I’ll start with the positive stuff, It has a great location in the airport, the staff where nice and check in was efficient. The candy they had was delicious. Then to the less positive stuff. The room has a strange old smell, a weak scent of sewage. The rooms are in great need of renovation, check my photo of the toilet door. It has seen better days. The cleaning was ok, but could see marks of toothpaste from some previous guest. Oh, and they must have mixed up the keys, because some other guest got the keys to the same room as I, and he was able to open my door. Unfortunately for him I had the door chain hatched. So, nice location, nice staff, huge need for renovation and fixing their security.

Stayed for a one night stopover, our plane was arriving late after 12 midnight and we were leaving early so just needed something handy. This was perfect, i had checked in online so just picked up the key at reception, in the room ready for bed in 10 minutes. Our room was a nice size and it was modern and clean, the bathroom was nice and clean as well. The breakfast is excellent, plenty of choice and all freshly made. Perfect choice for a stopover between flights, as our flight was an early morning flight we weren't there long but we had a good nights sleep and a good breakfast to set us on our way, also breakfast starts at 04:30 for the very early travellers.

Liked most things about the hotel. Friendly service. Pak did an outstanding job at check-in. Did not like the bathroom. Nice heated floors with a height difference that made me stumble every time I forgot about it. Maybe a highlighted line do the eyes catch the difference. Worst part was the shower. Straight shower curtain rod that made the curtain cling to the body during shower. Yeach... Please install curved rods or rebuild to walk in showers.

Location is perfect, you are right into the terminal, opposite train station. The runaway room view is from inside the airport. Room are old and small but we are not here for spend days. Breakfast buffet is nice.

Looks nice on the outside, not so nice on the inside. The sink faucet leaked everywhere and the non-adjustable shower head sprayed as much outside the tub as inside. Plus you had to fight the unclean blowing shower curtain the whole time you showered. Not to mention the faint smell of jet fuel leaking into room all night. It's saving grace it that it is convenient for an early flight out.

Rude staff, dirty rooms, poor amenities. Booked a single queen bed and got two twin beds without any notice at the front desk. The staff was very rude and did not seem interested in helping. Bathroom was moldy and dirty when I arrived. Basic amenities we’re missing and blamed on the pandemic. Would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel is inside terminal 4 and a very easy walk to terminal 5. Room was clean, quiet and dark enough to sleep. Tea/coffee facilities available, plus iron, safe and more mirrors than you could possibly need. The airport shops and restaurants shut early, around 2000, but Sky Horizon right outside the hotel has later hours. It also serves some great food. From check out to gate took 30mins.

The hotel is probably the best in Stockholm airport. Very comfortable, clean and the staffs are very friendly and helpful. If I go to Stockholm, I will definitely spend my first and last night of the trip here. P.S Their gym is not bad at all.

If you need an airport hotel it's difficult to argue with this. Pieces were reasonable compared to the other options, staff very helpful and the room was good. Possibly the best shower of any hotel I can remember. Very hot water and so powerful it was like a massage

For having a business meeting, the location is perfect when utilizing the conference center (traveled from Finland). The rooms and bathroom are a bit 'outdated' (bed was 👍), but decent menu and other options in the Sky City. Breakfast was very to my liking and also included some salmon which is not so often available nowadays.

Amazing location for late/early flights as it's actually in the airport! Rooms a little dated but spotlessly clean, comfy bed and nice (but odd!) view to the terminal. Great breakfast too. Friendly, attentive service.

Great place to spend a night when you have too much time to connecting flight. You don't need even step outside to enter this hotel. I don't know about the restaurant, but the breakfast was super.

I had the great pleasure of staying with this hotel chain and being welcomed by the receptionist Michelle. So patient, service minded and helpful. She truly made both me and my father feel most welcomed. I hope this feedback reaches her personally, we are very happy with everything. I recommend this place.

Great location for late / early arrival to Stockholm. The hotel was quiet (even though this hotel is located at the airport . breakfast was good and the location....super great. The only thing that made me rate the hotel with 4 stars and not 5, is the price, which was unfortunately, very high.

