Great place to relax, eat and drink, both inside and outside. This place has lots of customers but also lots of room. So it has a jolly atmosphere. The place has solid interior and does not look cheap but also not too fancy.

The most overrated place there is. I had been to Fridays in other countries and always found it delicious even if the prices were a little too much. But this one was over the top expensive and didn´t meet our expectations. The chicken pasta was tasteless and the portions were not even average. Wouldn´t eat here again.

The starters are a bit overpriced but the salmon was just very good. It took some waiting time to get the food, but service was good and food was good. Anyway, I don't think I could have gotten a cheaper price for a salmon fish that is around 250 SEK anywhere in Stockholm (I think). I didn't have the burger, so I cannot comment on that.

Nice location but that’s about it. Chose a big chain restaurant because it’s usually the safest choice abroad with food allergies, but TGI’s didn’t have anything expect meat patties for a person allergic to milk (mjölkprotein), even though the menu states otherwise (checked with kitchen)… of course happy that the chef checked it and patties were safe to eat, but nowhere else in Sweden we had such poor menu for person with allergies. Also had to ask three times for my beer after which it was delivered (had already eaten most of my dinner at that point).

Was here eating during dinner when it was crowded with people. They had limited places to sit outside because they were understaffed that day and didn't expect it to be so many people coming(spoke to the workers about it). We still got a nice place inside and the service and workers were really nice people. I ordered New York meat with medium well, it was delicious. My boyfriend got burgers with Sweet potatoes, i didn't really like their sweet potatoes because they were very small and thin and weren't crispy as I like them to be. Overall a nice place but a bit loud inside for a date or talk zone, so would not recommend it for those events.

This TGI is located just next to beautiful Kungstradgarden. It was packed when we arrived. It was nice of them togive a table inside since it was raining and weather was cold. We started with some wine and whiskey with onion rings, fries and Bruschetta followed by Veg Burger. The food, service and ambience was top notch. Worth visiting...

Nice place with fountain View. It was a beautiful sunny day when I stopped and outside was amazing. There are only 2 vegan options, but the burger was good tasty, a bit too much salt on the fried potatoes. Good presentation and good service from a boy extremely professional ( the one who I made the payment).

The burger is on the dry side, a bit disappointing. And the special sauce they have is brought in a separate small container. It would make much more sense if it was applied to the burger already in kitchen. Trying to apply it yourself at the table is just unnecessarily cumbersome. Ordered fries and salad as side dishes. The salad is completely drenched in vinegar sauce and is overall just an unimaginative mix of lettuce and tomatoes. Not very pleasant. All in all, not really a bad experience, but the food quality did not surpass that of the neighbouring fast food place.

Great food and portion sizes, decent service, seating area is nice. Prices are on the higher side, but nothing extraordinary for Stockholm standards.

On spot service, great food overall and a friendly staff. Portion sizes is also big compared to other restaurants and is still as tasty as it could be. The only downside i would say exists is at the toilets, they could use a venting system because it can smell a little. But as a restaurant, 5*

Loved it! Passion fruit and strawberry puree in tea is an excellent idea! I also recommend everything in whiskey glaze - not that spicy as other souces and not that sweet as BBQ. I also had a simple drink with mango and strawberry puree plus vodka - 10/10

We visited the restaurant after a morning of shopping and could not have asked for a better place to catch our breath in the heart of of the city. The terrace is invariably packed, and there are plenty of seats inside if you want to enjoy some peace and quiet. Beware, portions are huge (the sundae is massive!). We had the truffle burger, cheeseburger, Cajun pasta and buffalo pasta, which were all excellent. We were helped by Anish, who was lovely and very courteous. A terrific place — we’ll be back for the Oreo milkshake!

The food is amazing 🤩 and the Service by Staff is very nice, specially Azim is a funny waiter, Cheers 🍻

T.G.I. Friday's is a good American restaurant chain. I ordered BBQ ribs which were tasty and well prepared. Waiters could be more attentive. I would appreciate a larger selection of soft drinks.

Nice dish, a bit expensive for lunch as it does not have lunch menu. It is also a bit expensive comparing the other restaurants in town which give the same quality food. But ok in general

