Better do not go there if you care for you health. I got assigned dr Lucian Grema. Going there, I felt unwanted and my problem was not addressed properly. The worst however, came after that. The doctor assigned me a threatment and I went to the reception. After half of hour (literally) of trying to figure out how to book a time for me, I got an appointment in month from my visit. A MONTH!? At a private clinic?! The whole experience was so bad, that I would never in a lifetime think to go back to these people.

I have been coming here for years. The facilities are clean, modern, and the doctors are knowledgeable. Unfortunately when I was there today it felt very rushed. I have my moles checked every year for melanoma. I was about to ask the doctor a question about one on my chin and she said, I’m sorry your time is up, I can’t answer any more questions. 😳 I reminded her that she still hadn’t checked my ears where I had a suspicious mole last year. She apologized, took a hasty look and said it was fine. It did not feel like a thorough appointment. I understand that they only have 20 min per patient and bc my doctor was running late she only had 15 min for me. This feels hasty and unprofessional. I can’t blame the doctor if these are the rules of the clinic but perhaps those rules need to change.

I have eczema and got no help! :( first suggestion with light treatment for two months and strong cortisone didn’t help. Next visit was like: eczema is chronic, just put hydrating lotion on it. Which also doesn’t help!

Impossible to get through to them under their specified and limited telephone hours. Apparently, their reception desk’s comfort is more important to them than the patients’ needs. I tried many days to call them during their telephone hours but every single time got a message from an answering machine that there are too many calls, and I should try later :-(. They DO NOT offer a call back service (effectively meaning: its the patients problem that we are poorly resourced at the reception desk). Further, the doctors stress the hell out of the patients. They keep communicating and showing by body language that your time is over, get the hell out of my room, I have other paying patients waiting. Let alone that the doctors diagnostic of my problem was wrong. I had to visit them multiple times to get it right. But I guess its not suitable to write about it in this review. All in all, I felt the organization is too commercial and patients are some sort of business objects that have no place in the center of their business. Very very unsatisfied.

Yes acording to the other reviews they may seem horrible, but I got happily suprised when I got there and everything seemed to go smooth until when I tried to take the blood test they had sent me home to do and they hadnt gotten me a remiss so I couldnt and then they havent got a number for any form of contact so now I'll have to wait for an answer from the email if they even will answer it

Great service! I have to be honest, I was extremely nervous visiting this clinic after reading all the negative reviews. I’ve been suffering with my skin disorder for years and am yet to find a working solution with a reliable and caring dermatologist. I’m glad I went today with an open mind. Dr Veronika Nagy was so welcoming and kind. I finally feel I can trust this doctor with my skin. She spent a a good amount of time explaining things to me and listening to my questions and concerns. Everyone also spoke extremely good English and I left very content.

I had a great experience. Easy to book a time through my work insurance. Very pleasant location with a locked courtyard with flowers. The clinic is clean, nice and efficient. I met with Jan Eklind, very professional and amiable and nice to talk to.

I read some horrendous reviews written in the past 10-12 months and expected the worst. Wrong. Politely and quickly checked in and then met by doctor Åke. He was professional, polite, inquisitive of skin history and checked thoroughly, even focusing on my 8-10 concern skin spots. Recommended a visit in 12 months unless reason to come in sooner arose. Only slight negative was that it did feel we were on limited time and things were slightly hurried along.

I met with Dr Aram Rasul and I must say that he is an angel. Great treatment with kind words cure you completely. Would recommend him to anyone suffering with wårt.

The facility is really nice, and Dr. Eva Eken was extremely helpful, thorough, and knowledgeable!

I dont know why so many bady reviews , I assume it depends on individual experience. I had good experiece i was booked to see Dr Kristina Lewis. Everything went well and Doctor was very helpful

This is the worst medical service I have ever experienced in Sweden. After a biopsy I was told the result would take four to six weeks. When I didn't hear anything after seven weeks I tried to ring. I rang every day for almost two weeks during their advertised telephone time, only to be told that they are unable to take my call. These are a bunch of money grabbing chancers. Avoid.
