    1177 advised me to book a doctor's appointment at my GP because I have a fever, a thick runny nose, whooping cough, earache, impaired hearing, etc. for two weeks. The family doctor I listed here cannot be reached. The phone leads me to a chat with a nurse. Extremely time consuming and tiring. Leads to advice: lie high and use nasal spray. Meaningless. I was desperate and brought home a Mobile Doctor instead (expensive!). She diagnosed bacterial infection and ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. Capio Kungsholmen should be ashamed! Redo and do it right and HIT the patients. Have paid taxes for over 40 years, this is not acceptable.

    Tricky doctors. Lack of doctors. GPs don't get in touch. Promises but nothing happens. Sending people via referrals long distances from their address where they live. Calling them and they don't have time to talk. Does not follow up on his patients as should be done. They have stopped using 1177. Have their own internet channel to chat with. If people don't have a mobile ID, it goes through the computer, but it's slow. Most often, people who know how to turn the computer on again.     Capio, Terrible experience. Had Serafen as a healthcare center before, remembered absolutely fantastic staff and superb doctor (Strömberg). Now the health center was completely unrecognizable. Difficult to reach, had to wait and chat with staff for several days before I got an appointment with a doctor. Another doctor at Capio Go had made a diagnosis and arranged "his referral" to Capio Serafen, when I then got to see the doctor there, he contradicted the previous doctor's opinion, he was perceived as unpleasant overall (questioned, among other things, my choice of medical center because I did not live still on Kungsholmen). The doctor said that I should immediately go up to rehab Sabbatsberg, I went there and was told that they don't have drop-in appointments, but you have to make an appointment...so the doctor tricked me into going unnecessarily far (even though he knew I was in pain) . I will try to never again expose myself to going to a närkut or other healthcare facility without checking out a certain type of doctor first.     Unprofessional reception staff who were more interested in talking to each other than seeing patients. They sat having coffee and laughing and generally didn't seem to notice when the patients came in. Nice doctor who was good and knew his subject. However, we did not have a conversation before the examination itself, but went straight to the point, which felt strange and unreasonable. The doctor also based the examination on a form I had filled out and did not ask for any additional/clarifying information once I was there.     Case 1 (started August 16, 2023, ended August 30, 2023) 14 day wait for prescription renewal, unpleasant staff 14 days ago I called Capio Vårdcentral Kungsholmen to have the prescription renewed for a drug that I have been treated with for a chronic condition for some time. After a thorough investigation at the Medical Clinic at St. Göran's hospital was diagnosed and prescribed the associated medication (for life). For continued prescription renewals, I was referred to outpatient care, in my case Capio Vårdcentralen Kungsholmen, where I have been a patient for many years and where prescriptions for the same medicine were previously renewed without any problems. For two weeks I have had to come back and remind the VC that the prescription still hasn't been renewed despite the promise of speedy handling. I had already been informed at the first contact two weeks ago that I only had a few doses left. I've lost count of how many nurses I've had contact with over the past two weeks, each time having to explain the matter anew.
