    Been here with both elderly parents, siblings and myself because we had previously received good help here but oh my god so unempathetic. My little brother was close to totally apathetic when we got to the doctor, who looks askance and makes extremely square judgments. I have gone both to Jens who was incredibly nonchalant and who never listened and then to Thomas (after I asked for someone who was kinder) but who turned out not to listen to one's needs at all but changed the topic of conversation and barely took in what was said. God, so unprofessional

    The doctor responsible for me did not do anything. For something that requires surgery within the next hours the doctor told me to schedule an appointment with a physiotherapist. This is why I ended up going to the ER three weeks later to be treated which was a very good decision but the waiting time still affected my healing process really negatively.

    Extremt missnöjd med kontakten med Sibyllekliniken och framförallt Jens som har varit min husläkare. Bokade tider som han prioriterar bort. Han gör inget som han inte själv anser att han behöver göra. Absolut lägsta betyg

    Wish I could rate 0 stars or better if giving negative rating was possible. Trying to contact the clinic for over a week via calls/ email. THEY NEVER RESPOND. Had to take a day off work to visit them personally to book an appointment for tests prescribed by the Canadian embassy for a VISA requirement.

    Just got done with my medical for the K-1 and the entire experience was great. Timely email response on questions, staff was lovely and professional. I was there in good time and saw several entitled people between 10-30 min late come in and complain how terrible they all were for giving away their missed appointments and the receptionists did their best to sort the situations even tho it was the patients fault. They're busy hard working people.

    Jag och min man hade tid för covidvaccinspruta nr 4 efter 10 dagars väntan. När vi kom i god tid fanns ingen personal. Sköterskan hade fått annat att göra och ingen information om när vi kunde förväntas få vår spruta. "Har ni bråttom" frågade receptionisten. Vi gick därifrån. Bedrövligt och respektlöst.

    Vill säga tack till den mycket hjälpsamma sköterskan idag som ändrade min tid för vaccinering. Upplevde i övrigt en totalkaos på mottagningen. Hoppas att det inte alltid är så. När man har en bokad läkartid vill man ju att läkaren har tid och inte stressar igenom besöket .

    Har besökt dr Marcela Nowak vid två tillfällen. Varje gång har jag upplevt bra mottagande och fått den hjälp jag önskat. Att använda chatten för bokning har också fungerat smidigt. Jag har inget negativt att anmärka och hoppas att det fortsätter så.

    Jag har nyligen bytt till Sibyllekliniken och kan bara konstatera att jag gjort rätt val. De senaste 6 månaderna har jag gjort 3 läkarbesök, - allt har fungerat väldig bra med utomordentligt vänlig personal i övrigt. För mig som tillbringar stor del av mitt liv i Asien är det helt obegripligt att folk klagar så förbannat mycket, som tidigare kommentarer nedan. Pröva ett Asiatiskt vänligt leende så kanske du också blir bemött med ett leende. Svensken klagar utan anledning, - att det ibland brister i byråkratin får man ta. Vad vill ni mer än gratis förstklassig vård?

    My partner visited the reception on 17 May at 0800. Severe allergy. Was questioned if he lived in the area. He has been a Swedish citizen for 30 years. We have lived in Östermalm for over 20 years. At the best addresses. Didn't get any help. Went to the doctor's office at Artillerigatan 1. Got help immediately. As he also had severe asthma. Very poorly managed. But you can see that from previous reviews. Sad that I sent him there. Is not a reception I will recommend.

    My previous experiences with the clinic are when I went there depressed, barely able to ask for help. Then my doctor sends me to their own speech therapist. At the first meeting, I explain how bad I feel, to which he laughs and says "you come here if your cat dies". Then all I had to do was go home, so I couldn't bring myself to contact the healthcare system for more help. Glad you had nice people around you because this doctor's office is completely useless
