    I had a gut feeling I should have read the reviews before coming here. I wish I had. The burger was nasty and dry with undercooked peppers and assembled like a mess, fell apart as soon as I touched it. Old stale fries that cooled off fast. Couldn't even finish the whole meal it was so unappetizing. The bartender didn't know what spiced rum was and talked over me when I was trying to explain something to them. Took forever to have someone come over for service. At least they have cider? Conclusion: You're better off going to McDonald's. Pretty much an insult to American food.

    They do not fulfuill their promise for service. When I asked earlier, they told me the last order will be taken at 8pm, I came to order food at 19:26 and they told me the kitchen is already closed. I understand they want to go home early, but I hope they also understand their service Spirit is poor and tricky. Not surprised why they have such a low score on their reviews overall.

    Perhaps the worst O'Learys in Sweden?! Every single staff member was totally ignorant and when I ordered a burger and asked for it medium done, the reply was that that is how they come, I thought OK (since that's how I wanted it anyway). When asking for the CHL finals on their TV set, they refused, since the channel was set on another "low profile" hockey game and they probably thought that "hockey is hockey". Strange for a sports bar, if you ask me. When I got it the burger was more than well done. Pros Close to the airport Burger was reasonable fast served Cons Ignorant personnel Burger was to fried In short, the staff here was at the time for my visit all but good, the place itself was OK

    We visited the Sky City O'Learys. The worst experience with the waiters. Cheated us with tip (we didn't want to tip but they secretly added to the bill), added a Beer we didn't ask, added items to the bill we didn't order. The food was so-so but the waiting staff needs replacement ASAP.

    I’ve been to other O’Leary’s before but it pains me to think about this one. We ordered two mains and two drinks. The burger was overcooked, the fish and chips were unexpectedly small. I asked for vinegar to go with the latter and they had none. The bill was 490 kr (read: 49€). We were both still hungry and went over to McD afterwards (I kid you not).

    Nie wieder, lieber ess ich den Staub der sich auf den Möbeln absetzt als hier nochmal etwas zu bestellen, Preis Leistung einfach eine Frechheit. Gern würde ich minus 5 Sterne verteilen. Wenn ihr könnt geht zu McDonald's ist zwar auch teuer aber dafür Qualität die man kennt.

    Nice view with daylight and easily accessible at Sky City, but there is a lot of improvement potential in the actual offering. In general there is staff out in the restaurant and they are really OK, but it seems like there was a bottle neck in the kitchen. It takes time to get the food, which isn't ideal at airport. Burger was overall OK. Location not updated on Google indoor map, indicates non-modern management.

