    Been listed here for 30 years and the bottom has now been reached. For each new owner since privatization, it has gotten worse and worse. For each new owner, more and more is wasted (staff, service, time for the patients) because the primary goal is profit and stock dividends. The telephone staff's competence and service towards the patients who call seem to walk the same path, perform. Some are resigned, but nice, several are downright unpleasant, unfortunately. The insane experiment in privatizing welfare (care, elderly care and school) has clearly failed completely. The primary interest of private investment companies has always been and will always remain PROFIT. I have only stayed until now because I have so far been lucky with GPs, but now, as I said, the bottom has been reached. The new owner is running the health center at the bottom through a constant forced understaffing. It is almost impossible to get an appointment with your GP anymore. If you are constantly understaffed in ordinary cases, guess how it will be now during the summer. I had to go directly to a specialist as it was impossible to even get a referral from my GP. He doesn't have time until 1 1/2 months from now. Time to vote out profit in welfare.

    Tidigare har telefonrÄdgivningen varit bra, men sedan ett tag tillbaka Àr den mycket dÄligt. Det kan ocksÄ vara ett uttryck för att personalen har fel kompetens eller Àr pÄ vÀg att bli utarbetade. Samma sjuksköterska jag talat med flera gÄnger, lyssnar inte. NÀr jag ringer om rÄdgivning i ett ganska allvarligt sjukdomstillstÄnd som vi har haft kontakt med vÄrdcentralen om ett flertal gÄnger, nÀstan skriker hon "vi har inte tid idag" Jag försöker förklara och hon sÀger/skriker samma sak igen. Hon vÀgrar att lyssna. Samma person har sagt och gjort andra mÀrkliga saker under en kort tid. Denna gÄng fÄr jag dessutom en utskÀllning att vi listat oss i ren desperation hos en annan vÄrdgivare dÄ hon inte velat ge oss tid pÄ vÄrdcentralen ett par dagar tidigare, trots att han var vÀldigt dÄlig. Vi har Äterlistat oss, men det bryr hon sig inte om. Sedan slÀnger hon pÄ luren! Andra hÀndelser: NÀr man klagar pÄ att det inte finns tider i meddelande direkt till vÄrdcentralen, blir vi erbjudna tider, men sedan nÀr vi gÄr dit fÄr vi veta att vi inte vÀlkomna för det ska tas ett Covid test först, vilket hon inte upplyst om. Vidare har hon inte lyckats inte lÀsa rÀtt namn bÄde pÄ mig och min son, och fortsatt omnÀmna honom, trots rÀttelse frÄn min sida "min dotter". Stureplans vÄrdcentralen mÄste omedelbart ÄtgÀrda rÄdgivningen!

    They have no digital services what so ever, and it’s super hard to get a telephone time here or even be seen my a doctor in a timely manner. And very unfriendly staff. They also sent me a bill for a missed appointment that I cancelled following thoroughly their own instructions on their telephone robot/answering machine! Avoid at all costs.

    We came unannounced 20 minutes before they closed due to an open wound. The nurse checked the wound right away and gave instructions on how to treat it. Very helpful and nice staff. Will definitely go here again.

    My wife and I were quite sick upon arrival to Stockholm (from Australia). We walked into this centre and they made arrangements to help us out by freeing up a nurse without question. After the nurse had diagnosed our issues they then were able to book us a doctor in the afternoon. We saw the doctor and they were excellent in communicating everything to us in English. We were prescribed medicine and ensured we had everything we needed to get our medicine. A huge Australian thank you to the reception team, nurses and doctors who helped us. Your willingness to help won't be forgotten.

    Received the wrong diagnosis without examination. Doctor Zhen missed that I had a very high blood pressure - I ended up in hospital afterwards. When I complained, I received in response that everything was in order. That it is ok to make a diagnosis without an examination.     Doctor did not even examined me, she said these times viral infection is very common in Sweden and she can do nothing and wished me luck on my disease! If she cannot do something then why she works there!! Now, I am worser, this kind of healthcare is unacceptable.

    Absolutely the worst medical center I have ever visited. After my test, I had to call myself and remind them to get in touch. Turned out my doctor was on vacation but another doctor would call. The other doctor calls up, presents the test results about which I had several questions as I was feeling very unwell, answers incredibly rudely that I can take all questions with my doctor and hangs up on me. My doctor at the time, who was on vacation a few weeks ago, has not contacted me to follow up on the test results. This is not okay? Incredibly unprofessional and inhumane treatment of people who seek care and who therefore feel bad in one way or another and need help and/or advice.
