Drop
in
at
Crossfit
Medis
while
visiting
from
Canada.
So
far
has
been
to
2
classes.
I
was
staying
in
Sodermalm
area
and
surprisingly
2
different
crossfit
had
not
offered
drop-in
(they
said
they
are
full).
Crossfit
Medis
came
to
the
rescue.
Location:
centrally
located,
walkable/transit-able.
The
staff
is
very
helpful
to
provide
detailed
directions
before
arrival.
Info:
website
is
not
the
most
helpful
as
there
is
no
indication
of
schedule
/
class
size
/
programming
/
English
translation.
As
a
suggestion
of
improvement
it
would
be
great
to
list
the
usual
class
times
Facilities:
located
in
the
basement
of
a
building
but
quite
a
large
space
(the
pictures
on
Google
didn’t
really
convey
this).
There
are
changing
rooms
for
men
and
women,
including
shower
and
hair
dryer.
I
did
not
try
shower
during
my
visit
but
looks
like
it
can
accommodate
at
least
3
people
at
a
time.
Sign
up
process:
I
emailed
them
before
arrival
and
they
were
prompt
to
respond.
Multiple
options
for
drop
in
available
which
I
really
appreciate.
Reasonable
price
compared
to
North
America.
You
are
then
signed
up
to
an
app
which
unfortunately
does
not
come
in
English
so
had
to
guess
a
bit
but
not
too
hard.
The
app
doesn’t
seem
to
outline
the
workout
which
I’d
say
is
the
only
downside.
Class:
I
went
to
2
classes,
each
is
12
person
max
with
1
coach.
In
Sweden,
if
they
are
aware
that
there
is
a
foreigner
in
the
class,
they
switch
instruction
communication
to
English.
One
class
I
attended
is
just
technical
lifting
and
another
class
is
just
conditioning.
Great
setup.
As
a
visitor
it
would
be
nice
to
know
which
day
is
conditioning
vs.
strength
to
tailor
your
need.
Understandable
that
they
don’t
release
workout
until
the
day
before
for
regular
members.
Coaches:
both
classes
I
attended
were
excellent
and
the
coach
gives
very
detailed
and
tailored
feedback.
You
can
clearly
see
that
they
are
elite
fitness
professionals
and
I
also
appreciate
the
accommodation
to
speak
English
as
I
was
the
only
foreigner
in
class
Overall
I
highly
recommend
this
gym
to
visit
(or
become
a
full
time
member!)
