One of the most popular viewpoint in Stockholm. You can enjoy the view in all 4 seasons… Eve you can see the Northern lights from here if you are lucky… Late fall and winter… Highly recommend!

This is a great scenic spot with panoramic views of the city of Stockholm from here. We only spent a few minutes here but I could imagine how some people could spend hours here. There is also many benches here to sit relax and take in the views from here. When we were here there were quite a few people but there were still benches too sit down and there lots of people taking photos. I would definitely come back here again if in Stockholm again. If I lived here I could see my self coming here often.

I absolutely loved it here. Perfect view of the city. And you can watch sunset and sunrise here. There's a cute little park that people bring food and liquor to enjoy the view. Lovely vibe and perfect location to see the city.

This "rock" is situated inside a small but pretty park with spots even to grill! 😁The view from the rock is just amazing, you can also seat there and just chill.

Nur zehn Minuten von der U-Bahn Slussen entfernt hat man einen tollen Blick auf das Rathaus und so. Man kann das gut mit einem Besuch im Stadtmuseum verbinden. Im Stadtmuseum gibt es (natürlich) Toiletten, die braucht man als Tourist ab und zu.

Beautiful and not crowded view point to capture the sunset over Stockholm! Very easy to get to. Highly recommend it. You don’t even have to get here early to grab a good spot for photos. There are areas to sit, so you can eat dinner or share drinks with friends while enjoying the view.

Great place to take a walk and enjoy the views any season of the year. From the promenade, there are great views of the city hall and the lake. New year's eve, it is a well known spot to view the end of year fireworks in Stockholm. In summer, many ships carrying tourists to the lake can also be seen cruising thru the water. Bring your camera to this beautiful spot and take a charming reminder of the city.

In the very moment I enjoyed the view from this point I felt in love with this city. The panorama view is breathtaking, I was there during sunset (I don't know when the best time of the day for a visit is, maybe at noon..) I could admire how the sun was going down on Ryddasholmen and Gamla Stan. It was a bit crowded, but the terrace is quite long an has enough space for everyone. Just enchanting! Don't miss it!

A late night chat with a French Traveller at the Hostel Room and Courtyard Table discussion with a Canadian Traveller led to one of the most magical experience of Stockholm, Sweden 🇸🇪. Watching the sun go down from Monteliusvagen View Point was soothing to eyes. The overall ambiance created by the swishy wind and dull rays of dying sun falling on the magnificent architecture was mentally relaxing indeed. A 500 Meters long walking path with a magnificent view of Lake Mälaren, Stockholm City Hall, and Riddarholmen, especially at sunrise 🌄 and sunset 🌅 is a must to do for any passionate traveller. The path is lined with charming houses on one side and a beautiful view on the other. There is, of course, a safety rail on the path which is best utilised by the romantic 💕 travellers who pledge their trust and true love to one another by hanging the Love Locks 🔒 at it overlooking Lake Maralen and appreciating the dull rays of sun falling on City Hall.

Eine wirklich tolle Aussicht auf Stockholm! Je nachdem wann man dort ist, sollte man auf die Dämmerung achten, da es sonst schnell dunkel werden kann 😄 zum Aussichtspunkt führt ein extra angelegter Holzweg mit Treppen, der auch gut zu begehen ist. Durch den Schnee war es teilweise etwas rutschig, aber da muss man dann drauf aufpassen.
