Ok treatment and service, but expensive and very dubious, unstudied methods that seem to lack scientific basis. Sometimes motivation to move, simple good exercises and a massage go a long way, but you can get that from others for almost half the price. Unfortunately, I think this combined with placebo makes people think that these methods are something unique that actually work. The fact that there is not a single serious study/article published about it anywhere (search for yourself of course) should at least arouse a healthy skepticism. But of course, if you're satisfied, go back, that's how it should work. Edit (reply to comment below): Thanks! I am happy if there is research going on. I myself have not found anything other than on the website of the founder/method. It is perfectly fine to post a link to the research here or on your website, or at least some more information about the researcher you name, than what is on their website, where it says that she is a certified practitioner of the method and nothing else; At least where (institution) she is based as a professor. I understand if it sounds critical, but believe me, no one will be happier than me if there is serious research in the field. Thanks for following up! +1 for that.

(Translated by Google) The concept of "functional neurology" does not apply to the injuries I have. Had no effect at all. Expensive without results. There is also no reviewed and published research behind the concept, more some kind of guru thinking.

After visiting Jonas, I have reduced my speed when running by about 15-30 seconds per km. Now I aim to go under 3 hours at the Stockholm Marathon. I went for performance enhancing treatment and will be returning shortly. Jonas found a lot of things that are connected to accidents and surgical scars, things that caused me to have unnatural compensatory movement patterns. Something that I previously noticed as a feeling that the "brake" was on and that I had an imbalance in range of motion between the right and left side of the body. It is with excitement that I look forward to the next treatment and the results of the autumn and winter training when next year's competition season starts!

Thanks to Jonas for treatments that increased the understanding and knowledge of how scars and muscles work. I got the best exercises to do at home that still work! Thanks to all this, I have escaped body aches that previously required medication. The combination of treatment and exercises at home became my solution. Traditional health care did not help me, but instead this, so go here know yes if you want to learn how to "heal" your body. Worth the price to pay, if you avoid taking strong painkillers that do not solve the causes of pain. Without the treatments, I would have been on sick leave. I think it's nice not to have to be.

Went for neck pains, got excellent help from Jonas. A bit different treatment with pressure points. But my pain is completely gone! They also offer various sport massages. Just go try it out, now!

Fantastic! I have had major neck problems for over twenty years, but after being with the Body Detectives, I no longer have the same problems at all.

Too long waiting time for reply via email. Therefore, I will not choose the body detectives. I have nothing else to say as I never underwent any treatment.

Thanks to Jonas HĂ„rd Of Segerstad, I don't have old man anymore, no painful heel tendons, no more snapping and painful knees. Rest and rehab didn't help. Inserts in the shoes also did not help to get rid of the painful heels that I had for years. As soon as I started exercising again, the pain returned. Gubbvaden found Jonas the cause immediately so I could run the Midnattsloppet just a few weeks later. One visit was enough and a few exercises I would do. After a week I was able to run at full speed again. Jonas finds the causes of the symptoms and treats and gives exercises. Some were due to old traumas/injuries (surgical scars, burns on soccer knees from artificial turf) that continued to send signals to the brain about danger. Being treated by Jonas has been incredibly educational and fascinating. What was completely new to me was how old injuries affect us, that old wounds and scars send signals to the brain so that we avoid things that hurt us, a good instinct to survive in a dangerous world. We learn to avoid fire and hot stoves, for example - That's good. But it can also lead to dysfunction when the old injuries still want to make us avoid dangers, want to back away when we want to move forward. For me, every damage has been fixed in one or two treatments. But I still don't quite understand exactly what Jonas is doing when he teaches the old scars that the danger is over, or how to put it. But it doesn't matter, it works on me. 62 years old and injury free - then I am humbly grateful that I can still play soccer and athletics (sprinting) which I love. / Michael Cocke

Sadly this was the wrong treatment for me. Very expensive for something that hurt so bad so I cried on my way back because I could hardly walk home! I won’t go back.

Pressing a muscle for 25 minutes for a cost of SEK 940 is really juicy! Didn't help at all and I didn't get a diagnosis either. Daniel seemed completely uninterested and was silent throughout the "treatment". Went to Muskelakuten instead who quickly diagnosed severely swollen piriformis muscle with the help of ultrasound and treatment with needles at a much lower cost.
