I think it is illegal how bad doctors are and how little care those guys have... I had some bleeding in my feces that had to be checked, They assigned me a general doctor specialised in nose and throat. The doctor send me to take a colonoscopy that does not goes well, the colonoscopy center (CC) ask for CT Scan to be made and a second colonoscopy. The doctor totally ignore the CT scan and make me do a second colonoscopy which fails as well, After asking for an explanation the doctor tells me he did not understand the letter that the CC has given them. Ok, we book the CT scan. I come back. The doc show me the images, He tells me that I have a malrotated stomach, we look at the images and tells me he does not know what he is looking at because it is not his specialization.. (meaning that probably someone else told me what my problem was...why can I not talk to that person?!) He proceed to book me to an hospital to talk with a specialist. The hospital reject Kry's application. On which we would expect Kry to let me know... but they don't tell me ANYTHING I have to call the hospital to then know that they had rejected it and that Kry should have contacted me I have a malrotated stomach that kinda hurt and they absolutely gave zero care for that..

Do NOT register yourself here. You can't book any physical appointments though the app, such as getting your blood pressure taken, so you have to call the healthcentre directly. I've been on hold for over 45 mins and haven't moved from place number 6 in the queue.

Update: It has been horrible experience I have been with pain for several months and no proper help False promises of support that never happened Very disappointing and frustrating I removed them as my vårdcentral and I hope they get their clinics closed Now I have to find another place and start my health investigation from scratch again

I was satisfied by the doctor George and the physiotherapist Ellinor. The have very good opening hours and a lot of services are offered online. However, the information from the nurses who book the appointments, the service you get if you are not registered with them and the blood test experience didn't satisfy me fully.

It takes long to get an appointment. But today I had a really nice experience with the very friendly lady at the reception, and the great attention received by the doctor Caroline. I felt very comfortable and understood in a personal-human side, which I normally find hard in this country where people tend to not show emotions. I really like when I find professionals like this that see you as a whole, understanding that physical health and mental health go together.

They couldn't find me in the system so they didn't examine me/took blood tests. The nurse I saw yesterday in the app booked me in for an appointment for this morning so I went there at 9.30. Apparently, he (nurse) didn't register me in the system properly so they couldn't take the tests. They said they can see me tomorrow and for free, but what happened to the wasted work time? I feel really bad. I was supposed to be checked for diabetes and I even went there with an empty stomach. You guys are playing with peoples times and claim to be better than the Swedish healthcare system, but you are the same or worse (when it comes to physical appointments).

Great and friendly service directly as you enter the premises. The receptionist was welcoming and made a miserable situation bearable. Was processed swiftly and was taken care of expeditiously with empathy and care. I recommend "Kry @ Gallerian" any day 👍 Was surprised the receptionist (who spoke flawless English) remembered all patients names, makes the visit truly personal 🤟

Beware. They do not treat all the conditions. They can book an appointment and then the doktor will tell you to go to normal vårdcentral. You will of course pay to hear this and all the tax payers will also pay. They are thieves!

I would like to write a special review and a special thanks for the Dr. Caroline Gyllenbern. She has been following me for 4 months now and after 10 years in Sweden, I have been in 4 different VC and have met probably over 20 GPs and specialists. She is the only one who gave me a bit of faith in the Swedish healtcare system. I do not expect a doctor to know-it-all but at least to be a good listener, having empathy and try their best or ask for colleagues´opinion which she has been doing. She is a young doctor at the beginning of her career but I have been feeling listened and taken cared of. She made research on Lipodema, a disease I got a diagnose before meeting her the 1st time. She did not learn it at med school but made research which made me feel even more understood. Kry seems to have a good management internally since the doctors and the medical staff in general seems to be chill and warm. I highly recommand this VC and even more Dr. Gyllenbern.

Very very very bad service. They doesn’t know anything about health. Just doing a business with people. I had appointments two times they canceled one hour before appointment.

Worst doctor experience I ever had - no experience because they spontaneously cancelled my appointment. Very disappointing.

I’ve lived in Sweden for a while and I’m able to compare - this is one of the friendliest medical clinics you can find in the city. Transparent, helpful and nice!

The staff was very helpful in booking me a time slot. When the doctor got sick and my first appointment was canceled, they were able to rebook me in a really short notice to ensure I had what I needed.

Honestly saved the day I had another doctor tell me to take Advil and had a really hard time finding someone who could help. They got me in same day the nurse Fanny and receptionist both so kind and they gave me the treatment I needed. Thank you will def be back.

Had back pain on a business trip. Tried calling Kry but the phone didn’t pick up for 30 minutes and the hung up. Went there in person to try to book a time and the receptionist told me she can’t book a time for me, and there’s no way they can help. Can’t book online without a social security number either. Shows no empathy for a customer that needs help.

Reception is very friendly and helpful. USB charging pods available at the seats in the waiting area. Toys are available underneath the seats in the drawers. Doctors are professional and happy as well. However, booking an appointment had a lot of hiccups as we are exchange students (we dont have a swedish personnummer). We only have a swedish visa. So we initially booked an appointment at the Haga outlet but when we are down, it happens that the Haga staff booked us for the Gallerian outlet (which we would be late so we had to reschedule). After rescheduling to another day, we went back down to the Haga outlet only to find out that the doctor that is supposed to attend to us is not in (we were a bit upset at this point, however, i think, maybe the kry app that is available to swedish citizens may provide prompt updates, so maybe this is just a problem for those who book through calls). Then, the Haga outlet changed us to the Gallerian outlet. We were given masks at the counter. Swedish healthcare is heavily subsidised so we were very thankful for that as well. The medical attention we seek for was for an in-grown toenail. It was a little hard to explain it so thankfully there was another patient that speaks english (who helped us to translate to the staff here). Overall, the administration service can be improved but the medical service here is great.

I went to many health centers in Sweden, but I think I got the best health care here.Everything is perfect.
