Old memories since the 70s, shihan met Brian Fitkin very nicely. The club is very good with friendly people and good training opportunities.

A very serious and ambitious club. Here it is important to show discipline and put in hard work. But then it gives results! Incidentally, Brian Fitkin is one of the best trainers in Kyokushin karate in the world. I myself have trained in both Japan and Russia and to say that you are a student of Brian Fitkin is a fantastic door opener.

Good practice but god worship when it came to head coach Brian Fitkin. Couldn't stay in the club because of this weird sectarian worship of the leader. Very strange behavior from the head coach towards some of the members, pure abuse in front of everyone at the club. Even the head trainer's partner is one of the most grumpy and unpleasant people I've ever met, and for some inexplicable reason, she has achieved a couple of black belts faster than Elvis Presley. All the other coaches were good and nice, they are basically a good club, but Brian has got hubris and doesn't seem to have any idea how he behaves, it's becoming a bit like a one-party state. Of course you have to respect your coach, but in this club it has gone on too long.

Shihan Brian Fitkin has the best training, been here every week for almost 20years now!