    Völlige Katastrophe! Waren mit 5 Personen dort essen. Erst auf Nachfrage wurden wir bedient, denn die Kunden sollen doch bitte mit dem auf den Tischen klebenden qr-codes die Bestellung online abgeben und bezahlen. Dafür klebt auf jedem Tisch ein Aufkleber und eine Platz-Nr. Die qr-code Aufkleber sind jedoch schon so abgeranzt, dass sie an den Ecken & Seiten hochstehen, sodass sich schön der ganze Siff und Dreck dort dauerhaft ablagern kann. Siehe Bilder. Die Kellnerin notierte sich also unsere Bestellung, las sie nochmal vor (alles korrekt) und verschwand dann wieder. Nach ca. 5 min erhielten wir unsere Getränke. Ok... ca. 20 min später wurde dann von einer anderen "hochmotivierten" Mitarbeiterin das Essen an den Tisch gebracht. Also ein Teil. Ein Burger mit Pommes fehlte ganz, genau wie die Trüffelmajo, dafür hatten wir eine nichtbestellte Extraportion Pommes. Als wir dann nachgefragt haben, sagte eben jene hochmotivierte Mitarbeiterin, dass doch alles korrekt wäre und brachte den Küchenbon als Beleg. War es aber nicht! 1. Fehlte die majo, die auf dem Bon stand 2. Muss die Kollegin dann wohl den Zettel falsch in den Computer eingegeben haben. Diese Kollegin wurde dann geholt, tat auch erstmal so, als ob alles richtig war und verschwand dann wieder hinterm Tresen. Dann suchte sie in den Mülleimer 1 bis 2 min nach dem handschriftlichen Zettel und kam anschließend zum Tisch zurück um mitzuteilen, dass der fehlende Burger in 5 min kommen würde. Immerhin gab es noch ein "sorry". Aus 5 min wurden dann ca. 10 min. Und ich konnte dann essen, als alle anderen bereits fertig waren. Dann ging es ans bezahlen und das Chaos ging weiter! Mit der 3. Mitarbeiterin der Truppe. Da wir als Gruppe unterwegs waren, wollten wir die Rechnung teilen. Das macht man dort normalerweise wohl nicht. Daher mussten wir an der Theke zwischen zwei Terminals hinundher springen. Eins für die Positionen, eins zum bezahlen. Ich war als Letzter dran und aus dem 9 Kronen "sweet potato upgrade" wurde eine 59 Kronen Extraportion. Außerdem sollte ich auch noch die cheese fries Upgrades meiner Mitreisenden bezahlen, da die Kollegin diese Positionen vorher bei den dazugehörigen Burger-menüs nicht mitgebucht hatte. Anstatt uns zumindest diese Positionen wegen "Unfähigkeit der Angestellten" zu erlassen wurde dann mein Freund nochmal zur Kasse gebeten um nachzuzahlen. Auf den Kosten für die nichtbestellte Pommes blieb ich sitzen... Wir waren schon in vielen o'learys und bis jetzt waren wir eigentlich immer ganz zufrieden. Es ist nie günstig, aber hier in Sky City stimmte einfach nichts. Inkompetentes, hochnäsig-arrogantes und auch noch faules Personal (ein benutzter und schmieriger Tisch wurde über 30 min nicht abgewischt), mäßige essensqualität zu einem überzogenen Preis. Danke für quasi nichts! Denke, wir werden in diesen Franchises nicht mehr einkehren! Grüße von gate c38👎

    It's a sports bar at the airport. So just manage your expectations. Was stuck at the airport due to a flight cancellation, had a voucher for food. Enjoyed the burger. My guess about the amount of one star reviews is that travelling is stressful and people need to channel their frustration somehow. It is understandable, but it is not a one star place. As with many things at any airport, the place is expensive and more reliant on people just being there because of the airport and not because it's your favorite sports bar where you go with your friends to watch hockey. So it's all about expectations.

    CONSISTENTLY POOR - I tried this O’Leary’s after trying and retrying the one in Örebro hoping it would be better. It’s just the worst food and far too expensive. Especially this location. 159 kr for the cheeseburger that is pictured, hardly comparable to a fast food burger, and a beer for the same price. Insane. Each of the O’Leary’s locations has a nice atmosphere and infrastructure but the attention to food preparations is completely lost. The worst chain restaurant in Sweden that somehow stays afloat.

    Most bar and restaurants are similar, the wings and nachos w beef are delicious so if you happen to be stuck at the airport as we are it was very nice, especially the bartender. The place, any place is made better w quality employees and this lady cristina was very helpful and friendly. So take care of this employee, if we come back tomorrow it would 100% be because of her attention and very informative answering our questions.

    Really, really bad service. I just left the place. It took forever to get seated and then even longer for someone to come to take an order. Also, somewhat expensive for what it is. Will not return and will find somewhere else in the airport. Should have listened to the other reviews and left.

    Food was so-so but empires rise and fall faster than the service here, considering this is an airport that's a problem. Overall would recommend avoiding if you have anywhere to go before you expire from old age.

    I can't complain about food or services. My favourite dish, Buffalo Wings, were as good as in any O'Learys, the service was prompt and friendly, they even fulfilled an individual food request, and the price was just a little higher than in the other O'Learys in the city.
