I have 15 days with unknown symptoms, have been in emergency 3 times over the past 20 days due to several symptoms and have been referred to the VC. I have been calling and they don't call back. But what makes me write this is the unethical and unprofessional service of Dr. Ewa. This doctor shouldn't be providing medical care. When I told her I wanted to tell the full story over the past days her response was that "she didn't have time". Then I started to share my concerns and she didn't listen, she didn't care. She denied me to be referred to an specialist or to even order a simple stool test. She said that she couldn't help. When I told her I was not able to eat solids or to sit she said I should drink liquids and await a sonogram (2 weeks) and that I should go to ER (When in ER they sent me to the VC for them to further investigate). She clearly didn't want to investigate and didn't care at all. I will report this place and doctor, this could have serious implications in the life of someone. Update July 2021. I just felt the need to provide an update. What I had was an abdominal hernia that they never wanted to investigate. I found another VC and doctor and lucky me, she is so professional and committed. They investigated until they found I had this hernia. Was referred to surgery and and I have had it already. It was serious and in this clinic Dr. Ewa mistreated me and ignored my symptoms and messages. I also want to update that the allergy they didnt want to further investigate (that led me to ER several times) was confirmed to be allergy to some medicines (Aspirin), which is incredibly dangerous. But in this clinic they decided to ignore it all. This is SO wrong, someone can literally die due to poor and unprofessional service.
