👍👍 Great experience, professional and very energizing. Changed my perceptions about yoga in general especially as a beginner. Yoga with Lisa was very welcoming, amazing, and left me feeling so relaxed. I definitely recommend yoga to anyone regardless of background.

👍👍 Dag always has a nice mixture of flow and postures towards the more physical end which makes you feel really good after a long day of work. The music combined with the relaxing ending and a gentle touch with oil is magic!

Ida made sure all 11 girls were enjoying themselves while teaching us a moderately difficult cheerleading...

👍👍 It’s on the 2nd floor of Yogayama. Very tasty healthy food and drinks. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The atmosphere was stylish and there’s even an option to sit outside. Will definitely come back. Highly recommended.
