    In February, I finally decided again to begin a healthier lifestyle by becoming more active. A quick google search brought me to the That’s Up article about the best personal trainers in Stockholm. This is where I found Douglas from Trainics. The website and his training approach were intriguing because I primarily wanted to practice weight training using my body weight. A friendly phone call later, where we discussed my goals, we arranged our first meeting. Obviously, a bit nervous to finally work out again, Douglas nice character eased the pressure, and it was an excellent first training. During the initial meeting, I was pleased with his approach pushing the body to its limit while not exceeding it. Also, it confirmed that callisthenics is the right way to exercise for me. Now a couple of months into my training, I need to say that Douglas from Trainics made me fitter but also made me enjoy sports again. It is incredible to see the progress in such a short time. Therefore, if you are looking for an upbeat, enthusiastic and friendly PT that loves what he does, do not look further because Douglas is the BEST personal trainer Stockholm offers.

    Awesome! First of all, calestinics is probably the best workout form possible. You can do it on virtually any levels of fitness and never get bored or run out of challenge. Then comes all the instructors there: Sabina, Amre, Sara, Leo and of course Douglas. Apart from being super professional, they do great job making our classes fun and optimal. Do not hesitate to just take a class! I highly recommend it

    I had gone through a rough sports injury when I first met Douglas and he took me in to train with him. I have only positive things to say about D. ✨⭐️ Even though I had lost all my strength and it’s been challenging to find exercises that fit me at that point, Douglas started to train me and created a 2 different workout schedules so that I can do the right workout in between sessions when I was on my own. He managed to get me not only stronger but also motivated me though the journey, so I can manage my everyday life and now I’m starting to do progress.❤️ Warm recommendations from a forever thankful costumer 😁🙌🏾

    Hands down best classes in town - "most buck for the money". If you want to be challenged and become really strong, this is your go-to-place. Trust. Douglas is great; will find drills and exercises for all levels. Myself, went from not getting the false grip to nailing my first strict ring muscle-up thanks to his coaching. Have had a tiny break but can't wait to resume my Calisthenics journey with Tranics!

    Awesome private lessons and really great progress for me 😀. Douglas completely adapted training to me and my other workouts. He is extremely detail focused and methodical. Super nice person and always in a good mood.

    Great coaching here. I live in the US and the coach lives in Sweden but he still managed to make time to train and give me great feedback. I've gotten stronger and my mobility has improved! I'm very grateful to this program.

    I’ve had Sabina as a personal trainer for over six months. During this time she has setup well planned training sessions with high variety, and with a focus on using the correct technique. There are clear and tangible outcomes of the workout sessions and with support and encouragement, I managed to bridge my barriers of what I thought was possible, increased both strength and flexibility, eliminated back, shoulder and knee pain. In addition, Sabina creates a fun and positive atmosphere and yet pushes me to continuously develop. I strongly recommend Sabina as a personal trainer as she is by far the best one I’ve come across.

    I have been training in gyms for years, but after a PT session with Douglas I was hooked with calisthenics. Porfessional, driven and a lot of knowledge. I ve been training for 5 month with Douglas now and the results are amazing. My goal was to achieve mobility, more body control and to learn new skills.

    (Translated by Google) I was looking for a competent person who could help me supplement my existing training and learn to find muscles I suspected I had but failed to activate. After three months, I'm sure I found the right one. The progression in the exercises Douglas gives is cruel and I get exercise pain in the strangest places. If you want to learn or get better at various bodyweight exercises and get stronger, this is a really good way. No quick-fix, hard work but highly recommended! (Original) Jag sökte en kompetent person som kunde hjälpa mig komplettera min befintliga träning och lära mig hitta muskler jag anade jag hade men inte lyckas aktivera. Efter tre månader är jag säker på att jag hittat rätt. Progressionen i övningarna Douglas ger är grym och jag får träningsvärk på de märkligaste ställen. Vill man lära sig eller blir bättre på diverse kroppsviktsövningar samt bli starkare så är detta en sjukt bra väg. Ingen snabb-fix, hårt arbete men rekommenderas verkligen!

    If you love Calisthenics, that will be the best place to go for! Douglas is an excellent professional and a really passionate person about calisthenics. He focus on your technic and teach you how to perfection it. I really enjoy and appreciate a lot his knowledge, you learn and train from the basics to the very advance skills! If you really want to achieve or improve a new skill in Calisthenics I highly recommend Trainics AB! But also if you are very beginner is the best option too, because you are going to built up your body with the correct way on doing calisthenics exercises.

    It's been almost 2 years since I joined my first group class with Douglas. I just cannot describe how happy I am and gratefull for my new unlocked skills and many more on its way, which once seemed something beyond reach. Douglas is a very pedagogically talented coach: his classes are well structured, he focuses on individual performance and equally warmly welcomes newbies and oldies. Don't wait and try a workout with Trainics!

    After years training at the gym, CrossFit, etc; I found something that is as fun as challenging. The trainers are incredibly helpful, and after some weeks I'm getting handstands that I could never manage to do by myself.

    Not the classical boring gym but a super friendly environment! Douglas, Sabina and Sid are great instructors and adapt every exercise to your level, motivating you to push to your limit. Do not be scared to join this studio if you are a beginner. After nearly a year without training, I finally got back motivation!

    My journey at Trainics has been fantastic. Douglas and his team have helped me greatly to progress in my calisthenics journey. My goal was to be able hold a handstand and with the guidance of Sid I was able to meet and exceed this goal. The classes allow you to progress at your own level with the team showing and helping you every step of the way. It has been great to meet other Trainics members as well. Although everyone is on a different level, they are always there to motivate and support each other.

    The classes here are amazing! I look forward to every single one of them! Douglas is a great instructor and adapts everything to you and your level, pushing you to your limit in a way I would not be able to do on my own. It feels like coming home, rather than entering a general busy gym, which I value a lot. I've learned so much these past months training calisthenics, with a pole and bouldering background, and feel stronger than ever. I can't wait for the new classes in September!
