    Ingen skugga på läkarna och vårdpersonalen men kvinnan i receptionen är en den mest felplacerade individen jag stött på. Hon verkar gå igång på att fabricera missförstånd med äldre besökare och tala till dem som om de vore barn. Hon är kort och otrevlig mot alla besökare. De gånger jag varit där jag kan aldrig minnas att jag sett henne behandla någon med värdighet eller respekt.

    Terrible experience. I had a great experience with another doctor when I first visited here. However, I visited there again for a possible urticaria/allergy. I was treated rudely and was tried to be shooed away without even being listened. Felt terrible and couldn't express myself since I was interrupted every time when I try to speak. Doctor said I need 30 minutes to be examined but she has 10 minutes. She arranged another appointment with another doctor and VC said that i also need to pay fee for the other doctor since the first one was assessment. I immediately canceled my other appointment. Overall, I paid a fee for being not listened and feeling awful. Will never visit this VC again.

    Rude and unprofessional doctor. Called my GP Anders Nilsson to make an appointment, according to him the only time available was 10:00 on the same day, which I said unfortunately did not work for me and asked for another time. My GP Anders Nilsson then says that it is not his problem that I think my injury is so unimportant to me that I cannot come then. Then he recommended me to call another clinic for examination. I found it almost impossible to make an appointment with my GP! Have never met or had contact with this Anders Nilsson before, but think this treatment was below all criticism. Contacted another clinic, got professional help and MRI the same week. Changed VC now!!!

    I went there for 20 years had the same doctor then she retired. got a new one but he quit after 1 year managed to see him 2 times maybe then a new one came he met him once so he now quits a new one Then it turned out to be good, changed to another healthcare center. A bit too much with three new doctors in 2 years, the last one I haven't met Sad when that happens

    I had an appointment with a doctor to get a few images taken of my birthmarks. The doctor called in sick but I never recieved this information. So, I took a few hours off from work in vain. However, the story did not end here. The secretary told me that the doctor would call me and reschedule. I called a week later because I did not recieve any calls and another doctor told me this person was back at work and he would call me in the next few days. So far it is has been four weeks, I have called them more than 20 times and even left them messages every single time and no one ever picks up.

    Impossinle to get time booked, they just want you to come on the emergency time. Then they only have 5 minutes allocated per patient, i herad that from the doctor today who did not wanted to even write me a paper for my office as i have been sick now more then 14 days. They sent me home with a kidney colic telling me to take paracetamol and ibuprofen together. Over crowded, bad service, stressed doctors that just want you out of their office, so they give you something for the sympthoms but dont care to cure the real illness. Absolutely one of the worse places i have been. The first doctor i got assigned was predisposed against my claims because i am a foreigner and we complain too much. Stated things that where afterwards said to be wrong by hisnown colleagues Asked to change doctor, after a while they put me back with the same doctor, i guess none wants to be with him... Today same thing The only nice person is the nurse in the laboratory... The rest just a factory of getting people out as soon as possible I come from Spain, and i have to say out social security system, first is absolutely free for anyone, second the care to find the cause of the problem not saving money on test.... Really a bad image for all health system in Sweden

    Tried to get time for vaccination as I am in a risk group. Received an unpleasant response that the next appointment was in 2 weeks and that there are more people who are in the risk group. Have since booked a video call but received no response from Meliv, no messages.