Always fan of Radisson (most) are great hotels and this one is definitely one of them. Friendly staff , good decent breakfast nice and clean rooms. Okish gym , with the basics . The sauna is great as well as a nice pool to relax. Far away from restaurants and no delivery service. If your looking to stay at the airport for a flight it’s a great hotel

Great place to stay if you have a flight arriving or leaving late in the evening or early in the morning, rooms are big, minibar is there, free coffe/tea, professional hairdrier. Roome was quite big, clean, silent, with airport sight. Position is perfect in between gate 4 and 5, staff fast and polite, I truly loved stay there! Breckfast is complete, everithing I tried was good and it is served from 4.30 ❤️

When you have a overnight connection or early morning flight i can definitely recommend this hotel. In the sky city so inside the terminal it self. You can get a nice room with the view of the runway. Recommend to enjoy the breakfast just outside the reception area with a view of runway as well. Will be back next time I have a early flight.

Just at the terminal, close to the check in. Polite service. Cosy, clean room with nice bathroom with a bathtub and big bed. Very cool view on the aircrafts. There is nice pub downstairs. Quite cool vibe to sleep on the airport.

Very disappointing. I will likely stay somewhere else next time. Bed sheets were covered in short black hair (5mm). Room never cooled off. The shower head either needs an extension out from the wall (not down) or increase the water pressure. You have you get up against the handles to get under the water. The raised lip from the room to the bathroom is a tripping hazard.

It would be hard to find a more convenient location for an airport hotel - the escalator outside the front door leads straight down into the terminals. We stayed here because we had an early flight and it was very clean, the rooms comfortable, and he staff friendly and efficient, pretty much what you need from an airport hotel.

The location is perfect for terminals 4 and 5. I had a quick lunch and it really tasty and included a salad buffet. The room had excellent lighting and the Internet, most importantly was strong and maintained strong signal throughout my 5 hour meeting that I was leading. Really great hotel and people.

You can walk straight to the terminal no shuttle necessary. Rooms are a bit older but clean and adequate. Helpful with early check in. Early breakfast available. Multiple dining choices within the terminal. A spacious 24 hour workout area.

Had an early flight in terminal 5. Location was perfect, walked there in minutes. Staff was nice. Restaurant was OK, I would choose another next time since there are many right there. But the hotel was perfect given the situation.

Like some other poor sucker, I came back here because of the location. I’m due to stay again later this week. I’ll be cancelling that night and going elsewhere. I’d rather sleep on an airport bench than spend another night in this hovel. The rooms are some of the worst I’ve ever seen. Dingy. Old. Tired. Run down. Small. Services are non existent. Don’t offer room service. Staff appear both disinterested and bored of it all. This hotel makes me wonder is the larger Radisson group in financial trouble??

We stayed one night due to a long layover, and I will never stay at this hotel again – the Clarion hotel that is next door is superior. The rooms are old, which you notice on the bathrooms. The showers are in bathtubs without any slip protection, both me and my partner slipped in the shower and ended up with bruises. The service was courteous, but a strange thing made me question the staff's engagement: as we were heading out to eat, some alarm (I'm guessing fire?) went off, and all the exits were locked. People were standing both inside the lobby waiting to get out, and outside waiting to get in. The staff did not inform us about what was going on, and it was a good ten minutes before everything resolved. Considering the price and the nearby competition, this place really needs to step up their game.

Friendly staff at check-in and nice clean rooms. The hotel breakfast is very affordable. Location is optimal as it located inside terminal 5.

Exactly what you expect of a hotel, very generic, but comfortable and clean, and you can't beat the terminal location.

The hotel has rooms that look into the terminal, which is fun. Fair value hotel, normally clean with helpful reception staff. They have the best breakfast in the world, in the attached reference, so pre-pay and get that if you can.

Radisson Blu Skycity Arlanda Stockholm Airport has excellent check in staff and very serviceminded staff. The hotel is located within 2 minutes walking distance of the security check and check in counters at the airport. If you have an early flight this is the best option for a minimum transfer time from hotel to flight at Stockholm Arlanda Airport. The rooms are big and spacious and the beds comfortable. I clearly recommend this hotel when you are travelling from Stockholm.

Cold and clinical, but reasonably priced, and just what you need when staying at the airport in order to catch an early flight the day after.

Perfect airport hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You have an unbeatable location right between Terminals 4 and 5, and you can even get COVID tests (Antigen or PCR) in 30 minutes while you wait right there in the hotel lobby. Then retire upstairs to your room with quiet rooms, comfortable beds, premium bathrooms, and a nicely-sized TV. Oh, and the food is spectacular as is always the case with Radisson Blu everywhere I’ve ever been. Be sure to try the restaurant just outside for dinner as well as breakfast, if you’re staying the night. The staff are unusually charming and attentive and the food is unmatched in the airport at a reasonable price! Only downside: the gym is very small and limited to cardio equipment, but that’s understandable given the location, and probably best avoided in these times, anyway.