Paikka oli ihan perus missä käydä syömässä. Saavuttuamme ravintolaan meitä ei kukaan tervehtinyt (en tiedä että kuuluuko asiaan ) mutta jäi sellainen epämiellyttävä fiilis. Noh pyysimme englanniksi pöytää ja meille sanottiin että hetki pieni ja se oli ok. Tarjoilija joka haki meidät rupesi puhuu Ruotsiksi ja me pyydettiin että puhuisi Englantia. Listoja meille ei kuitenkaan vaihdettu!!! Tuotti vaikeuksia lukea ☹️ kaikki tarjoilijat jotka meillä kävi niin tyrkytti Ruotsia meille! Eikö ne kommunikoi keskenään ja olisi voineet vaikka kertoa että puhumme Englantia. Ruoka oli ihan ok, mutta en kyllä valitse uudestaan. Otin Buffalo Wingsit ja ne oli aikamoinen pettymys. Soosia ei juurikaan ollut ja ei kyllä maistunut oikein siltä miltä pitäisi, bataatti ”ranskalaiset ” oli vähän niinkuin tikut. Sipulirenkaat oli ihan ok. Jalopenomajoneesi hirvee pettymys, säilykejalopenoja ja ei edes kunnolla pilkottu, sanotaan näin että olen syönyt parempaa. Meihin ei otettu mitään kontaktia koko ruokailun aikana ja laskua piti pyytämällä pyytää koska kukaan ei ”halunnut” hakea lautaset pois tai käydä kysyy miten me voidaan. Varmaan perus ok kännissä, mutta en söisi enää uudelleen siellä 😒

Leider enttäuschend. Habe alfredo pasta bestellt mit Hühnchen, welches 20kr extra gekostet hatte. Leider gab es nicht genug Hähnchenbrust für den Preis und leider war es weniger ein alfredo Pasta. Evtl mehr Alfredo Öl. Zum kotzen, war überhaupt nicht lecker, nur fertig und unappetitlich. Ich habe schon sehr oft Alfredo Pasta gegessen und das hier war eine absolute Katastrophe. Im Bild sieht ihr auch nochmal wie mein Löffel in dem Öl schwimmt 🤢 (falls klappt)

I tried chicken buffalo pasta and it was good but spicy. The prices are expensive. The staff were friendly. They have bookings if man wants to book a table and do not want to wait.

We were in last night and while the service was attentive, the food was bland and expensive. As were the mixed drinks, particularly the Blue Hawaiian. The atmosphere was noisy due to the loud music and people trying to talk over it. The restaurant was very nearly empty (we only saw a few people at the bar, and three other couples spread around the restaurant), yet the host sat another couple right next to us and our baby stroller was now in the way. It makes no sense in a pandemic, and even less sense since our daughter is only two months old and cannot sit up on her own, so a chair was out of the question. We attempted to move the stroller, but were told we couldn’t block the door to the outside (it’s January and no one was outside) because it’s a fire hazard. So now we are a problem and have further upset the newly seated couple not even 3 feet from us. We ordered a steak with fries, garlic bread, mozzarella sticks, and a chicken Caesar salad. Everything lacked flavor. It was bland, and tasteless, and I spent the subway ride home in turmoil due to an upset stomach. I don’t know how you can mess up a chicken Caesar salad, but they pulled it off. We will never eat there again. The service staff were nice, and the location is great, but it’s a waste.

Global chain so decent but not not exciting. Food is decent and fresh. It was quite pricey though for what we got. Very nice location

Very nice location. Definitely worth sitting outside if the weather is nice so you can see/hear the water feature. Once seated it took about 10min for a waiter to approach us and take our drink order. You could tell they were short staffed. Surprisingly, the food arrived quickly and it was good. Ribs were not overly amazing but still good. The customer service still has room to improve but overall it was a good time.

The best buffalo wings I’ve had in Sweden! Amazing food ++ on the crispy chicken wings !!

The burger was decent… but the starters where a laughing matter! I would recommend to just drink and look at people!

I have been to Friday’s across a few countries and I worked in TGI Friday’s myself as my first job many moons ago. I think the Friday’s in Stockholm by far falls short of the American standard- the staff cannot seem to live up to the Friday’s standard I was trained in. This location in Kungsträdgården is quite expensive e.g 169kr for a mojito however the quality of the drink is worse than a cheap bar somewhere. There’s no garnishing and good presentation- I did not get the Friday experience from my Ultimate Mojito. I always has waiters bringing wrong food to my table and had to tell them three times in one seating- “no we did not order that”. The guacamole was not mashed and smooth but had large pieces avocado, it was not evenly blend with chunky avocados but dry with many pieces of avocados -it was not a chips and dip- as a dip is meant to be little liquid. The runner guy kept coming to our tables and refilling the cutlery box with forks - so we kept being interrupted. Really felt like a canteen with amateur staff who know nothing about service orientation- the restaurant manager needs to be retrained or replaced. You can get much better food, drinks , experience and value for money in nicer and more posh locations in Stockholm

Location is quite busy. But the atmosphere is quite enjoyable. Chicken glazed in whisky was good but the portions were smaller. The seafood pasta was tasty. What we really enjoyed were the slurpy drinks.

I picked a quiet night not long before closing so the place was a little dead atmosphere wise, however the "house burger" was one of the best I have had in a long time. Fresh Brioche bun with burger and sides, with a sauce to dip your sweet potato fries. Would go again just for that burger!

Amazing place with amazing service. Especially Azim, he took our order and helped us choosing the menu and drinks. Really loved the foods.
