My last visit I was not allowed to go to the normal floor, but was welcomed for 5 min in a basement style room. They said as I had fever, I could kill old patients..ok accepted, but they already ruled out that I had a virus and/or a bacterial infection in the emergency room. The nurse was very rude and the doctor was extremely disinterested. Told her my symptoms and mentioned a rash. She did not even attempt to take a look at my rash. When I showed her anyways she said it’s probably nothing and recommend me a cream (no prescription). So well, still sick, no meds, fevers coming and going for weeks and the doctor just said my body will heal itself at some point. With this I was kicked out. Case closed for the doctor. When I arrived at the pharmacy they told me that the cream the doctor told me to get for my rash, was for another body part. The cream I needed was a prescription only cream. So I called for the prescription-rude nurse on the phone, took ages to get a call back from the doctor. Doctor said it should be fine if I use the wrong cream (prescription free). Refused to give me a prescription for the correct cream..

Mistreated by doctor Sanna Alvi. She prescribed antibiotics without letting me take any test before even if I told her I had history of infection in the same body part and insisted on taking the test. Both nurses I spoke to before told me I would get the test first.. Also unprofessional advice towards some other issues I brought up without asking further clarification questions. Poor impatient and condescending attitude. Worst experience ever 😔

The receptionists call you back for like 1 second, quite easy to miss the call and then you need to call back again and it goes in circles. Once finally getting the call, the receptionist tried to convince me there is nothing that can be done with my problem, so i switched provider. Immediately after my switch they called me and offered appointment with doctor.
