They have the taste, the texture, the smell and the creativity in every tiny tasting. And the music is perfected, not to loud and not to silent, just perfect. The people working there are great. Everything from the food — in how it was served and the flow through the menu — to just how cozy and friendly the atmosphere was contributed to the fantastic experience that exceeded far beyond expectations. Where Etoile really takes things a step further though is in their way of serving and presenting the food. They playfully involve many of your senses in their food often reminding you more of an modern art installation with a story being told, rather than just a dish. Ever more impressive is that I know all other guests received the same food, but even so the experience of being lead through the menu felt very personal.

The best gastronomy experience I ever had. During this dinner, I encountered many new taste. I would give 6 stars if it's possible. Definitely worth a visit! The service was superb. We learn substansial information for each food. And the flow of the food was smooth. Our favorite is the beef tartar and tom ka gai ice cream.

This was my second visit to Étoile, the first being in December 2020. I chose Étoile because they offer a vegetarian option for the tasting menu and I was bringing two vegetarian friends visiting from New York. The fourth member of our party has a deadly nut allergy which they also assured us they could accommodate. Wow they have really leveled up from an already high standard since expanding the restaurant! I loved the style of moving between rooms and parts of the restaurant as the evening progressed and the courses were delicious, innovative and beautiful to look at. Many of the courses also came with a non-alcoholic beverage in addition to the pairing so all in all it felt like we got an incredible number of drinks (I chose the mixed pairing). By the end of the evening we were so full that we could barely walk - pace yourself accordingly. All four of us, vegetarians and extreme nut allergic friend included, left incredibly happy with our evening: food, drinks and service was incredible. The vegetarian menu felt equally thought through as the non-vegetarian and the nut free substitutions were also amazing. I really applaud the Étoile team for taking such good care of all guests!