Pros: It is the easiest hotel to reach in Arlanda, literally in the center of the airport. The view from the restaurant is nice. Very clean room and well-mannered personal. Cons: Rooms are too narrow or small. Price is a bit higher than other closer options. Breakfast is usually not included, and it makes your stay even more expensive. Some rooms have no view at all but a wall. There is very little sunlight in rooms so it feels a bit claustrophobic.

Now, it is an airport hotel so I didn't expect much. However, I think the staff was strange. They had the ability to be helpful and not helpful at the same time. The room was way to hot and the bed a bit hard. I think they should take care of the furniture better.

Only reason to stay here is Long connections or delays. Hotel is pretty boring. Rooms are modern but basic. When we arrived our room was double booked and had another guest. But they fixed a new room.

We stayed here after our long trip back to Stockholm. It felt like an extension to our holiday. Caring service. Room smells fresh. Very comfortable bed with crispy sheets. Shower with powerful water pressure (rare in Europe). Perfect sound proof that’s wonderful for a quiet sleep. Good selection of food at breakfast. Freshly cooked quality bacon and deliciously scrambled eggs were our family’s favorite, as well as the seeded buns. No doubt it’s a well managed hotel maintained at high standards. I’ve been to worse 5-star hotels.

This place went to garbage quick. Room I stayed in was had black mold around the tub, sticky floors, broken lightbulbs in the lamps. Management charged me for a mistake THEY made (and admitted to… that wasn’t even in dispute). Won’t be back, would advise others to check out either of the two other hotels nearby.

I loved staying here. It was clean it was well organized there was every kind of accommodation from drinks in the fridge to a coffee maker in the room as well as very high quality shampoos, conditioners, and lotions. There were USB ports to charge if you forgot a converter. The reception was friendly and great English. Excellent hotel!

The rooms were a nice size and comfortable with a cool view out to all the planes parked at the gates. Unfortunately, the bathroom had not been cleaned properly and had gross stains on the wall beside the toilet. The fridge made a constant really loud ticking noise every 5 or 10 seconds all through the night, which drove me mad. I tried to unplug it but the plug wasn’t accessible. I really didn’t enjoy my stay here. The breakfast was good though and started nice and early (4 or 4:30am I think), but it did cost extra.

My favorite hotel when flying out of Stockholm. Cannot beat the location, inside the airport, if you have an early flight out. The rooms are large, clean, comfortable, and if you're lucky, with a great view airside. Service is polite and attentive and the early start to breakfast (4.30am) very handy for morning flights.

Perfect location inside the terminal. Friendly staff. Good restaurant next to the hotel. Rooms were clean but a little bit old fashioned. Doors are damaged and plugs/Tv not working. A little bit of rust on the bathroom amenities. Very Comfortable beds

Not a great stay. Our room was worn, in need of some refurbishment. It was also not cleaned properly (for example stains and hairs left in the bathroom). The worst was the room temperature though. It was way too hot and the settings advised by the staff did little to cool it down.

Stayed here for one night. My room was big enough and bed was very comfortable, I appreciated the perfect location inside the airport for early flights. Breakfast was very good as well.

I did not enjoy my stay; the room was weary and old, water pressure in the shower was so weak, I barely managed to wash off my shower gel. The staff didnt inform me about the security problem at the airport (you have to start the check-in process 3 hours before the flight due to airport staffing issues). I paid for breakfast from 4:30 am, but was forced to check-put at 4am. Let down

Beats me how this could be a 4-star hotel. Bathtub did not have a plug, was too small to submerge even a small body in, premium rooms was very worn and we would hear extreme noise every time someone around us would flush te toilet. Staff was very curt, and we found ourselves unable to order room service (no working QR, wrong instructions from staff, failing chatbot). The list goes on and on… the breakfast was good tho!

Just perfect place to stay if you are waiting for your connecting flights. They have their own restaurant with a amazing view of Scandinavia skyline. Plus it is surrounded with convenience store if I am correct around 3 stores are around the area & other restaurants too. The room itself is just right size for 1-2 person, more than 2 it will be too crowded. Also check out their gym it is quite spacious.
