    Totally pathetic place. The nurse on the phone was so rude that she banged phone receiver just because i asked her a question. Another negative point is that you most likely have to wait for days to get appointment when you are in pain and in dire situation to see a doctor. Totally messed up system

    DO NOT GO HERE! I had to go to the ER after. Worst experience I've ever had. Went in to the gynocology office, since this place was assigned to me through my midwife. I needed further testing post baby. I've been bleeding for 24 hours after a common procedure, I tried calling this office to see if this was normal. The receptionist tried to tell me I didn't even go to this location... At which point I told her, I got this phone number from the letter I was sent telling me to go there, I told her which doctor I saw... She realized I did go to this location and told me she'd have someone call me back about the bleeding. Very rude, I thought she was going to hang up on me. All I wanted was to talk to a doctor or nurse and ask them if this is normal. I call 1177, and no one seems to know if this is normal bleeding for this procedure. I'm heading to the ER, not knowing anything. I'm so scared. Do NOT go to this place. Think about your health and your life. In my country, I would have been connected to a doctor or nurse who knew about the procedure. I haven't been able to even speak with anyone for 24 hours. And am potentially bleeding to death from this procedure. So, no, don't go here.

    I've lived in Väsby 1 year. This place never seems to be reliable. They are often rude and very unhelpful. Trust the unhappy reviews here. It's all true. I'm always so frustrated dealing with this location. It's hard to think that the people working here have any interest in helping people. Hang up, or don't call at all, never call back, never take responsibility or apologize, they huff and snicker on the phone.

    Worst place ever visited. The staff are unprofessional and rude. The staff in the lab is pathetic and fool. They shouted at my six years daughter just for crying during the blood test and refused to take the blood because she was crying. Never going to recomend to anyone specially the parents of young children. No one here is interested to take your child serious and help her.

    Extremely rude, unfriendly and not helpful. Called in on thursday to book a time. No possibility, I was told. But the doctor would call me on monday. Explained I have a new number.
