The young lady was so annoyed that I could read on her face the moment she came to me that I was disturbing, even if there was no customers. I received 0 advice on what would fit the best, what the options were. It was like "Here. Pick. Now try and decide quickly.". I also felt the arrogant and judgy look on me the whole time, but this seems to be the trend there according to the newest comments. I ended up taking the model and buying it online, as I didn't want to buy there, just because of the customer service. It's a pity.

Really non caring personnel, and sometimes snobby. I have been there two times for latin shoes and one time for tights, and they never helped with sizes, colours, prices, nothing in general. They only stare from behind the counter. I only went there because I haven't found something else in Stockholm, but it is not worth it. Almost no variety for latin shoes as well.

I went to get my dancing shoes from here. I wore it 2 times and they fit well, comfortable and lovely looking. The cost for my shoes was 890 kr (20%), it was good for the quality I got. The stuff was friendly and helpful. She helped and gave good advice to choose the shoes that worked well for my purpose. I went during the weekday hour which made 0 waiting time to get it and try shoes.

Such a nice little shop. Saw some of the negative service reviews but I've always gotten nice help there even when it's 1 person trying to help a shop full a few minutes before closing.. I did something quite thoughtless and stepped on their protective mat for trying on shoes with a street shoe and the employee just calmly explained they try to keep street shoes off their mats so they stay clean. To stay that calm and be that non-judgemental at the end of a day with a full shop is really not easy in customer service. I bow in respect. I recently discovered that the brand I really like "Worktool" is their own shoe (not sure exactly the full story there) and I've loved the worktool shoes I've had in the past. They're good priced and comfortable and lasted. My only wish is that they would bring back the jazzy black and white men's shoe they used to have -- it was looking so nice for such a good deal :) This is a staple dance shop in Stockholm. May it live forever

Me and my 4 years old daughter went to buy her first ballet shoes and clothes in Stockholm. We were so happy and my daughter was so glad. Mimmi helped my daughter and gave good suggestions! Mimmi is very cute, helpful and professional! We will definately come back there again!
