    I was there with an appointment and I met with the doctor in waiting room and I told her i don't know Swedish and she disappeared. She didn't take care of me - she just left. I heard her she was talking with a nurse about "me speaking English" and the nurse came to me and she said my problem can be serious (And yes it is!!!!) and there is no doctor available today - I was there with an APPOINTMENT and I talked to the DOCTOR I was supposed to see she JUST disappeared. They told me to go to emergency without checking anything. I am paying tax every month and I paid for this appointment as well. How can a person can be sent somewhere else because the only available doctor is not okay with speaking English? This is unbelievable and NOT OKAY !!! It is a big disappointment and not okay for human rights either!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This place is so close to my house but i will not go there again ! If you are not Swedish speaker I don't recommend you to even give it a chance. I lived in another country (Estonia - Tartu) where English was not that common and the doctor found 2 assistances to help her to understand my problem and help me. I love Sweden with my heart it was one of the most disappointing experience that I have had in entire of my life.

    I tried getting a time since I could barely swallow and definitely not eat or drink. Went into the ER and they refused to help due to a sore throat not being bad enough of a reason although I was starving myself and couldnt sleep. I tried calling for a time, line is ALWAYS busy. Last time I was there for an ear infection, the staff was inconsiderate and looked in my ear although I said stop cause it hurt so much to the point where i cried and they refused to stop whatsoever. If you want a long queue time or them hanging up (you cant book time on weekends also), then dont register here. Your child will have a traumatic experience I can imagine as I still am not over how they treated me in the ER last time.

    Pros: great staff, very helpful receptionist, nurses and doctor. Cons: though everyone at the hospital spoke english, no English support on the helpline number. Waiting to get results of my tests through phone as I am traveling, but it’s impossible to speak to an actual person, as the messages and directions are in Swedish exclusively. Further, for a short term traveler, not from European Union, 1700 sek fees seems really really steep.

    The care given is so poor it could definitely be considered negligence. They are seriously understaffed, it takes over 3 hours to get a simple x-ray result, not to mention how long it takes to just be seen by a doctor to get the x-ray in the first place. Unfortunately a good representation of the appalling standard of healthcare in Swedem.
