Bad attention. Have my appointment at 3:30pm and had to wait to 2h to get my turn, don't know why. No apologies no excuses given.

Does not answer emails. I did a blood group test for a job abroad, however as the tests were delayed I had to go before I received them to my home address. I emailed them 5 times over a 2 monhts period asking if they could email me the certificate as I did no longer have access to my postal mail. I never received a single reply.

Needed 48h pre departure PCR and, if historical positive, also a Dr wellness certificate in order to travel home to New Zeeland. Medical Certificates seems to be a well oiled machinery compared to the clowns offering services for travelers at Arlanda Airport. Well worth the brief stop in Stockholm as it was significantly cheaper also. Highly recommend.

Covid test quickly and well executed. People working at the office are extremely nice and professional. Results received within 14 hours. That was the second time I go there; my girlfriend and my son also go there. I recommand this Medical office.

I took a SARS CoV-2 PCR test here. It was comfortably done by the nurse. It did not hurt! Thank you!

Very good treatement and very professional

Very disappointing - they promise 1-2 working days on their website to complete Corona test. We booked our flights 3 days later but did still not manage to get the test results on time. After following up with them they said they cannot control their labs and that one of the lab machines were dysfunctional over the past days, resulting in a backlog of delayed tests. Their CEO, Jacob Rosenholm, promised to see what he could do to recover our costs, but then stopped answering emails. They cannot be reached on their phone number.

the staffs are so nice. And the peaceful music in the test room helps me to relex, although the pcr test is unavoidable making people feel wierd.

Very good service. Fast results. Good job!
