I always believe in giving credit to people who give me good customer service. It makes me feel as if my money spent for them to survive, is appreciated. I can say I've heard some horror Dentist stories which made me avoid going for about 20yrs. Now, I have good hygiene and take care of my teeth and mouth on my own but I haven't made it a priority to go. When I decided to go, I went to a private dentist. The experience was good but the bill just for a check-up and x-ray was just under 3000kr($300)...a complete ripoff. So when a friend of mine said hit up City Dental. I booked an appointment and I can honestly say I have never experienced such an amazing service here in Sweden. I have always said the customer service in Sweden doesn't exist and they don't see the value in a customer. But I was proven wrong. Everyone at City Dental greeted me as if I was of great importance. Never did I feel any pain nor was I uncomfortable to the point of regretting me being there. I had two main Dentist that worked on me and I can see them as friends. They are both very funny and comforting all while being professional. You'll never probably hear this but I always look forward to going back to my Dentist. They truly love their jobs and that shows me that they will make me love my experience. Thank you for making me break my 20yr bad habit. And I also gotta give a shout out to the reception because they are the 1st impression the customer gets and that will determine if we are at ease or are unsettled before going under the bright light. The dentist spent 5 minutes with me after i waited for her to finish a phone call for 15 minutes. didn't even offer a clean up as dentist usually do. but bothered to talk to me about fixing some of my teeth which I never heard from a dentist in my life because they wd look better. And even if it's needed i won't definitely be going to city dental for that Was my 1st and last time to go there Worst dentist experience I ever had.

Terrible place that don’t take consideration to the patient, used to be much better before (when I was there, I think they have changed ownership now cause many of the good staff are not there) now I’d be worried for anyone to go. Very unprofessional and unpleasant.

I have been going to City Dental since 2016, I am very happy with their service and can only recommend it. I was followed by Dr Kaja first and then Dr Nurali - both excellent professionals, very patient and attentive to my concerns. I particularly like that options are clearly communicated as well as procedures. Recently I got an anatomical mouthguard to help release tension in the jaw and prevent it from popping. After a few days of using it, I feel a substantial improvement that I did not expect to notice in such a short time.

BEWARE! I went for a dental cleaning. That was done well. However, they tried to OVERCHARGE me, as they probably thought I was unaware of the dental subsidy you get in Sweden. Check your receipts and what they ask you to pay for!

Awesome staff and service! I had horrible experiences with dentists before that, who treated my tooth wrong and just worsened my situation. After giving up hope I came here and Markus helped me and gave me the right treatment for my tooth so I could heal again. I can highly recommend him and the staff here. Everyone is super nice and helpful and you get the feeling that they truly care for you which is awesome!

Best dental clinic I've been to so far. Visited to do cleaning and Irene was amazing. She was so gentle, thoughtful and positive that I had a very pleasant experience, and gave me tips on how to take better care of my teeth. Also really glad she spoke English so I could ask questions regarding oral hygiene. Highly recommend to all.

I moved to Sweden from the U.S. last year. I have some ongoing dental issues and a lot of stress about dentists due to some bad experiences in the U.S. Everyone at City Dental was incredibly kind, gentle, and professional, honest about how I need to do better with my dental hygiene without shaming me. I had to have a couple fillings redone and the new ones are much better than the old ones. They also charged less than originally quoted because one of the cavities was smaller than expected. I don't know how their prices compare in Sweden, but compared to U.S. dental prices, everything was very reasonable. They don't seem to have the most cutting-edge technologies, like using lasers for fillings, but that's probably a tradeoff for the prices. They also do not have nitrous oxide available (I'm not sure if any dentists in Sweden do), but my dentist (Bartosz Jasnoch) was very patient about getting me through the Novocaine shot without it and I was 100% numb during the work. The kindness and patience is priceless. Thank you SO much - you have no idea how much that means.

I had a huge teeth infection while on holidays in Stockholm. I went to City Dental twice. I was offered appointements really quick, on the same day. I met 2 different dentists, on 2 different days. Both were very professional and helpful. As well as the staff at the desk. I could only recommend this place.

I visited to fix my crown. The operation was so quick and the clinic is very clean. After that operation, I feel a bit high. Then I visited again. The appointment by call was easy and second operation was speedy and accurate!

I had done a root canal with the best doctor Bartosz along with his assistant Morjen He does the root canal under microscope and I had to redo a root canal which I did in India And starting from anaesthesia to the end it was the most wonderful experience The prices are also reasonable

i was just here for the first time, they were very helpful, at the reception the kind young man told me all the necessary info. I was worried I would have to pay a lot and I told them that too. the dentist calculated the price of the treatment in front of my eyes, which was okay for me, so I agreed. everyone could speak english.

I had teeth whitening at City Dental and received not only an excellent treatment but also advice on what is the best treatment for me. The personnel is friendly and helpful and my doctor was absolutely the best 🧡🧡

Very helpful and kind. From the front desk to the doctor who examined me. the doctor and his assistant were excellent, he explained the problem exactly and made the extraction a breeze without causing me a single moment of pain.

Have visited City Dental since 2019. I have not experienced any problems with them. But I haven´t had very complex issues with my teeth, so I wouldn´t know about that. I´m a satisfied customer.

Where many other dentists failed, here Cristian and then Bartosz did their very best to improve a situation that seemed hopeless. Kind staff at the reception as well. The opening during the weekend is absolutely a plus!
