I went Aqua Dental due to good review on July 20th because my golden crown was fell off, and they put it back but after 1 month it came out again so I went Aqua Dental again today, but the doctor which I met today she glue it in wrong position and when I told her it didn't fit when I try to bite she said that it is because of new cement(?) and she kept drilling my golden crown which I used for 10years without problem. After several drilling of my golden crown it still not fit well and she told me that now she made too many drills on the crown so best solution is that I need to make a new crown!?! What?!? and they made a new appointment for tomorrow for fixing this issues. They send me back home with this huge problem, Now I can not bite any foods with this wrong positioned crown. I'm sooo embarrassed what they did today to me. I hope they will have a good solution tomorrow to fix the problem which they made today. One more time This Golden Crown I was using it for 10 years without problem, and the doctor was drilling it because she put it wrong positioned..even she tried to drill other tooth which interlock the crown and I had to stop her to drilling other tooth. She put the crown in a wrong position and she kept trying to drilling my crown and other tooth to fix the problem.. This is not okay! The hygienist was far too harsh and touched my face unnecessarily. She pulled my lip hard and told me I needed to relax - rudely. Then the hygienist cut the inside of my mouth with the tartar scraper and claimed that it was my fault. The hygienist poured water all over my face and I was not allowed to wipe it off so she just left it there. She rolled her eyes at me as if I were silly for asking her to not spill water down my neck. I started to feel incredibly uncomfortable with the hygienist and I asked if my husband (who was waiting in the reception) could come in and she said no. I was in tears when I left the room and when I expressed dissatisfaction at the reception, the British sounding girl blamed me for it before running off to tell the hygienist that I complained. Of course they blamed me instead of apologizing and I left my husband to pay. I will NEVER go to Aqua Dental again. They are awful people without a care for anyone except their money.

DO NOT PAY FOR KIDS! unaware or dishonest personnel. My daughter registered in Folktandvården. During the booking call before visit, I have been told the child is free of charge. When we visited, doctor asked where the child is registered and then before the treatment she explained there is a procedure that you first will pay here and then take invoices to where you are registered to claim and get your Money back. After the treatment, we have been said the same by the reception and paid and received receipts. When I went to Folktandvården and told about the case, they told and said it is not true. There is a defined process that they should not charge you and then invoice us directly as we do for other private companies. Now, there is no one answering me properly. I follow up and then reflect the conclusion here! After some calls and emails, I could convince Aqua to proceed with refund. I should also say that treatment went well.

Very high quality dentistry, I come here regularly and always happy with results, had both emergencies and regular check ups here all done perfectly, incl new implant tooth. For hygienist I highly recommend Sandra she is very diligent and caring, implant surgeon was exceptionally professional and all other issues like cavity or wisdom tooth removal were handled really good by all doctors.

Unfortunately I have to be honest to say that there is still a lot of space to improve. I had my wisdom teeth surgery two times at Aqua Dental with the same dentist. I am disappointed with its after surgery service, not only lack of follow up but it’s always so difficult to make a phone call. During the first time, I was super painful, always bleeding after the surgery for around 5 days. I felt terrible and tried to call the clinic. It took me more than one hour to have someone answer the call and the receptionist told me there was no dentist to answer my question at that moment and she would contact my dentist to contact me asap. Then my dentist called me after more than 24 hours when my urgent request was not there any more. The second time I took my left wisdom teeth surgery. Before the surgery, I emphasized to my dentist that please call me back on the sixth day after the surgery because it’s always difficult to call the clinic. He promised but it didn’t happen… As we all know Aqua Dental charges more than the average clinics which means it should provide better service. Sadly, I don’t feel being cared and the service is not worth the price.

Unprofessional dictors, trying to suck money and make more expensive treatments without real need. Do not go there.

I made a first visit in July beside this clinic. Although the experience was not one of the best ( but also because also of my fault)..I had a very fast reply from the clinic ( thank you Emma) who tried their best to come towards to my needs and also refunded me a good part of the money that I paid for the visit. I have had my full Invisalign treatment here, as well as dental checkup and wisdom teeth extraction here. Aqua Dental has been hands down the best dental experience I have ever had the pleasure of having around the world—and I have been to many other dentists in Sweden, France and New Zealand. My orthodontist Murtada was the main reason why I decided to work with Aqua Dental but I’m more than happy to continue going to AD because the other nurses and dentists, such as Nadia, Jenny, Sanaa and Haima have been nothing less than incredible. I’m writing this now after just having gotten my wisdom teeth removed and it was such a pleasant, efficient experience that, believe it or not, I’m leaving happy. It would be hard to convince me that there is a better dental clinic in the world!

My filling got broken in first day of my holiday in Stockholm. Here I got help with an emergency visit. They gave me time on the same day and the dentist was very professional. Transparent with the fees and what needs to be done with my filling, reasonable prices as well. Fast and super nice service. Thank you for helping me quickly and saving my holiday!

In order to successfully conduct a gum graft/transplant, I first needed braces for a year. The entire process was so incredibly smooth and easy. Azam took the time to explain everything and was always open to my concerns. She also did not rush the process, but instead took the time to maximize the probability that the surgery (at Aqua Dental in Uppsala) would be a success - which it was. Jenny took great care of me during my many visits. If you are thinking about braces, Aqua Dental at Vasagatan is the place to be!

Jalal is the best! I have been going to Jalal for more than a year now and he’s always very professional and friendly. Most recently, he somehow managed to save my tooth from a huuuuuge cavity I had and it now feels as good as new! An excellent dentist. Update: I met Mehnors with Jalal today who is a great nurse and a lovely person!

I'm terrified from dentists un truth to be told spending a visit only when it's an emergency, however I had the best experience in Aqua Dental. The staff is incredibly welcoming, explaining the procedure in detail and being calm and patient. Although I went there for an emergency, because of the atmosphere and great service, I decided to do a full checkup and fixed all my teeth afterwards. Thank you Rania, Funda and the team!

Dr Nadia Zarabi was excellent on all of my visits. I had to come a couple of times for the same problem and every time she was very professional and efficient. My treatment was good and I am satisfied with the quality of the work. I've had some regular repairs, cleaning and also checkup every 6 months and I am very happy with place.

Last Thursday doctor Mir extracted my wisdom tooth. This was the first tooth that I needed to remove and I’ve been extremely stressed and anxious. Doctor Mir and surgical nurse took a great care of me. They were calling me down, explaining all steps of the procedure and making sure I do not feel any pain. Doctor switched on even a radio with some music to make this experience better. All in all I give them both 5 stars out of 5.
