đź‘Ťđź‘Ť Perfect place to go in winter. The ticket was only 80 kronas which was pretty good for what you get. And what you get is walk across the world, well not really, but that's how it feels. Plus there's an outdoor Japanese pool which was frozen, cause you know WINTER! but that didn't stop us from going. People often mention plants,

This is a very, very nice greenhouse which is large in size and had variety of plants from around the world. Entrance ticket is 90 SEK per person, but it is worth every kroner. As you enter inside, there are some local and European plants and trees mixed around a small pond/fountain with ants on one side that love moist areas, while on the other are more Central Europe like plants, then comes the palm house, and after that is the tropic plants. On the side of these, there is the California house with a lot of desert plants, cacti mostly, and rainforest plants on the other side. You can climb some stairs and have a birdview of the entire place. There is a small part that features Australian plants and trees, and on the other one similar although most of them seemed like southeastern Africa. The yellow entrance is definitely something that will make you remember this place if you are not loving the plants and trees. All in all, a definite gem that is overlooked by visitors.

Smaller but very well maintained botanical garden. You can have a coffee and a snack inside too!

I visited Stockholm during the winter, and to be honest, you can't do much outside because it was snowing. Maybe this greenhouse isn't a top attraction during the summer because there's lots to do outside, but right now during this weather I give it an easy 5 stars :)

A really enjoyable experience, nice mediterranean feeling in the big hall with olive trees, palms and cacti and several smaller areas with their own climates representing the flora of different parts of the world. Also: nice(r) and warm(er) during the colder parts of the year!
