My boyfriend was in complete agony, haden't slept for a month due to pain and couldn't eat anything other than vegetable-soup. The doctor and reception was rude and unpleasant towards him, and he wasn't taken seriously by the doctor. He had been adviced by another doctor at akuten to get a remiss for gastroskopi and but when he brought it up with the doctor he only shook his head and was very demeaning. He had to NAG to get it. They acted like they didn't want to help him, like he was wasting their time and like he was pretending to feel ill.

Disappointing. When you ring at 8.05 in the morning they say they are too busy for this day and don't take calls or bookings anymore. The next day is the same story. So basically the service doesn't work.

I am at the 3rd cure of antibiotics and my UTI is still there. I got a proper urin examination after 2 cures of antibiotics (the first time the doctor prescribed antibiotics without checking, the second time they did a test with a stick). When I came back to the doctor after the 2nd cure the doctor was rude beacause he believed I was pretending to be in pain. I finally got the urin examination that confirmed the UTI. After this bad experiance, I requested my journal to go to another doctor. I called and they said it was ready and I went there (taking permission from my work) and they could not find it, and that I needed to call the day after. The day after I called and the line was always busy. Stay away if you can!

Best medical center in Stockholm! Astma specialist is very knowledgeable. Hard to get times since a lot of people need help.

The phone line for bookings is "temporary full" - and has been it for at least two weeks now. There is no way to get in contact with the center. They don't answer to messages at 1177 either.

Lots of shops to choose and many restaurants to dine in Sushis are fantastic ❤️

Before going to this hospital I read and saw how the reviews were bad but I took the chance to go anyway, and I’m not surprised why they are so bad because I experienced the same bad angry grumpy moody nurse people have spoken about,

Terrible and extremely unpleasant, unprofessional place. Refused my sick 2year old baby (40 deg fever) help twice. After that I tried to book nearby vårdcentral, could only come in two days but I was told to call Liljeholmens akut mottagning. Very rude nurse told me that they don’t have time for kids with temperature so I can go to hospital if he’s sooo sick that it can not wait until end of weekend. Poor boy had pneumonia and ear infection by Monday:( . Few months later I tried to sign my newborn to their BVC but they never returned my calls ( I tried 3 times!). They should close that place including the barnmorska mottagning.

On my first attempt to book an exam, there was no answer. I left a voice mail requesting a call back to book a time. No one ever called back!!! Three days later, I made a second attempt to book an appointment!! Reception put me on hold, then dropped my call. When I called back, reception tried ridiculously hard to convince mefor at least an entire minute that I did not need to book a routine exam, only to follow up with advising me that they were not taking new patients. Advising me first of their full patient roster would have saved me time and frustration!!! Poor service ... I am disappointed, but not surprised(based on Swedish service standards).

Very bad service, it's impossible to book a time. I've been calling in the morning at 8, as soon as they open and the first spot available was at 5 in afternoon just for a call. This went on and on for a week. Then finally when someone was available to answer the phone, there was no longer spots for meeting a doctor for the all week. Run from this!!!! Worst service ever!!!

Perfect if you want a doctor who doesn't care about you and ignores your concerns.

Worse health care system ever! If you call them at 8:01, they dont pick up due to high workloud!
